Amazing service, color options, clean luxury aesthetics, and comfort. Absolutely incredible hidden gem in this north druid hills area. Plenty of safe parking! Made a reservation on the phone 30 mins prior and got served right as I walked in! They made it clear they’re here to help make our experience stress free — they brought the colors to us. Turned on the massage chairs, offered drinks, massages and kind words. Definitely my new spot! Taylor and Jenny did an incredible job! Understood when I wanted to relax and also engaged in meaningful conversation!

Perfect is an understatement. I’m extremely particular about my nails and I ended up here because my previous nail salon was closed on whatever day it was that I needed them done. This was a big deal to me, as I only had one person always doing my nails & I explained this to them. I was nervous, Taylor was nervous, I was direct & detailed in explaining exactly how my nails were done. Taylor did them better than I’ve ever had them done (which, every time my nails were done, other techs would come look because they’d be a solid 10/10) and Taylor at Aqua exceeded my expectations. I’ve been coming here for over a year, never went back to my original salon. I wholeheartedly trust Taylor with the entire process, she’s incredible at her job and there’s no need to hover. The staff is patient, sweet, caring, and accommodating. I get SNS + tips, see photos :)

This nail salon is by far the best salon I’ve been to in Atlanta. I’ve gone to three different ones in midtown: unique, allure, and lush. Aqua beats them by a landslide. Gigi was my technician and I’m very confident I will only be going to her from now on until I’m no longer in Atlanta. She walked me through the whole process as I was scarred from previous sets 😭. She even helped me figure out what I want even when I was unsure. Trust Gigi y’all. If she were to ever leave here (which I hope she doesn’t) I’d follow her to her next place lol. I felt super welcomed by everyone, especially Amy who was my first point of contact coming here. Super cute space. Felt very taken care of. Will be suggesting this place to anyone who asks me where they should go. I got a simple French manicure done here and I couldn’t have asked for a simple job done any better.

So I went here for the first time Saturday, just trying something new. After my experience, I really regret spending $80 here. I get my nails done all the time so I know how long my nails are suppose to last, especially with dip on my natural nails. The entire time, I just felt like my nails weren’t being handled well. I was also cut by the nail drill and the stylist just said ‘Sorry.’ and brushed it off like it was nothing. After that experience in the salon, I felt very iffy about the job on my nails. I’m not rough on nails and just after TWO DAYS my polish started chipping. As of today, (the following Thursday) my nail has completely broken. I’ve been growing out my nails for 6 months and this has never happened to me. I called and they won’t fix my nail for free because it’s been after three days. Needless to say, I will not be returning.

Great show of character and customer service and support on behalf of the owner Amy. She saw and heard my experience and called me directly to get it fixed. As you can see if the photos she completely fixed my nails and redid the entire design. It was an awesome feeling to be considered an important customer. I’m SHOCKED! My gel manicure has lasted over two weeks with no chips at all from this nail salon. I have never had such a good gel manicure in my life. I am super impressed and will definitely be a regular customer here from now on for all my mani/pedi needs. The staff was also super friendly and very understanding when asked to fix a nail shape, etc. (some places will give you an attitude for asking things like that). I added a photo of my nails after two weeks. As you can see, no chips but just grown out!

So I’m new to the area and been trying to find a regular nail place. This is the only place I went back to and omg killed it every time. I asked for a gel manicure and wanted nail art and said she could do anything. Amy gave me the coolest pop art nail design and I LOVE how they came out. 10/10 recommend. They’re always busy so definitely make an appointment (but tbh I was a walk-in so risk it for the biscuit). Shout out Amy

I came to Aqua for the first time today for a special treat! I was immediately serviced by a nail tech (forgot his name, but was so sweet and nice). The price was decent for SNS, single color and was $50 excluding tip. My only complaint would be that the color that I wanted did not match the color I was given. But, he did ask me if that was okay, and I agreed, so I can't really complain! I got a lovely brown color for fall.

I’ve been here twice and each time it has been such a pleasurable experience. I had Brittany for a gel pedicure and she did a fantastic job! She was super personable and we had a nice chat the entire time. My boyfriend received a pedicure and his feet looked great afterwards! While we were there we decided we were going to make coming in for treatments a regular occurrence. 5 stars for the establishment and 10+ stars for Brittany my nail technician.

Amy and her team are the sweetest and really care about making their customers happy. They call everyone by name and always offer something to drink. I usually call 30min to an hour to reserve Vivian, but the entire team is great and I'm always happy with whoever I see. The salon has the prettiest, most relaxing aesthetic and is always kept very clean. I couldn't recommend it more!

I rarely write reviews but I have to spread the word about this amazing place. I have been getting my SNS manicures and Gel pedicures here for a year and can honestly say that I would not go anywhere else. I can even say that if they moved, I would probably follow them. You will find some of the friendliest and talented staff here. They are all amazing, but I only go to Taylor. She is amazing! This place is amazing!

They are very thorough and up to date on current styles and options. Extremely COVID friendly with a nice atmosphere and comfort. I never feel rushed and I always get compliments. They even have a rewards program. Pics show my natural nails with stelleto cut and glow in the dark powder. Too cute

I love going here it’s always relaxing and the staff takes their time when dealing with you. The only complaint I have is that sometimes the nails polish can be old and then your polish will start chipping shortly after. But I’ve gone in early enough for them to change the color free of charge as they could tell the damage was no fault of my own.

First off, this is THE most aesthetically pleasing nail salon I've ever walked into. It's just gorgeous. My best friend has been frequenting this establishment for quite some time now and raves about their loyalty program which offers you points for every service rendered. Anyways, she finally convinced me to join her for a mani/pedi and I was not disappointed. It was the BEST and most reasonably priced pedicure I've ever gotten, I mean the sugar scrub and foot massage were *chef's kiss*. And to top it all off, the manager Amy did my fill-in and gave me the cutest pop art design nails. She's hella funny and personable and she wasn't lying about being a good luck charm! One session with her and my significant other of over 11 years finally popped the question! Needless to say, my nails were poppin' for the occasion and subsequent pictures. Don't walk, run to this salon!

I came here a month ago. The place is very clean and modern. They make you wash your hands before receiving any service, which is great. My technician was very friendly, personable and had exceptional customer service...however the quality of the sns is poor. I was very disappointed that within days, my nails started cracking and chipping. The pictures attached were taken within 7 days. I'm disappointed as I really liked the facility, technician and the location. I may come to try the place again, but it looks like I'll have to drive back out to Gwinnett to get my nails done.

My nail tech Amy worked her magic on my nails which was a disaster from a previous salon who put acrylic on my natural long nails when I asked for SNS. She was able to save my natural nails without having to use tips and give me exactly what I originally wanted. They now have a forever client!

As always, Taylor does good work! I have been coming here for over a year and I love her work. I can never ever go to anyone else. Her gel pedicure is amazing. She takes her time and really does meticulous work. She doesn’t get upset if you ask her to fix something. I love talking to her and getting to know her. When I move in a few months, I will be coming back once a month just to see her. She’s not only a great nail tech but a great person, funny and kind every visit. The three pros: Clean Manicure was great Brows done the way I wanted Cons Pedicure was not good. Many mistakes. I got the deluxe with gel manicure. Calluses were not buffed right, mistake on big toe was not corrected, massage was weak. Price was 107.... overpriced compare to other places the manicure was 35 which is fine bc it was gel. so the assumption is the pedi was 65???? A bit overpriced to me for the experience given. No plastics in bowl. Although they do clean after each appt and wipe the chairs down I think it’s still a bit unsanitary to have people feet in a bowl with no plastic.... Don’t get me wrong the staff was nice and I even tipped them even though only the manicurist did a good job. He was the cute guy with the hair swoop. I would get my nails done by him again bc he was gentle and took his time. The pedicure I had felt weak like... no muscle in the massage and barely getting rid of the feet bleh. I might give it another try but......we will see.

Awesome service and consistent fair prices! The nail techs are always kind and gentle and Phuong, the owner, is always there and is super nice! The atmosphere is luxurious with large pedicure chairs (not packet tight like many buckhead salons), with beautiful decor and there is ample free parking.

HOWEVER, aqua nails has really outdone themselves and I would absolutely return and recommend them to everyone else. My nail technician, Amy, was amazing with my manicure. Very nice staff however the quality of products used is disappointing. This is the 3rd time I’ve gotten my nails done with gel polish and proceeded to have the polish chip! I switched to sns and same deal. I started using l plastic gloves to protect my hands when washing dishes or any other activity that could chip the paint. I have gotten gel nails for over a decade and since I started frequenting this place have I seen it behave like regular nail polish. The most embarrassing part is that I got my nails done on a Thursday for an event i was hosting out of town and ended up with half my nails peeling for the event!

I went to this nail spa less than a week ago. I walked in on a Saturday around 4:30 and didn’t have an appointment. I was able to get started fairly quickly and the technician was really nice. I got a white colored powder overlay on my natural nails. The shape was great. However, the acrylic was laid a little too thin on the edges of a few nails which caused one to break on day 3. Also, the gel top coat did chip quick due to the nail technician filing my nails after the gel cured. She also used the e-file incorrectly on my cuticles which caused them to excessively peel from the trauma. I really liked the ambiance of the nail spa. I just wish my nails lasted for the expected 2-3 weeks.

I love it here! Been coming for almost a year. The atmosphere is very nice and it’s always clean. I see Amy for SNS and Wynn for pedicure. I always do the upgraded pedicure service and I highly recommend! Some tips I have for newcomers to make sure you have a good experience: 1. Always book an appointment! Text the salon and make an appointment. They are always busy and frequently turn away walk ins because this business is set up as appointment only! 2. Join the loyalty program immediately. It’s sooo good! I get discounts like every 2 visits 3. Every technician isn’t the same. If you don’t love a tech, let Amy know. Come back and try someone different. Once you find your person/people, stick with them!

I come here all the time but just not very often so I hadn’t had a set person I prefer. I got a gel pedi today by (Wen/Nguyen with the blue contacts) not sure on spelling so my apologies if it’s incorrect. By far the best pedi I have ever received since coming here. He did an amazing job. He kept asking if I was okay and if I needed anything and you’d think that’s the least/bare minimum a business can do but many places lack basic customer service etiquette. I felt like he was trying to seduce me with that foot massage 😭😭😭😭However, he was wonderful, very professional and my feet feel and look amazing. I hope he’s there the next time I come for a pedi.

Nathan did an awesome job with my nails! $50 for an acrylic fill-in with gel polish and design is a good deal for the quality I got. My cuticles were a little flooded but overall a good experience. Beautiful space, too.

Aqua Nails is by far the best nail salon I've been to yet in the ATL area! Great friendly staff, clean amenities, Zen atmosphere, and late hours! I have had pedicures and gel manicures at Aqua and both have been awesome! The most recent time that I went in for a 7pm appointment (they closed at 7:30) and it went over that time. However, they didn't rush through it at all and were happy to put customer service first. Very glam space and COVID safe. The seats were alternated when I was there. They asked us to wash our hands once we checked in, and masks were required. They were very adamant about making an appt - three different people asked if I had an appt so communication within the team isn’t there I guess. For another customer near me, they asked her what services she wanted multiple times - I lost count. I could tell she was feeling frustrated. My pedicure experience was good, but she only put one coat on the rest of my toes. My big toe looks so solid. Unfortunately I didn’t notice until I left. This picture is two weeks after my pedi so they upheld very well, but you can see the difference in paint. I’m sure they would have fixed it had I asked.

I love this salon! I've been going here for about a year now, as it's right around the corner from my apartment complex, and I can't say enough good things about the place. Winn was gave me the best pedicure I have ever had in my life!!! My daughter had been trying to get me to come to the salon with her, but I was super skeptical and felt like self quaranting was the safest option. This salon is super clean, pedicure stations are distanced 12 feet apart, all staff wear masks and gloves, customers must wear masks at all time and make an appointment. There are a guard partitions between the nail techs and their customers. Trust me, you will not be disappointed or at risk here. Everyone is absolutely WONDERFUL! I’m glad my daughter convinced me to come.

I took my girlfriend here for a valentines day pedicure and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate my requests. Our attendants were the perfect mix of friendly and precise with their work. I especially appreciated the cleanliness and meticulous cleaning of the instruments before and after use. I was a bit nervous about the cheese-grater looking callous remover (first timer here) and the attendant made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. My feet have never felt better. With all the craziness in the world and in my life, getting aliitle R&R was well worth it here. I was at ease and felt safe with the measures of their set up, and cleaning was meticulous!! They have been at the location for about a year and when I say she set up shop seems like with hindsight in mind. The nail bar is just that, a long 3 sided high bar with lots of stations, the nail techs are behind the bar and you sit on the other side in comfortable high chairs, with a thick layer of plexi glass to protect faces leaving only hands to be polished, the bar is closed from the counter height tops to the floor so no footies lol!! They only do one on one service so take your time when you book a medi and pedi, they will complete one at a time which I like no switching hands and feet playing hooky pokey you can just relax. The ladies were lovely and all was so clean and smelled good!! I will definitely go back, It is not only a very nice salon, prices/service/quality was good also. Make sure to Book your appointment they will get with you very quickly. They may not have a-lot of openings all the time for your needs but they are accommodating and remember that they have to follow strict guidelines to stay open and service all your broken jacked up nails and feet while keeping themselves and you safe to help bring down the curve, just saying !!!!

This is a very friendly place to enjoy a mani/pedi. Nice location and ambience. The prices are a little more than what I've found at the equally proficient nail salons on the south side of town, but it's equivalent to the others in this particular area. One of the incentives is that they actually have a rewards/loyalty club. You can receive coupons and special offers! I've never patronize a nail salon that offers a loyalty club.

I tried Aqua for the first time. I was impressed with the openness, cleanliness, and decor of the salon. Their COVID precautions made me feel very comfortable. My pedi was great & relaxing. However I am disappointed my gel manicure chipped in less than a day. I’m used to gel lasting 2-3 weeks until it grows out. I really appreciated the service during my appointment, but I am disappointed in the gel quality.
