Was in town just to have a weekend getaway. They were so nice! They did an amazing job on my nails. And they didn't mind staying over their shop hours to finish my job. They never once made me feel rushed. They were clean and they even provided drinks and refreshments. If we come back to visit definitely would come back. Peter did my nails. And Ten did my toes

Bin is amazing! I've been looking for nail artists for a long long time and I feel like I've finally found someone who is honest about their ability and can actually deliver. I'm so excited to go back. Not only do they look nice but they feel good too. He didn't make them thick or bumpy at all. A lot of technicians when I ask for long nails make the base really thick and heavy and the shape ends up looking blobby after a week. These have stayed slim and pointy for three weeks now!! Bin also never cut or burned me with the dremel during the appointment. The salon is very clean and the atmosphere is very nice. I highly highly recommend seeing Bin for a fun full set!

My friend went for a birthday mani-pedi, but all of us ended up getting treated! The front desk staff was very friendly, fun, and welcoming. I got a French pedicure and Tim and his "man hands" did everything right. I explained what I wanted and he offered some suggestions that made more sense. We were offered wine and other beverages during our services. We sat next to a lovely local lady, and as visitors, we ran down our list of places we planned to see. She gave us the unadulterated truth about all our suggestions and made our trip so much better. It wouldn't have happened without Noire and its fab staff. I got the impression that the salon was either under new mgmt or had had a refreshing staffing turnover. So, give them a try!

Came here a month ago, and I genuinely cannot stop thinking about this place when it comes to nails. Bin is such a talented nail artist and I could not have been any happier with how my nails came out. He has set my standards for nail art extremely high. If you're looking to do fun and/or different designs, I HIGHLY recommend Bin!

I have never had an experience so wonderful. I have been going to a different salon in Asheville for years, they rush me in and out, usually make my cuticule bleed, leave acrylic under my nails, and the polish messy. NOT THE CASE AT NOIRE. Wonderful experience, took their time to do my nails the RIGHT way, and listened to me! 10/10 I wish I could give them 6 stars. Worth the time and money! Thank you all so much!

Acrylics require a certain level of skill. I highly recommend nail technician, MAI if you’re looking to get acrylics — new set, filled, etc. My set was originally done at an out-of-state salon, so getting them filled somewhere else is always a toss up. Mai did a wonderful job! She was meticulous, quick, & even changed the shape from squared to almond (another risky ask). I will certainly return & request Mai! Salon overall has always been very clean & friendly. The best pedicure I’ve ever had was here a few months back. I believe it was Paul (?) that was my technician. He gives incredible calf & foot massages when you purchase the higher packages that include all the fixings like hot towels, butters, oils, orange slices, etc. Again, Highly recommend!

Asheville is SO lucky to have this new addition. This is the best place I’ve gotten my nails done by far. The space is beautiful and relaxing. Everyone was warm, friendly, and calm. I had a 2 hour mani pedi with absolute attention to detail and professional service. Spa music is playing and the lights were even dimmed in the pedicure area. Nice selection of colors from the best brands. Organic products available and a VIP room that would be great for groups of friends. They even serve wine. I’ll never go anywhere else! No doubt in my mind they will be successful in their new business, they’ve certainly raised the bar. Thank you for a wonderful experience. I’ll be back!

This was the best nail salon experience I have ever had'!! Kevin was so professional yet very down to earth and I could tell he took pride in what he does. He made sure he knew exactly what I wanted.by asking me everything right down to what I did for work.He also took the time to explain everything he was doing and why and. Made sure I was satisfied with each nail, shape,color and length. It was meticulously clean and very high scale with affordable rates. I will be back every 3 weeks from now on. I have never seen this level of expertise and customer service.Mind blowing experience!! Love noire nail bar!!

After several horrible experiences with nail salons, someone recommended Noire! I'm now doing the same! I recommend them! I have been every 2 weeks for several months now. I will not go anywhere else! Kevin, Louis, & Ahn have each done my nails. Kevin more than once. I've been happy each time (once my nails were trimmed too short). My only complaint would be that I wished they did more "nail art". The ombre nails in SNS powder are my absolute favorite. They are cute in acrylic too. But, the powder is gentle & prettier! The salon is gorgeous! Always clean & neat. Everyone cleans up before, during, and immediately after they do any services. There's no messy film of nail powder floating around like at most nail salons! They offer juice, soda, water, & wine each time you sit down. So nice! I've also gotten pedis more than once at Noire. They are the best. Ever! I always ask for Kelly (not just because of the name). The hot stone pedi is out of this world. They have sooooo many choices for different levels of pedis! Everything from a quick 20 min to an hour long FULL treatment. I recommend the best they have! I can't say enough how clean & nice the entire salon is. It's comfy, cute, hip, pretty. It is a treat for sure!

Loved the environment and the service. Suggestion....definitely make an appointment to save you the hassel of trying to do a walk-in and possibly being turned away. Tony is amazing, but does not do pedicures but will have your nails looking WONDERFUL!!

I almost did not come here because of some of the recent bad reviews. I am glad I tried them out regardless. They did a great job with my nails, it’s a no frills mani and pedi but the paint looks absolutely wonderful. I was surprised at how expensive it was but I am not sure if that’s competitive pricing for the area. Overall I would say they did a great job and I will certainly be back!

This has been my go-to nail salon in Asheville for ~4 years now. It is very clean and the staff is friendly. Unfortunately, I feel like the quality of the work is not as good as it was pre-covid (sloppier manicures, slower, etc). I know lots of businesses were hit hard during Covid, and I imagine nail salons were greatly affected. I really like this place so I hope they can get back to how it used to be.

Tried this place because I had errands in the area. So HAPPY that I did. I LOVED that they put me in a dark room for my pedi. And really felt I got extra time with my leg massages. I am now spoiled and will never be able to go anywhere else!

I think the lady who does my eyebrows is named Maria! She does amazing. I've came here several times and have never been disappointed. EDIT: I took a star away because since leaving this review I've booked online 3 different times and every time I show up they tell me no one can do my eyebrows. Why would I be able to book online successfully if no one's gonna be able to fullfil the service? Bad business practice. I hope they get better because I used to really like going here.

I got a pedicure here for the first time and was really impressed. The atmosphere was quiet, clean, and relaxing ! The customer service was professional, was greeted upon arrival, and seated as soon as I arrived. Throughout the pedicure I was frequently asked whether or not I was comfortable, the temperature of the water/hot stones/ heated towels. I was also told of the extra surcharges/ fees with everything I wanted before I got them, which was really nice to know so I wouldn’t be surprised in the end.The nail tech I had was so sweet, she initiated small talk even though she was still learning English, I enjoyed our conversation! I also witnessed some cleaning during my visit, if you’re weary about COVID, they sanitize their equipment and require you to sanitize your hands, wear a mask, and fill out a short questionnaire before getting your nails done. Would definitely recommend !

One of the best pedicures I've ever had. This place was SUPER clean and very relaxing. I'll definitely be back and would recommend others to check it out. Update: I still love this place. Today I had to bring my nephew with me. He is 4 and fascinated by watching people get their nails now. He often wants to do what you are doing. They treated him so well! Put him in his own chair, started water for him to soak his feet, and even painted his toe nails. He was so excited and happy. I've used Noire for over a year now; this just made me love them more!

I've been here once before for a full acrylic set and I just got back from getting a pedicure and all I have are positives to say. The facility is so clean and very appealing to walk into. The staff is incredibly professional and very polite. It is a welcoming atmosphere and not to mention the final product always turns out amazing. My daughter treated me to the Mother Nature Pedicure for Mothers Day. I was fortunate to have Paul as my pedicurist. He was meticulous in his care for me. Paul is extremely good at what he does! I love this nail salon. Peter is the BEST for SNS powder nails and manicure. No rushing and always gets the exact shape of nail I like. Book early! He’s busy. Sue was fabulous for my pedicure. Great calf massage and accuracy of nail cutting and polishing was spot on! The salon is always clean and well stocked with variety of polish colors. I love the low lighting and relaxing atmosphere for pedicures.

They do all pedicures in a separate room, turn the lights down low, and soft music. It's awesome! I won't be going anywhere else from now on! :)

Stopped in without an appointment which is typical for myself. Sometimes I just don't know when I'm going to be able to make it , they were not super busy at that time but they seated me right away and took care of me. I went to try it out since it is newly opened and so far I am very pleased! My nails look beautiful and my pedicure was amazing. The equipment is some of the nicest I've seen in town and the staff were very accommodating, friendly and communicative. They took their time, didn't rush and was very thorough with my service choices. I will be returning and hope to make this my go to spot in town for myself, my mom and friends. Oh and there is wine, water and sodas available <3 I will update if needed since I've only had one visit so far.

Excellent attention to detail! We just moved here and I tried a few different places before finding my new nail home at Noire. They have great customer service, I do like that their front desk lady speaks clear English for scheduling and payment purposes it just makes things a little easier. Peter was my nail tech today and I had the best experience, great hand massage and my nails look FABULOUS! Got a mani/pedi and both were great. Love it.

Everyone was pretty nice. Though the guy (I didn't get his name) doing my pedicure ripped up the eponychium. Literally pulled it out instead of using the nippers to cut the excess away. A day later, I feel the ingrown toenail starting up. Peter took over my manicure, he was very nice and he did a great job on my nails... But he used a used file which kind of makes me question how well their implements are disinfected or cleaned. It looked clean at first glance, but then I noticed the nail tips on the floor. It's really a shame cause Peter did make my nails look amazing.

Awesome experience! I would say from the get go, AND you would have gotten 5 stars, however the girl at the front desk is in major need of customer service training. You are meant to welcome people when they first come in with a smile and a hello. The rest of my visit was amazing!!! Best pedicure, so relaxing. I love the darkness of the pedicure room & there wasn't a bunch of chitter chatter by the staff or other customers. It was so awesome! I will definitely make the 30 min trip to go back there!

The best experience I’ve had at a nail salon in 12 years since moving to NC from NY. I had a pedicure by Mary, nails by Kevin and wax by Hannah. These 3 individuals did everything to make sure my experience was top notch. The place is beautifully decorated to create a peaceful experience. With the pedicures done in a area separated from the rest of the salon. I was asked by every staff member who passed if I needed anything. Customer service is A+. I have been to 2 other local nail salons and would never return. They were rude and at one the person never looked up from her phone the entire. My experience at Noire was totally different from the moment I walked in. I was greeted by 2 smiling people and the women who did my pedicure was very friendly and she did a fantastic job. Best nail salon I have been too, they have really created a unique experience for their customers. When getting a pedicure they have relaxing room with dim lighting so you can almost fall asleep. Definitely recommend and I will be going here again. Also my nails still look good two weeks later :)

I get my eyebrows waxed here regularly, they always get me in so quickly, whether I have an appointment or not! My eyebrows are always perfect when I leave, she does an amazing job. She’s very quick yet detailed. They have a private waxing room with a super comfortable bed to lay down on, with very relaxing music playing. Best eyebrow max around! I’ve had a gel manicure done before as well, I was very happy with that as well! All around an awesome salon!

Beautiful and clean nail salon. Staff is very friendly however it’s not easy to communicate at times which I found if you have something you need them to know, forget it. I got the paradise pedicure and it was very worth the money for the massage alone. All state board sanitation standards were followed by my nail tech. I will recommend this place in the future. I would have given 5 stars however the inability to communicate on an important matter is what held me back.

The people are very sweet and the massages/scrubs they do during the pedicure were nice except for the fact that they focused on my calf’s more than my feet. I still have a ton of dead skin on my feet. I paid for the “chasing paradise” pedicure which is $45. Then I asked for a Halloween pumpkin face on my 2 big toes. Very simple honestly. But they didn’t do it good at all. One person did it then tried to get someone else to help who did it even worse ! They could have said no it wasn’t possible but instead I wasted my time and money (it was extra for the faces). Do not recommend especially not for artsy paintings.

My mother and I went in for a pedicure, have never been here before. The service was AWESOME and the pedicure was unbelievably relaxing. The environment is very very clean, relaxing, and the staff are very nice. The room was separate from the nail service seats and then rom was dark and calming. Will be returning for sure. Highly recommend this nail bar.

This was my third time at the salon. The first time I had a awful experience that ended with the owner fixing my nails and making it better. The second time was good but the third time was a disaster. I had scheduled with one tech I had before and got another person. They girl at the front tried to play if off but everyone had seen the scene the ladies in front of me had made about not getting the right tech, which of course was the one I booked. I got another tech they tried to pass off as Tracey. This lady was nice but her name was Sherri. She did a good job but this whole trip has turned me off from this salon. Don't book with Han and double check your appointment before arriving.

I had Tracy she did a mani and pedi and was awesome! Sweet, thorough and professional! My husband had Mary and she was not as awesome. He said it felt like she was rushing to get through and it was not very good. He was pretty disappointed. When I shared this with the receptionist, she had a good response. She said Mary was new and still learning the ropes but she'd tell the owners about the experience. She also said I hope you'll give us the opportunity in the future to try again. I liked that response. I stated the problem, she accepted the critique, offered a solution to let the owners know...I like it when a business hears even the not so great reviews. I'll be back!

Absolutely the best nail salon in Asheville. It’s awesome. They provide a beverage service along with a ton of colors to choose from. They answered every question I had with detail and really listened to what I wanted done to my nails. The pedicure stations were really pretty and relaxing. The water changes colors and they use a fresh liner and tools each time so it was really sanitary. The manicure stations were really comfortable and clean as well. It was by far the best experience had at a nail salon. I’m excited that they are here in Asheville!!

BEST nail salon experience I’ve had in Asheville since I moved here a year ago. They have an amazing selection of colors for SNS dipping powder which is hard to find in this area. My nails look the best they ever have. Also the pedicure was incredible, it was in a dark relaxing room and I received a complimentary glass of white wine. You will not find a better nail salon in Buncombe or the surrounding counties, trust me I’ve tried TONS of them. I will NEVER go anywhere else. They always shape and polish my fingernails exactly the way I want them. Their pedicures in a darkened peaceful space are to die for! I want to go back every week just for the relaxation. Kevin and Luis are the best I’ve had so far but they are all great and won’t let you leave unsatisfied!

It takes alot to lure a lady from her tried and true but this salon could do just that. Kevin had the perfect balance of checking in with me from time to time on my pedicure versus not being too chatty (I prefer to zone out at salons!). He was attentive in what mattered-water temp, foot and lower leg massage pressure, nail pressure. The salon is new, bright, and clean. I always love a massage chair with a pedicure. I was also offered a drink or a snack pre pedicure. Although I declined I thought what a great service that is to offer clients.

The pedicure was amazing!! I got a gel manicure as well and would definitely go again. They were quick on the mani but efficient and great quality. I chose the chasing paradise pedicure ($45 for 40 mins) and almost fell asleep at how relaxing it was.

Kevin is a nail god! I am super picky about my nails and who does them. He is the only person in town who doesn’t seem to cut me all the shreds and does what I tell him. I will be going to Kevin for life! I highly recommend him or any of the staff members. They usually are pretty busy, so I would recommend booking an appointment instead of trying to be a walk in. The pedicures are the best in Asheville! They do them in a dark relaxing room! Very clean and the staff is friendly. Do yourself a favor, visit this place instead of the cheaper places. It’s worth it!

Absolutely loved my experience at Noire - sent out a Facebook request for the best nail salon in south asheville and immediately received 5+ recommendations for this salon. I was not at all disappointed!! Was able to make a same day appointment, walked right back when I arrived, and they helped me to color match the abs color I wanted with the gel color I wanted for my toes. I had my acrylic set taken off and had SNS dip put on, with the addition of one tip for a nail I had broken. They blend beautifully and came out to the perfect shape I wanted, no pain with buffing or sanding, complete with a hand/arm massage. The pedicure was AMAZING - hands down the best pedicure I have ever received. The room is a bit more dim, and the Mother Nature pedicure included 65 minutes of paraffin wax, hot stones, exfoliation and massage. Truly amazing. My colors match perfectly and my total was still around $100, what I pay for a mani pedi anywhere, but WAY better. Thank you Noire, the nails bar! I’ll be back when I’m in Asheville again!

I came here for a bachelorette party to get pedicures and manicures, many of the party members had never received either treatment before and after leaving were sold on the idea! The salon, while not much english is spoken, is a wonderful business that goes above and beyond to make sure they treat their patrons well! During the pedicure the lights were turned off and it was so relaxing to enjoy the moment! I will be going back again!

Salon is relaxing, quiet, clean. Pedicure is awesome! SNS is great. Only criticism is the nail tec had been wearing his latex gloves for a while. He needed to put on clean gloves. Also after polishing with sns he filed my nails again and left some edges without no polish. But still a great manicure.
