Michelle was incredibly sweet and kind. She made sure to collaborate with me to give me beautiful lashes that were also safe for my original lashes! She provided so many helpful tips on retention, cleansing my lashes, and how to grow out my natural lashes. She’s a joy to get your lashes done with! Highly recommend her for your next new set or fill!

Michelle was wonderful! I was visiting town from LA and was so grateful she took me in as an outside fill. I really appreciate her perspective and approach without charging an arm and a leg!! Michelle was SOOO AMAZING to work with! I'd recommend her to anyone. It was my first time getting lash extensions--I was doing it for my wedding--and she made the process so easy and relaxing. I quickly realized just from texting her before our appointment that I had no reason to be nervous. The appointment was fun and my lashes looked so good throughout my wedding week and on the big day! It was so nice not to have to worry about mascara running or anything like that and I got so many compliments on my lashes! Go see her! Michelle will take such good care of you and make you look amazing. Also her studio is so cozy and relaxing. :) Also! The photo of me kissing my son was taken at the very end of the night after hours of dancing, sweating, and hanging out in the sun. These lashes hold up!

Okay I will be up front and honest here. I am Michelle’s brother so there is going to be at least a little built in bias, but I think I can be objective too so please take this review from a guy who has had a total of two facials in his entire life and I promise to be as factual as possible. First, the facilities are very comfortable and the background music is relaxing. Michelle does not talk you to death like some folks so you can really relax while she works her magic on your face. And, it’s great! I definitely enjoyed the experience and my tired old mug looks much better to be sure! Amazing what a nice tuneup can do!

I highly recommend Michelle Howard at Dragonfly Lash Lounge! I was somewhat of a “high maintenance “ customer for Michelle as my lashes are quite stubborn about cooperating and my eyes are very sensitive. This was my first experience having lashes and Michelle was very patient with me and continually searched for ways to help me. I have been going to Michelle for over a year and am selfishly sad that I will not get to continue with her as she has now moved away from Memphis. If you are looking for someone who is professional, will listen to what you want, be honest about what can be done or not, research ways to make it happen and overall provide a great experience, Michelle is that person. I found her because I was looking for someone skilled in Classic style lashes and I was not disappointed. I loved the results so much I have become fully addicted! I never have to wear makeup anymore, and working in a hospital this means extra time to sleep. We started with a consultation and discussed what I wanted (a more natural look) and she explained what she was going to do to achieve the right results, and even took notes on a rolodex so it was reproducible! Her work space is super homey, cute and very modern in midtown. She does facials and lashes. I can swear her lashes are best in memphis because she makes them volumized, and curled lashes. Very few people in memphis are as experienced as she is in memphis because she has been doing lashes for 11 years. If you know what you want she is very good about accommodating those desires and executes it very well!!! She rocks!!!
