They are still taking Covid seriously which I do appreciate. I did have to make an appointment but it was nice because I knew I’d be seen by someone and not have to wait for to long. The person who did my nails was extremely talented and personable. She was so kind and I am so happy I went here to get my nails done. I wanted a design that I wasn’t sure would be do able since my home salon usually says no but she took her time and even came up with suggestions and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Definitely come here for your nails!

Had a wonderful experience! Highly recommend. Went in for a manicure and pedicure. I was seen right away. The technicians were very attentive, super sweet, and they did an amazing job. My deluxe pedicure was very relaxing, it came with a foot and leg massage that were so very needed. I left feeling so much more put together!

Great job on my nails. I rarely get manicures because I do a lot of work with my hands, so my cuticles were in rough shape. I had a particular design I wanted and had a photo. The kind and friendly staff at Cheri Nails Bar replicated the design perfectly and really took their time on my poor cuticles. I will definitely go back again.

I would give 5 stars for the pedicure. I had Lisa and the massage was amazing. I did the deluxe pedicure and it was worth the extra money for me. I would give 3 stars for the quality of the paint job. I had asked for regular polish on my toes and she did gel, but it was my fault I didn’t realize and correct it. My manicure was also sloppy and I had to have them fix a few nails and clean up my cuticles. Everyone was very nice and I got an appointment the same morning. Very clean facility and I would come back for a pedicure in the future.

Expensive, and not consistent. You really have to watch them close and ask them to fix mistakes. Got my nails done 3 times and the outcome is Unfortunate. Definitely wont be back.

I absolutely loved this place I didn't get my nails done this particular day but the lady Mrs. Joy was amazing her attitude was outstanding, positive vibes ONLY!!!! She took her time with doing my sister's nails which turned out to be marvelous. This place is great!! We had 4 of us as Walk-Ins and they took all of us right in. We had a little one with us. They are very accommodating!! And they gave the little one a gift bag of goodies which was perfect as she has a bday in just a few weeks! Very cool place. Will definitely come back!!

I always make an appointment with Tom. He does a fantastic job. However, I would recommend Lori, Peter, Kynnedi or Mandy. They are all super friendly and do a superb job! Would return over and over. This is the only nail salon I will ever go to.

Everyone here was very friendly! They did a great job on my nails! Prices are very reasonable! My only complaint would be that my nails weren't quite filed enough and so they are very rough around the edges but I will be going back and I suggest you give them a try! They are definitely worth your time

I've been getting my nails done for over 20+ years and this is the best experience I've ever had. I'm visiting Asheville from Raleigh, NC. I was really in need for some self care and I'm glade I found this place. Customer service from everyone was so pleasant. My pedicure and full set was done wonderfully and exactly what I wanted. The husband and wife made me feel so welcome to their town of Asheville. If I'm ever back in Asheville I will return to Cheri Nails Bar.

The people here are so kind. I hardly ever get pedicures, and they are always kind and never snobby about the state of my feet. They are intuitive about preferences and they take their time. I don't get them often, but I always come here. If you want an amazing, clean pedicure, that will last, go here!

Nice and clean shop. The vietnamese ladies are very polite and listened to our request. The price came to $55 which was higher than I expected. The technician did a great job and made the price worthwhile. I reccomend the shop if you want the job done right the first time....price is up to you if you want cheap or well done.

Super friendly staff! Always have had great work done here! I always do ombré acrylic, and they’re absolutely gorgeous! I get so many compliments!!! I wait tables, so my hands are constantly in sanitizer, and they still stay on very well! I also have done the dip polish on my natural nail, and was pleased at how well it lasted! They give amazing calf massages with the pedicures, as well!

SO GLAD I walked in here. First, they were open on a Sunday; the one before Memorial Day specifically. Had gotten my haircut and NEEDED my nails done, when usually I can't and don't. In fact, I avoid pedicures the most because I've absolutely been yelled at for my stupidly ticklish feet before. Here, however, the gentleman was kind enough to say nothing about my LITERAL KNEE JERK REACTION to the pumice stone and simply eased off from exfoliating in general, instead. My toenails were polished and cured to perfection; felt and looked great. But before all that, my fingernails had been perfectly tipped and gelled by a lady that managed to establish THE best nail shape for me. Round, just fyi. Because, fyi, SHORT. Fingers neon and toes pastel, I walked away smiling, chillaxed, and for ONCE, completely satisfied with all of the decision-making that occured while patronizing Cheri Nail Bar yesterday.

I went to Cheri Nail Bar the day before my wedding with my bridesmaids. We had a great time! Tammy was so helpful to get us booked in advance with plenty of staff for our large group. My nails still look amazing, 11 days later! I can't remember the name of the woman who did my nails but she was fantastic - I got gel SNS acrylic ombre nails and got so many compliments! Great service, great value, great atmosphere. And they keep the wine flowing, which is always a plus!

Amazing service and work. I have NEVER experienced such wonderful service from any other nail salon. I went with a friend to get a fill in. Every time we go to a different salon we get split up. Not this time. One man did both of our nails...taking turns on both of us. He was awesome. I'm very indecisive but he was patient with me and even said he was not going to let me leave unhappy. He even gave me his opinion on colors (which never happens). He conversated with my friend and I. He joked around and had overall an excellent personality which made the experience top notch. He did not rush. He let me know how much it would be before he even started. When we got there we did wait about 20 mins but I am not complaining. That just goes to show that they won't rush on one customer just because someone is waiting. By far the BEST nail salon I have been to. From the work all the way to the customer service... it was beyond excellent! I will defiently be back.

Nice place, hardly any wait on a Saturday. I would have given it 3 stars if it was just me but I went with my girlfriend. She got 5 star service. I had the manager or owner. She stopped my pedicure several times to answer the phone, assist other workers and even left me to do an eyebrow wax! I would definitely come here again and suggest this business but will ask for another technician next time.

I was about to say ONE of the best places for nails in Asheville but, considering I've only been to 2 I have to say that's not fair. So let me tell you what I know... Great prices! Friendly fun loving people. When they speak to each other, forget about it. You won't understand a word. But have no fear! They speak English too. I have never experienced pain for a second when getting a pedicure (which is all I get because I have type two diabetes and this helps my circulation tremendously. Takes pain off my feet when I walk, and I walk A LOT for work. Beautiful ladies working there, and gentlemen as kind as your own father! My family loves the place. I only go about once every 6 months but it works for me. This little shop on tunnel Rd. just east of the Asheville Mall is the last place you'll go to get you're Mani/Pedi needs met! You'll enjoy it and trust me, I would not take this much time to tell you about a place if I weren't going to give them my 100% ringing, AAA, 5 * ENDORSEMENT!

I previously left a reviewed that praised this nail salon but my recent visit has me thinking otherwise. At this particular visit I let the nail technician know that my nail was not straight and they proceeded to file the nail ... and that’s it. I already knew that this particular technician would do nothing more, so I left it alone. Lately, this salon tends to be hit or miss. Sometimes it’s good... sometimes not the best.

They do a great job of doing your nails exactly like you want them. If one manicurist does your nails more than one time, they remember how you want your nails. They ask questions. Do you want your nails cut short, do you want your cuticles trimmed if doing gel nails? You can make appointments and they stay open late and seven days a week.
