This was my first time here and I’ll definitely be back! She was efficient and the threading here was the least painful I’ve ever had. I also got my eyebrows tinted and she was thoughtful to match the shade of my hair perfectly. One thing to note - be prepared for a wait because she is THAT good! There was a line of people waiting in front of me, so just be sure not to go when you are in a hurry. She’s worth the wait! I’ll be back soon.

It was my first time getting my eyebrows threaded and I'm so happy I went to Charming Eyes. I had to wait 2 hours because it was so busy but it was all worth it. The time it took for her to thread my eyebrows was very short and she did an amazing job. She was also a very sweet and fun woman. Her business/service is very organized and clean. Note that you have to wear a mask to enter the store.

Tina is a miracle worker. I don’t trust anyone else with my eyebrows. I’ve been a loyal customer for over 8 years now and don’t see myself going anywhere else. It is walk-ins only so the wait time can seem like it will be long with just Tina there... BUT, like I said earlier she is a miracle worker! She works fast but thorough and listens to your concerns. I always get so many compliments from strangers on my eyebrows and will always recommend Charming Eyes to them.

I’ve never felt more comfortable and confident with someone threading my eyebrows! I leave every time more impressed than before by how cut and clean my eyebrows look. They don’t grow back for a while too, which is amazing. I keep coming back because the 1hr+ drive is worth the quality of service.

Wow she did a great job with my brows. This was my first time here and when I came in, there were 6 people in front of me and when I left, there were 6 people behind me. She is in high demand! Also you may have to wait, but it’s worth it!

I have a sensitive face and thick hair so its slightly painful for me. But the staff were very gentle and reassuring with me which made me a long life client from now on! I have recently moved to the area and decided to give Charming Eyes a try. I am so incredibly happy that I did!!! Due to an accident in my 20’s, my eyebrows are extremely uneven, have bald spots, and one side doesn’t grow hair much. My eyebrows look ABSOLUTELY AMAZING now!!!! I have never been so happy in my life!!! They’re finally well shaped, symmetrical, and as perfect as they can be!!!!! If I could give Charming Eyes more stars, I would!!! Unfortunately, I didn’t get then owner’s name, but she was so patient and kind, and took the time to explain how she was shaping them. This was the best experience I’ve ever had at a threading salon!! I will be a customer for life!!!!!

I'm absolutely impressed! I got eyebrow threading, eyebrow tinting, and eyelash tinting. It was fast and easy and looks fabulous! They are walk in only and I love that. The prices are extremely fair and the staff is friendly and helpful.

I'm so happy they opened the new location on Airport Road in Arden so I don't have to drive all the way up to Asheville to get my eyebrows done. They charge $12 which is much more than I'm used to paying but that's because there's no competition here (yet). They do a great job though! This is my one and only stop for eyebrow threading <3

This is the BEST eyebrow place in Asheville! Unfortunately, the wait is typically over 20 minutes, but it’s only because plenty of us know she is worth the wait! I don’t trust anywhere else to touch my face. :)

I love the woman here. She does really well with eyebrows but I feel as though every time I come here, she rushes me because she has other customers waiting (white customers) and feels the pressure to cater to their needs. I spent thirty minutes waiting for her and told her specifically the work I wanted done and then she didn’t do specifically what I asked for. I then asked her to fix it and she had an attitude and then didn’t give me the chance to look at it in the mirror this time and went straight to the register as to pressure me into just paying. Needless to say, I paid and decided this is my last time coming here. It’s hard to find a respectable threader here in Asheville as I either get rude comments about how long it’s been that I’ve come to get it done (I’m a doctor and have no time) or get treated as inferior because of my skin color. Anyways, I’ll find a new place

So I could go on and on about why I recommend threading, and why this place is the absolute best to go. Others imitate but never duplicate charming eyes! I can't imagine letting anyone else near my brows! These sisters are the best at what they do, and they are the most beautiful people, inside and out. I let them work their magic, but you can request what you prefer. Don't take my word for it, go see for yourself. It is a little painful at first, but beauty is sometimes painful. The end result is well worth it. If there is a wait, be it 10 minutes, or an hour! It is worth every minute to wait!

I've only ever had a great looking threading job done here, but the hours are frustrating. There seems to be no regular hours, and you have to call the owner to see if she's in that day or not. I've even been told that she'd be in by a certain time, gone there, and still waited for her to show up. That makes it really difficult to rely on this place. Too bad, because my brows look great when I go here.
