I went to this place to get my nails done for my 21st birthday and this was my FIRST TIME there. They were welcoming and friendly. The staff went out of their way to get me a cake and celebrated my 21st birthday. I am so astonished and grateful for their generosity. I will be coming back again, thank you!

I'm not gonna lie I had decent expectations going in, my friend got her wedding nails done here... But my experience was not as great as hers. First of all, my nails (regular acrylic with a gel color French tip) were $100!! Which with tip is DOUBLE what I normally pay for my nails... The shape length and actual acrylic are fine I have no problems with that, but the nail tech doing my nails broke skin on my cuticle and caused me to bleed. They replied to the original version of my review to let me know I was overcharged by $15 and that they would refund it, saying to just give them a call and when I did they gave me the refund as promised but said it wasn't because I was overcharged it was "to make me happy" which, I didn't ask for a refund I just posted to tell others my experience. It was offered to me... Also, charging ten dollars for nail removal when it's not even a soak off? ridiculous. The guy shoved a tool under my nail and pried them off, it took 30 seconds, and hurt pretty bad. I'd understand a charge if they had soaked them off.

VIP Nails is AMAZING. My daughter and I went for her 18th birthday and they surprised her with a cake and the entire salon sang Happy Birthday to my daughter. I couldn’t believe it! Someone had ran their vehicle into my daughter’s car just hours before our appointment. Their gesture really made her day and I appreciated it so much. Also, their team is extremely talented. The pedicure massage was to die for and their nail art is flawless.

Beautiful, clean salon! Their pedicures are so thorough! I don't use acrylic nails, they don't pressure me into it. They work with my nails as they are. The massage is amazing too!! Posted 2 pics from my last two visits.

Yinelkis was my nail tech and she is wonderful. We had great conversation and she did a fantastic job on my nails. I got the gel polish French tip. She is very detailed in making sure they are perfect. They are lucky to have her. Highly recommend this salon. They are very busy so make sure to call ahead.

The place is nice and has a very elegant feel. The services were good for a deluxe pedicure as well. They are very pricey though so prepare, especially if you want gel polish which is an extra $20. I did find some of the employees to be very pushy for you to upgrade services and spend money. They also would rather you pay with cash versus card.

Each time I go in, the place is always packed! Must mean they have a good thing going on - which I found to be the case. Their pedicure chairs are nice and their staff has been welcoming and great at treatments. My sole complaint is how long it has taken multiple times to be seated even with an appointment. They're in demand and don't have enough staff to keep up!

The only place I can really trust to give me the same product every time with a reasonable price and great customer service. The nail techs take their time and ensure my satisfaction with my nails. Since I am in the military my color options are usually more limited so it is nice to find a place with a large variety of colors that are within regulation that I can choose from.

Excellent place! I was a walk-in and wanted to get a manicure as a trial run for my wedding in a couple of months. The slaon did my gel manicure, and she was very personable and did very nice work. Very friendly people there! I will definitely be going back for my wedding nails!

This is the second time I've been there and love it. The other day I went to their website and saw you can make reservations, how cool is that! Made my reservation three days in advance, they sent me a reminder, that's awesome! Absolutely love the lighting, lots of bling. It's amazing what other ladies were having done to their nails. Every time I have my nails done, not only am I pleased with their work myself, I ALWAYS receive compliments from others on how wonderful my nails look. And my hands and feet feel so good! I recently had a pedicure, and was truly pampered with a special spa package. Warm pillow around my neck, French lavender scented scrub and lotion, extended leg and foot massage, warm wraps for my feet. It was heavenly! I highly recommend VIP Nails!

The salon was so clean which left such a good impression on me. Besides how well organized and clean it was, the staff was very welcoming and polite. Also, the person who did my pedicure definitely knew what she was doing! The massage and scrubbing were absolutely EVERYTHING I needed for the long week I had. I give this place an 11/10. I’m definitely coming back here for my next pedicure!!

Decent pedicure and manicure. We had a big party that was trying to get mani pedis all at once in order to make it to a scheduled event and we were told we’d be done in an hour. They didn’t really start our appointment until 20 min after our appointment time and all of us could only get toes or fingers done sadly. Some people were super helpful and kind to us and others tried to upsell somethings to us so it kind of evened out on that front. Basically good for a big party cuz there are lots of seats. Decent offerings on colors and services. Just expect more time as they do have a lot of walk ins. If you want a calm experience I wouldn’t recommend. Too busy with lots of moving parts.

VIP is clean, efficient, kind, providing excellent customer service and quality pedicures. The chairs were very comfortable and the technician consistently adjusted the massage settings for me. I was wearing a skirt and quickly provided with a thick warm towel to cover my lap and keep me warm. I felt valued and pampered. I highly recommend for pedicures. I have not had any other services here, so I will not speak to those.

After having bad experiences at other salons, I’m glad I found this place. It’s open, airy and clean. All of the employees are wearing beautiful uniforms and I think the pricing is fair. I see Tan, and I always get compliments on my nails. He does take awhile to do nails, but the quality speaks volumes for this. I’m currently getting a pedicure, and the tech is so sweet and amazing. This is the only place I’ll go to in town.

The ladies there were super nice and obviously knew what they were doing! I've had an ingrown toenail surgery on my big toe. She was the first person who knew what was going on without me having to say anything. It made me feel totally at easy and I was actually able to enjoy it without wondering if I was gonna get hurt. My daughter has been begging me for her to get a full set of nails since the age of 5 or 6! She is 10years old now.. and please no judgements! We have been talking to nail technicians and nail salons for a little over 2 years now to figure out what to get her, what helps to not damage her nails and overall just trying to teach her she can work hard, save up and treat herself to self care. We got the nicest technician, and she really did a beautiful job in guiding us to the set of nails she LOVES! And my daughter willingly made a color change, to PINK! Anyone who knows my daughter.... Knows pink, she will NOT wear this color if she doesn't have to!! Thank you VIP nails and we appreciate the time and effort you spent with us:) We will definitely be back to spend some more mommy/daughter dates/days together!!

This is a great salon and I am always impressed with their work and how kind everyone is. My biggest complaint is that they are quite a bit more expensive than other salons I have been to in the area. I usually only go in for fills each time, and the cost is just about the same as a new full set, which is a little confusing. Otherwise, I’m always happy with the service and results.
