Update 2023: I love this salon and recommend it to everyone. When friends and family or strangers see my nails I get compliments and asked where I go! Most times people respond with "Why don't my nails ever look that good where I go!" I'm telling you.. Everyone at this salon is amazing and can give you the nails you desire. Jack deserves special notice because ever since the first time he did my nails I was obsessed! He always takes care of me and makes sure I get exactly what I want. The last time I saw him he took extra time to give me the perfect nails, even though I had not mentioned anything. That is just the care he takes in what he does.. he puts full effort and care into each set and makes sure you are happy. I'm so happy now that I have found Jack and always look forward to going in to get a new set. Thank you Jack for all your hard work & attention to detail. ♡ Amazing service! It was my first time here. Making an appointment was easy and they worked with me on a time that fit best. I was greeted immediately and helped to the chair. The nail tech asked what I wanted and kept checking to make sure he was giving me everything that I wanted. He was friendly,gentle and efficient. I was very satisfied with the end result and in love with my new set. I will be back for sure and recommend them to anyone. I did see them take lots of walk ins but once they started to get busy I recommend an appointment. Update: Still coming here six months later and still receive the best quality and great service! I always recommend this salon and always receive compliments on all my sets.

I broke 2 nails out here ( I live 3 hrs away) and I got so lucky. NEO at Kim's nails was very great. He was multitasking by answering phones and setting appts while still working on my nails. NEO was very detailed and takes pride in his work. I love the fill! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NEO for the ladies who live in Abq!!!I wish I still lived here...I will try to come back for my fill... so worth it! Establishment was busy, clean and everyone who walked in was taken care of.

Seriously lovely shop and technicians. I've had nothing but spectacular experiences here. Scheduling online is convenient and appreciated for my busy schedule. They've even done my boyfriend's nails several times and he's also been happy with the outcome enough to keep coming with me. Big, comfy massage chairs add to the experience and I love going there for a real opportunity to unwind and pamper myself.

I had no idea how bad the other place was doing my nails. lol Once I got them done here I was surprised. They came out beautiful. It’s also best to book an appointment before you go. The prices are fair. Depending on what you want. I would recommend. 😊

My boyfriend had an appt at 1pm, and mine was at 2pm because we could only book an hour apart online, but they were able to do both of our pedicures at the same time :) which was great because I didn’t have to wait. The hot stone massage was awesome. My only critique is that the water was too cold for my liking, and my nail tech didn’t scrub my heels enough (they still had some dead skin). Overall good service for a good price though 😊

I love my nails! These are the prettiest dip powder nails I have ever received! This is hands down the best nail salon in the city. The attention to detail, the artistry, the elegance put into these nails was above any other treatment I have received. I was recommended to Kim nails and spa through a coworker who referred Neil. Love, love LOVE Kim Nails and Spa. Been going there for years on and off but a year ago decided to make it my one and only!! NEO IS THE BEST, he's such a nice guy and does a beyond fabulous job! He can do anything I throw at him, and I've requested some very intricate designs etc! Not to mention they redid the inside awhile back so it's definitely been modernized so to speak. Prices are great and the location isn't too bad either!

The owner (Gabriel?) And his wife own the shop and he did my deluxe pedi. He was so thorough and brought me a new pack of supplies for my next visit - which means they care about sanitization. They also wear gloves. They have the most adorable little girl too. They took us without an appointment for pedis and my friend got a gel ombre mani. I'm impressed with the service I was given. They didn't rush and we're extremely welcoming. I got a honey scrub and mineral mud mask the wrapped with warm towels and it feels amazing. My feet haven't felt this good in a long time. Definitely a must return. At the end, I was even offered a bottle of water. That's never happened at a nail salon. They really care about return visits and their clientele.

I have been coming here for over 2 years, and my experience is always wonderful! I went in yesterday for a new set of acrylics, and Neo gave me exactly what I wanted, as always! I also got a pedicure for the first time there, and the nail tech who took care of me did an amazing job! Accidentally and without me realizing, I handed over $20 extra when I paid, but when the salon realized what I did they called and returned the money to me! Really quality care and people here, I recommend this place to everyone!

We moved to Albuquerque in January and this is the only nail salon I’ve gone to! I’m always a little anxious getting my nails done because I’m worried about getting nicked by their tools but Jenny is so gentle with my dip powder manicures and it’s always a great experience with her. There is an older gentleman that did my gel pedicures and he’s the sweetest. Always left happy, highly recommend. :)

They are always so nice and do such a good job on my shaping. I’ve been traveling to New Mexico for work from Texas and I prefer getting my nails done here than any of the salons I’ve tried in Texas

So first off I live in Espanola and I dislike our nail salons so I searched all of Santa Fe and didn't care for the reviews so I then searched Albuquerque and Kims nails & Spa came up, So I called and made myself and my Grandma appointment for today, I only gave 1 day notice and they booked us. We arrived and were immediately seated in our pedicure chair and got started on. We were handed a menu to pick our service, handed a basket full of colors to choose from, there were so many and all Beautiful, and theh wvwn accommodated a seat on the side of me for my 4 year old. They were so patient and took their time and did not rush. When I tell you that was the best pedicurw I have ever had trust me. Then I also got a Fill on my acrylics and the guy was so easy and gentle and did an amazing job and was so patient with me because I am always indecisive. They also did my nail design perfectly. So friendly and the placw was So organized and CLEAN. We will be going back in 3 weeks and Im also takimg my mom, It is definitely worth the Pricetag and worth the 1 & 1/2 drive. I have found my new go to nail salon. Thank you guys so much!!!

I was in from out of town and had time to kill so I thought I'd get a manicure and pedicure. The customer service in squeezing me in was great. They were pleasant and kind. I got the basic mani/pedi and for the price it was a VERY basic mani/pedi. Personally I felt like I should have gotten a bit more. I didn't even get a simple foot/calf rub that most places do. Not sure if it was just missed but I'm pretty easy to please. Just posting it for others to know. It was an okay experience. Not disappointed. Not dazzled either. With the competition in so many places available I would think they would want to set themselves a part from the rest but I guess not. It's all good though. If you go here you won't be disappointed but you won't feel dazzled either. For all of the above plus gel polish it was just over $68. So there's my review.

Usually get pedicures, they have a wide range of colors for gel. Not a regular customer but come here when dealing with ingrown nails. They are so cleanly and professional. Best place. They always use sanitized utensils and new plastic bag liners for the water tub.
