Back for my new set and Mimi nailed it (no pun intended) she stayed late again because I’m horrible at making appointments so I just walked in. I told her the colors and let her do her thing and she has amazed me again with her artistic talent I can’t be happier, my nails last and they’re phenomenal, love this salon and love Miss Mimi 🥰

Amazing job! Courteous, polite, asked the proper questions and came through on everything I tasked them with. I was a walk in after waiting 2 hours WITH an appointment at a salon that was waaay too packed and rushed. I still didn't get my nails done after the wait so I came here and boy did they come through! Update: I have gone back now two times after. The second time they were chunky and above the nail line more than average. Also, I noticed they do pedicures with lubriderm 😪 you're dry within 24 hours. I suggest body butter or something a lot more thicker to make your pedicure last. Finally, I went for a rebase and a nail broke off diagonally the very next day. I moved my 5 star to a 3. Consistency is needed!

I now live in Phoenix AZ and in this town I haven't find someone to do such of good job like her I just went to visit ABQ last weekend and it still amazing I will always go there every time I can I will give them million Stars if I could! Really nice place, the male nail tech that did my nails doesn't listen to what the client wants. I asked for a manucure with a new set of nails, I showed him a picture of what I wanted and the length was on the shorter side. I mentioned it twice... I ended up with a longer coffin shape instead of the shorter pointy nail and never received the mani-cure. I do like my nails but, I did mot get what I asked for and paid over $60.00. IF i do go back, I will request a different nail tech!!!

ABC is great. Very clean, very friendly staff! Heather is absolutely amazing. Kyana, and her amazing staff make you feel welcomed from start to finish. Me and girlfriend will never go anywhere else and continue to get our bi-weekly Hot Lava pedicures there, as well as my girlfriend doing her manicures that are always out of this world. It is just not a Nail Salon, but an experience.

I love this salon ! All of the staff is so friendly and they do amazing. I especially like how the boss handled a call between a very rude woman named Jenny , said woman was not happy no matter all the effort the boss was making to help her solver her issue. She offered to stay late , to fix any and all issues she had immediately . Instead of accepting the boss ladies kindness she just continued to be rude and act very unkind. Needless to say this salon is very professional and handle any and all business they have with respect and kindness

Very well kept nail salon. Kyana fixed my nails from another salon and did absolutely amazing. I have not returned due to relocation but the bottom line is that you need to go here if you’re looking for good quality and good service. They welcome you like a friend, not a client.

Stopped by on a whim and was wowed by the facility’s appearance. Friendly staff who are knowledgeable and trained properly for their services. The lady did an amazing job on my pedicure and was very customer service oriented. I give this place 5 starts because they made me feel at home. Not like other locations where no one talks to you, looks at you or even try’s to get your service. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a good friendly customer services facility.

Came In for gel manicure. They have awesome customer service. Very friendly they offer you bottle water while your getting your nails done. I love the fact that they are open Sundays. I went here by chance today after driving to a few other places that were closed on Mondays. When I arrived the first thing I noticed was how nice and clean the shop was. They have a large selection of polish and were able th help me right away. The service was great I didn’t get anything fancy done just a manicure pedicure and gel polish I feel like the pricing is reasonable and I liked the fact that they weren’t trying to up sell me on everything. I would definitely recommend them, and I will absolutely return.

I got a new set from Louisa. She was so thorough and it was so affordable. I showed her a picture and received exactly what i showed her. I don’t think I’ll go anywhere else again. Everyone was so friendly. They even gave my 3 year old a yogurt drink and snacks.

WOW!!!!I am so excited to have met Kyana. She does amazing work, my nails look so beautiful. I could never find a nail tech that could do 3D flower pedals, she did them perfect! She is by far the BEST in the Albuquerque area.

Just finished getting my nails done here. All the ladies here made it such a wonderful experience for me and my daughter! They were gentle and did everything I asked in regards to design and they turned out beautifully . Even when dealing with harrassment from a previous customer Jenny who was harrassing and being very vulgat to my lovely nail tech making false allegations that are able to be proved wrong my lady did not let it affect my service and was very professinal and call with the lady who was yelling and harrassing her. With seeing how many ways the Lady offered to fix whatever was wrong for free and was still treated in suck a deplorable manner but still was able yo give me a amazing experience I 10/10 recommend you come here for the best nail experience of your life!!

Yesterday I was in desperate need of getting a broken nail fixed, I walked into 2 other salons and immediately left due to poor service. When I walked into ABC Nails I was greeted right away. The nail tech Heather addressed the health of my nails and recommended the service best to solve my issue. I will never go to any other salon, this is my new home!

Kyana is the best nail tech I have ever had!! I've been going to her over 5 years. She recently took over ABC nails. She's recently remodeled it & it's so beautiful & clean. If you are looking for a new nail tech, go to Kyana, you won't be sorry. They do so much more than nails at ABC nails, just need call them if you need some pampering!!! Great prices too!!!!

Very professional, friendly, and clean. Really liked the fact that all the pricing was laid out for you so there are no extra fees you pay and not know what they are for. The Deluxe pedicure was so amazing, the hot stones, mask and scrub were so above and beyond.
