Nice shop clean, up to date, saw a lot of good cuts coming out of there. My complaint, the wait. Called at 9am, try to make an appointment. Told no worries just come in, and we’ll seat you. Show up at 930ish, no one knows I’m coming, told to wait. Only three heads before me. Cool, with 8 Barbers shouldn’t be long. Nope did not walk out of there till 1:15. If my kid wasn’t so excited to get a cut there I would of walked out. Mostly appointment cuts, but if your a walk-in, and a regular comes in they automatically cut ahead of you.

One of the best barber shops in Delaware. Friendly staff and full of professionalism. Great environment for kids. Shop talk is always respectable for little ears. My barber Jai is always on time and having an appointment always puts me right in the chair without a wait.

As for as Jai The Barber; I would say his craftsmanship and passion for his customer service is like no other. He doesn’t only make you feel as though your spending my hard earned money in the right place, but he makes you feel as though your not just spending your money. He exhibits a high care and value towards anyone who ever comes across his chair. Even if you don’t sit in his exactly he acknowledges you and makes you comfortable. All around the board he is a great barber who is more than just a barber; he cares , takes his time and distinguishes amazing work and effort. Those qualities you can not buy.

I don't believe in slamming places with a rating but my complaint is not really about the service or the shop itself. Its merely the fact that I sat for 40 minutes and I didn't even catch a name or introduction. Not good experience for me but I wish them nothing but success and can see that they do a great job. I might come back but I probably would set an appt. Not really time conscious enough for me to walk in again. I try to get my cut during my lunch break and I can't see anyone there that really is concerned with my time. I think its a industry thing because I've never met a barber that thought of my time and worth more than theirs.

I have been goin to cut creators for about 2 years now. I only started goin here following the best barber in Delaware hands down “JAI” . He has been cutting my hair for about 9 years now maybe more. I move hair from Newark NJ and he has been treating me good since being here. I recommend everyone to him they always go back.

Live in Texas and came to Deleware for work. Spent several hours online looking for a good barber in Deleware. Save your time. This is by far the BEST barbershop around. Dean was my barber I used for the 2 months I was in town! Highly recommend for any type of hair/haircut!

He landed in Cut Creators in New Castle the most comfortable place to get a cut, but he has been my barber for over 15yrs. While you're waiting customers walk in after you, they don't even have a seat they walk them in front of everyone and give them a haircut while they keep telling you you are next!!!
