I usually cut my own hair because I like it a certain way and most places I go into seem to be afraid to cut my hair the way I describe(Skin on the sides and back, long and even on top), asking things like "Are you sure?" Or declaring "I won't" then end up finishing what they start. Not this place! Walked in on a Wednesday around 1pm with a very short wait, she asked what I wanted and didn't cringe when I told her, she asked how I wanted it and delivered exactly how I would cut it myself. I might note that she didn't cut me in front of a mirror the whole time asking questions. She got the idea, she knew what she was doing and did a fine job, for once I DON'T HAVE TO FIX IT MYSELF!

This is the only barber shop I visit anymore. Anything you need done, I guarantee this is the place that you want to go. No matter which barber you decide to see, you won't be disappointed. With that being said however, my preference is definitely Chad, though again, you can't go wrong with any of them.

This place isn't a beauty salon. It's a barbershop and it's a good one. When my barber retired, I was hoping I didn't have to go to Great Clips, Supercuts, Fantasic Sam's or one of the other franchise joints. Red's doesn't accept appointments, which is a bummer, but I've stayed with the same barber since my first visit more than a year ago. I'm good with my choice of this barbershop.

This is my go to barber. Always attentive and caring of us customers. They consistently deliver a quality hair cut. Chad, Andy and Mark have put a tremendous amount of work on remodeling and revamping the shop! This shop has a great community following. You won’t go wrong stopping in at Reds!

Just went back for my second haircut at Red's, and just like the first one, it was a great experience. Great conversation, old school vibe, friendly patrons, and friendly barbers! You can tell Red believes in customer service due to the amount of regulars that came in. He greated everyone with a smile and was happy they were there. What I enjoyed most about today's experience was their interaction with a young boy whose mother brought him in to have his hair, which was recently butchered by another barber, fixed. Because his hair was only cut a couple days before, Andy fixed his hair for free. You don't get service like that anymore. Needless to say, they have gained another regular!

I had become disenchanted with my usual provider’s service and decided to give Concord a try again. I used to go there from the age of 8 through college when I moved away from St Louis. I was greeted warmly by a younger lady who gave me an excellent combination clipper and scissor cut with a nice clean razor finish, exactly to my specs. They had 4-5 barbers working with little or no waiting. If you like tin/porcelain signs, they have a great collection to look at while you’re in the chair. All for less than $20 with a good tip. The great service I remember from 30+ years ago continues!

So I grew my first full beard last year. I didn’t know how to groom it so it went wild! I was in the area and googled “beard barber” and Concord came up. Let me tell you, they saved my beard! Fair prices, old timey charm, and friendly atmosphere. Felt like I was a regular my first trip! That was 6 months ago and I go every 2 weeks now. I can’t recommend them enough!!!

This place was fantastic. So much so I’m writing this review in my car before I even leave the parking lot. Mr. John cut my hair and he was a gentleman. Great atmosphere and great people working here! I will be back and I think this will forever be the place I get my hair cut from now on!
