Overall, it was a fascinating experience. Although it was my first time getting a hair cut in US, it went smooth and my hairstylist was easy to communicate and helped me a lot. The employees were kind and accommodating.

Competency of the staff is astounding only negative I can give is that you can't schedule your next appointment while you're there (which fair because these people have lives) but they do such good work it's just hard to get in with them because of it

I walked in without an appointment. The receptionist was ready to turn me away and said there were no more appointments that day. But what are the stylus Emily said I can take him. She was a very friendly, professional, did a great job on my haircut. I definitely would recommend Emily if you need somebody to cut your hair.

My husband walked in Friday afternoon and was able to get a cut without waiting. They offered BOTH of us a complimentary beverage (soda, water, coffee, Bud or Bud Light. Super nice people! Military and first responder discount. Cut was solid too.

Best haircut place in St. Louis, no doubt. The quality of this place is great and it comes at an absolute steal of $25. The price comes with a traditional haircut, shampoo, eyebrow trim, and a complimentary beverage. The lobby is ornate, with wooden checkerboards and a nice TV area. 10/10 reccomend!

My son has been going for 17 years. It’s a father-son deal and a tradition I hope he has with his children.

Last week I posted a poor rating pertaining to the Richmond Heights Hair Saloon. A manager called me personally to inquire what had occurred resulting in my giving such a poor rating. I explained what had occurred despite the one year of very wonderful experiences at this Hair Saloon in Richmond Heights. This manager explained this one time occurrence resulted from a new ,poor,”now former employee “. I was asked to come back this weekend and reassess my haircut experience. I did as asked and found the usual excellent service and overall experience I had been accustomed to enjoying this past year. Please disregard my poor rating of last weekend. It was an inaccurate rating of this business. I recommend you utilize this salon if you want to experience an excellent hair cutting experience and overall service.

By and far, this place is way better than your standard chop shop aka Great Clips. Their price is well worth it for a standard men's cut $22. The hair 'stylist' gave me an amazing cut and understood what I wanted right away. The receptionists were friendly, the shoe shine did an excellent job (complimentary, they work for tips) and they have complimentary beer - what more do you need. The atmosphere is professional and chill. You will not be disappointed.

My husband is extremely particular about his hair and will ONLY see Lyla for his cuts. He loves visiting with her as much as he loves the end results of his hair cut. The salon is always pristine. He also is happy that she always takes care of his brows as needed. We highly recommend Lyla and appreciate her!

I've been wanting to try a Hair Saloon for a while, but never had one close to home or work. Now I've got one down the road, and I regret not going a little out of my way to get to one before. I'm never going anywhere else. I got in fast since they weren't very busy, but they told me I could make an appointment next time to be sure. I was handed a cold beer, and headed to a comfy chair. My stylist was friendly, and clearly knew what she was doing. Before I knew it, I had a great fresh cut, a hot towel, and a mint. They'll even shine your shoes for you if you want. It's all included. If you're going to a $15 chop shop like I have been for years, it's time to upgrade. You deserve it. Treat yourself to a cut here, and I doubt you'll go anywhere else.

My new favorite hair salon for men. Friendly staff, great cuts every time, and free beverages (adult and otherwise)! Excellent system for scheduling a trim, and walk up friendly. The boot/ shoe shine service is a major plus as well. The environment is very relaxed and you never feel rushed to get in and out. I would recommend every guy try and compare to similar establishments
