As of writing this, I have had three haircuts here. I had an issue with my last haircut at the SLUN location. It was a bad cut. After my appointment, I called the front desk and explained the situation/my dissatisfaction to the receptionist. I received a call back from the receptionist. She told me that her manager would call me later that day. Manager called me. Issue resolved, and feedback taken. I will return but I will try one of the others barbers next time.

In town for work and stopped in for a beard trim. Easy to schedule an appointment. Nice clean environment and friendly staff. Eve worked wonders with my beard. Would definitely visit again

My favorite barbershop. Great haircuts and great experience from beginning to end every time. They have your preferences loaded in their system too so you can always reference your previous haircuts whether its for styles or barbers etc. Pretty cool. That way you can say "Ill do my usual" and they know exactly what you mean, even if its a different barber! Also, pay the extra for the 15 min extended head massage/shampoo... totally worth it 💆🏾

I went in and got a cut. I was not happy and contacted them hoping to get it fixed. I was offered a fix and they compensated me for the trouble. The manager called me back, whose name I have forgot (very sorry about that), and invited me in for the fix. The fix was great, I'd highly recommend this place if you are in the area or are looking for a treat yo self moment. While the price is outside of my normal range the service was outstanding and I will be returning for sure. Please give this place a go if you have the money to do so, you won't be disappointed.

It's a great atmosphere and everyone is very friendly. Price is high but generally what you would pay for this area and type of service. I wasn't in love with my haircut and felt it was a little quick but I can't really complain. I might go back but will probably try another place.

Second time booking for my husband, the hair cut is good. I love it. Giving 4 and not 5 stars cos the receptionist/front desk lady (westlake)screamed when asking how much we want to give for tip so everyone could hear which is not professional and completely wrong intentionally saying that out loud !!! There is something called privacy!!!! We have no issue giving tips but our business is not for everyone to hear.

Great service, always offer drinks upon arrival, and has a nice lounge area to wait in until your service starts. Also has a good online scheduling tool which I feel like is rare in barber shops

The atmosphere is great, but the best part was Fen's work and attention to detail. Fen made sure I was comfortable and that he understood my idea for my haircut, he exceeded my expectations and the shave was impressive.

I have been using their service for more than an year and have got cuts from Gavin, Chandell and Fenris. Chandell hands down has been the best, followed by Gavin and Fenris would be at the bottom of the list. I regret getting a cut from Fenris and wouldn't recommend him at all.

For the first 27 years of my life I shaved my head because I couldn't find a barber who could consistently deal with all my cowlicks. I've been going to Capelli's for 7 years now. A haircut that literally changed my life. Highly recommend. 5 stars. Anna is fantastic, but if she's unavailable, no worries. The skill level of the barbers here is tip top.

Expensive and very rushed. I tried a couple of barbers at Capelli’s and they all give “cookie cutter” haircuts: a trim on the sides with a buzzer and small scissor trim on top. Both times they didn’t really take my head shape/hair weight into account and left off angles all around. I would not recommend unless you absolutely need a haircut right away.

I was expecting better treatment given the reviews and the location. The person who cut my hair didn't cut it as I instructed and pushed back to the changes as I asked. I didn't feel as confident and comfortable with the overall process but hoping to change this review in the future when I try going to someone else in here.

This review is long, long overdue! My visit was a few months back. I visited the Westlake Capellis and was extremely impressed. The shop was super clean and welcoming. I saw Kelly for my haircut. Kelly was kind and energetic, and was very professional during the entire course of the experience. I was offered a beer right away to enjoy during my cut, which was a great surprise! Kelly was super speedy, but attentive to the detail of the cut. She was able to hold a conversation while also holding her concentration. The straight razor neck shave was done perfect without a dull razor and no cuts. This was no joke, without a doubt, the best men's haircut I have ever received. After 30 years of hair cuts, I finally received a good (fantastic) haircut! I used to think of a haircut like the dentist, now I enjoy it! I will never return to to my old stomping grounds again! Kelly and the Westlake shop were very impressive. I will definitely be a returning customer!

When I moved to Seattle I was worried that I wouldn't find someone i trusted or liked to do my hair and beard. I tried a couple barbers and then found Sue at Capelli's. Sue is clearly a well tenured professional and it shows in her etiquette, attention to detail and skill. She is patient with me and respectful of the style I am trying to achieve. I'm super happy I landed in her chair. The shop is well done with traditional dark wood decor and leather seats. I half expect there to be a secret door to a speakeasy or steakhouse booths in the back. and if that is the case, someone please tell me.

I have been going to this place for almost 2 years from the time I came to Seattle and never had to try another place. Price might be little higher than other places but you get what you pay for! One thing I wish they implement: Offer regular hair coloring services in addition to camo color.

This was the best cut I've gotten with my longer hair. Anna absolutely nailed it even with my vague description of what I was looking for. If you are trying a new style or haven't gotten your hair cut in a while, make sure to bring a reference image that you'd like it to look like.

Decent haircut for $40 dollars. The neck shave and shampoo is an added bonus but I’d rather the hair stylist skip those and take her time cutting my hair. They only slot 30 minute appointments and it forces them to drive the clippers like a race car.

Recently moved to Seattle and was searching for a place to routinely have my hair and beard tended to. I booked Kelly for a buzz cut, hot towel shave, and a beard shaping and grooming. She listened to my concerns and needs and suggested some changes. I trusted her recommendations and let her do her thing with no more input from me (first time I ever felt comfortable doing that). I couldn't be happier with the results and the service. Safe to say I will be returning, regularly.

When I moved to Seattle, I tried a couple different places out. Capellis wins. Lea is awesome, and does a fantastic job. Online reservations are wonderful! If you're on the fence, just go for it. You won't be disappointed.

Haircut was good but they cut my beard. I came in for a haircut, not a beard trim. Went from about an inch to about a quarter inch on the sides. Had to go home and blend into my beard. Frustrating
