This is the best barber shop in the state if not the country that I’ve been to and I’m really picky when it comes to a barber but they’re super friendly and do amazing work. I usually go to Neri for the braids and T for my haircut both are outstanding and good at what they do!! I would recommend to everyone I know!!

Great Haircut.. One of the best in the area. However, they claim to work by appt only but when you call to set an appt they never want to make one. They rather walk ins which take hours to get in the chair. It's frustrating because I call the main barber days in advance, 3 days, and he refuses to give me a time for the day im looking for. Im a busy guy who has been a faithful customer. However, im going somewhere else to get my hair cut due to the lack of organization and wasting my time. claiming to call back and never does. Great cut, awful & terrible structure and organization. If your time is precious go to a barber who has an appt system.

These guys are amazing. I was there last July 9 , I am traveling from Dallas TX, I was in Seattle for my daughter's wedding. I have Never had such great service like this in at any barbershop in Texas or Seattle. The haircut was on point, I got exact the cut I wanted. I took my kid (age 6) for his first haircut by a professional. It looks great. He got a fade and I'm happy with how he looks. He was sad to cut his afro off but now has no regrets. Excellent outcome. I will make the trip from Snohomish to get his fade touched up in the future.

Tee is a dope barber! Great precision. Clean execution. I can honestly say its the best haircut i have ever had had by a guy. Gave me exactly what i asked for. The head massage he does is unique and i enjoy it. Definite bonus. Its great being able to walk out of a barbershop and not having to go home and style my hair. He is an all in one guy. Definitely will be a regular customer.

They say a good barber is better then a mirror. Afro barber is by far the best barber ever. Very friendly and professional. The price is really affordable for the service you get, they wash and shampoo Your hair for free.. the place is very clean and authentic. It’s was very busy I’m glad I made an appointment. This review is long overdue, I’ve been coming to see Tewachew “T” for about a year now and I have never had an unpleasant experience or bad cut. Hands down the BEST barber I’ve ever had on the east or west coast! I always get compliments on my fades and one time even had a guy yell from across the street that I had “the best fade in Seattle”. T is always respectful and polite and listens to what I want if I feel like switching up my style and I don’t have to spend a lot of time explaining, he somehow just knows and if I have questions about products for my curls he takes the time to help me out, always going above and beyond. Something that I really appreciate about Afro Barber Shop is that as a woman I’ve never been made to feel uncomfortable, which is something that I’ve had problems with in the past at previous places I have been. If you want an excellent fade and quality customer service, I highly recommend calling up T and scheduling an appointment!!!

Great experience! I really needed a haircut at the last minute due to long work hours. I got there and really didn’t have to wait long at all. I told him I wanted a fade and he went to work. He cut my hair and facial hair also he wiped all the loose hair off with a warmed dampened towel. I definitely tipped because the work he did was worth more than the price he charges. Overall great place, good vibes and cleanliness. I definitely will make this my number one go to place.

Main guy, constantly gets it right. Hot towel treatment, blade for a sharp line up, oils up the hair for a shine, cleans up my face from the hair so it doesn’t get on my clothe. Solid dude, consistently good cuts

Real talk!! This shop is one of the best I've been to in the country (As a traveling consultant who has traveled the country, this is no exaggeration). Both barbers are legit but my guy Tee is a wizard out here with the cuts. Do your self a favor and come down here and get you a fresh cut!

I'm not kidding, man, I left this place feeling the absolute best I've ever felt about myself. He did an incredible fade, cleaned up the beard, full wash, light style, all for like $25.00. Worth every penny. Nothing but compliments since going in and I'll be a regular customer for years to come.

T is the only barber you need to see if you live in Seattle. Better than other shops that offer cuts in the $60 - $70 price range. I’ve told him his work warrants a higher price point (only $25 / men’s cut), but he is extremely humble and hasn’t raised them in a long time. T always finishes the cut with a hot towel and premium aftershave. 5/5 every time. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Best fade I've found coming to Seattle from Miami... and don't let the name throw you, I'm a white boy. They'll cut your hair too if your monies still green. Very thorough, detailed and they get the taping right, unlike most barbers I've found here...

Awesome, I live in Seatac and I drive all the way to Shoreline for my hair cut with this barber shop, very clean and outstanding service! Highly recommended! *Update, this place is great 👍 to get hair cut! There is a woman beauty salon inside too, a lot of changes inside. Tewachew (who owns this business) is still the same as I known him for the last 7 years, great customer service, very clean and concentrate while cutting your hair.
