Walked into my appointment with Dave early and was immediately greeted by him upon entering the shop. He made me feel welcome as soon as I walked in and was happy to get to my cut early. I did not know what I wanted to get and he had no issue with coming up with something on the fly and did a fantastic job. He was very personable, easygoing and a huge reason why I will be coming back. Thanks to all of the guys for creating a great environment and for the amazing work you do.

Dave literally gave me a ride back to work when my car wouldn't start after a haircut once. Seriously. Who does that. Anyone who claims that Dave is anything but friendly and accepting to all who sit in his chair is a fool. And like Mr. T said, I pity you, fool. But I ain't got time for no jibba jabba.

Great quality cut- nailed it the first time after I poorly described what I was looking for. Easy booking system, cool location, friendly shop banter, and good value rates. I usually have gone to either Supercuts or sports clips thinking my hair is easy to cut doesn’t make much of a difference. But it does. This guy is solid barber. Going to be going back on the regular

If you’re anything like me, you don’t just let just any barber out there touch your hair. I’ve been coming to Devan for about 2 years now & the guy has always given me the best cuts i’ve ever had since day 1. Super knowledgeable about all types of styles, not just a standard razor fade. I’ve had my hair faded up, tapered, grown out, and I can honestly say he does an incredible job at all types. And if you don’t know what you want, he’ll just make you look good 🤷🏻‍♂️ Can’t recommend Devan enough!

By far the best haircut I've had in Salt Lake City. Dave was fantastic. I walked in during lunch, the wait wasn't long. Dave took his time, got to know what I wanted and then free handed the whole cut! Very cool! These guys and gals care about their craft and their clients. I left feeling like I'd made new friends. Make sure you say hi to their super sweet black lab! I won't be letting anyone else but these guys touch my hair from here on out. Price is great for the service. They also do beard trims. I’m pretty particular about my hair and have bounced from barber to barber, shop to shop, trying to find consistency. I’ve now been coming here for 2+ years and I won’t go anywhere else. They’re on top of their game and have done every cut I’ve requested perfectly. Everyone in here is a rockstar. Rad environment, all the guys are super talented, relaxed, laid back, great vibe. Literally unsurpassed customer service. I had an appointment scheduled with Devan and he was finishing up a haircut as I walked in, but another barber Dave went ahead and greeted me and started chatting with me while I waited. They both offered me a drink from the fridge and chatted with me until Devan was ready. It's so refreshing to have a bunch of people that care so much about what they do and are one hundred percent passionate about it. The whole time I was getting my haircut they were talking about how excited they were to be opening their new shop and their plans in the future. They've already gained a huge following and have attracted a lot of local news stations and newspapers that have popped in to run stories on them all within being open under two months. I went to Ray's Barbershop down the road for years, but The Bureau is the new king in town. Best barbershop in town, HANDS DOWN.

I have a pretty tight schedule, so I started going to The Bureau because I could get in and out on my lunch break. Now I won’t go anywhere else if I can help it! Every cut I’ve gotten there so far has been one of the best I’ve had. I usually schedule an appointment online, so I know there won’t be a wait if I’m in a hurry. It’s just a cool atmosphere too. Everyone is really friendly, and it’s a fun place to spend your lunch. I’ve only gone to Devan because he does such a great job, but everyone I see coming out of The Bureau looks great!

Been visiting Devon and friends for about a year after being referred by a friend. I have never received so many compliments on a haircut, and that includes 3 months after the fact. Heads up this is no Great Clips, don't expect a $15 cut this is more but lasts longer. They can do what you'd like or they will make suggestions.

Great haircut. I can't remember the name of the barber who but my hair but he did a fantastic job. The prices were fair; not too expensive. The only reason why I knocked a star off was because it was pretty dirty inside. I get that it's a barber shop and there is going to be hair everywhere but the baseboards were in rough shape and the floors looked pretty bad. Otherwise, great place.

Great vibe in the shop. Hip downtown barbershop. Get a REAL haircut from a trained barber, not some fluffy cut from someone that watched a YouTube tutorial and opened a beauty shop. The cost is just a little more than what you might pay at other shops, but the cut is a lot better. Well worth the difference if you don't want to look like you got your haircut by Quasimodo. The Schedulicity appointment scheduling is my jam. Makes it so easy to get a time with the barber you like best, or one that just fits your schedule. The owner Devan makes sure the shop is clean, looks nice, and there is always some good music and conversations going on. This is my go-to shop in the SLC area. #hottowel

Was taken care of by Devan, nice guy. Very friendly and accommodating staff. I was able to walk in w/o having made any appointment and they worked me in, so that’s good. So then why only 3 stars? Because I paid (including 20% tip) $84 for a haircut & shave, and when Devan shaved me he nicked my chin with the straight razor, causing a tiny bit of bleeding & upon looking at myself in my mirror afterwards, there were a couple small areas on my face where he missed during the shave. It wasn’t horrible, but when I pay this much the quality better be there … and as far as the shave goes, it wasn’t.
