This shop is just awesome. From being greeted the moment I wasted in the door to walking out it was a great experience. I’m in town just for a few days and desperately needed a haircut. I was able to book an apt same day with Renee and she gave me one of the best cuts Ive received in a while. She was precise, wasn’t rushed, mega friendly, and ensured my hair was exactly how I wanted. My haircut was unexpectedly followed up with a straight razor cleanup on the neck, hot towel wrap, and a quick neck/shoulder massage. I loved this place, they could/should be charging way more and I’ll def be back the next time I’m in town.

I came in from out of state and blindly booked an appointment- Bee crushed my haircut and beard cut!!! She looked at the photos I had of a previous cut, listened to what my barber text said (I came in from out for town for a wedding) and she then did it exactly as I hoped! She did an even better job on the beard! When I come back to Phoenix, I know where I will go!!! That’s again.

GREAT PLACE. This by far is THE PLACE FOR A REAL CUT EXPERIENCE. From the moment you enter you are welcomed with that wonderful New York accent of the owner. It feels like stepping into a New York Barber Shop in Scottsdale AZ. The shop has 5 chairs with professional service from a cut to a shave. A very comfortable atmosphere with First Class service. The owner noticed that I was in a bit of a hurry, and went out of his way to squeeze me into the schedule. The haircut was fast, but also very high quality with attention paid to the quality of experience as well (was offered a drink, hot towel, etc.) Can't recommend this place enough!

We came across Who’s Next Barbershop in Scottsdale and we had Adi cut their hair. Adi was very professional and was very helpful. She gave us a consultation how would be the best way to cut my boys hair since he had long hair and he wanted to keep the length but clean the sides . Being from out of town, I researched a few barbershops and landed on this one. They offered everything I could want in a barbershop. They were clean, friendly, professional, and timely. My barber was Omar and he took care of everything I needed. Razor fade high and tight.. beard trim and shave.. I even got the face mask and rinse for the full treatment.. I will be back again the next time I come through town.

I'm very picky about getting my hair cut in a certain way. Richard, has it down to a science. They also have other talented barbers onsite and they seem to be able to take a walk-in without a wait. I moved here about 4 years ago, for the first two years I likely saw 6 different barbers in and around the area, then one day while driving past, i said screw it, and swung on through. Richard was my walk in barber that day; and wow was I impressed. Place was clean, got a free drink for waiting, and Richard did one hell of a good job. I have a "pointed" hair line, not a widows peak, but one with cowlicks on either side, and it makes it sort of difficult to cut and style. Richard saw that and cut it correctly the first day with out mention. I've been a cash paying customer ever since. Very impressed with this establishment, and I hope their new location does as well as this one does.

I’m bald so I rarely go to a barber, but when I do it’s because I’ve been lazy to trim and shave my beard. I gotta be honest I’m always skeptical about barbers cause a lot of them don’t know how to align the beard properly. I’m glad I gave this guy a try. The barber Dan made sure the beard came out lines up perfectly and trimmed well. I didn’t go home and look at my beard to realize one side was higher than the other.

I’ve been coming here since October of 2015 and will continue to as long as I’m living in AZ. Richard and Alex have both done my cuts the entire time. Extremely good work, and a very enjoyable laid back environment. Appointment structure makes it super convenient to keep to your schedule and not wait around for an hour. On that note, make sure you make an appointment, otherwise you WILL wait for hours. They’re that good. The New York atmosphere is just an added bonus, but this place is top notch.

Today was my first time visiting this barbershop. I strolled in early afternoon (mind you they close at 3pm) as a walk-in and the guy who welcomed me (sorry I didn't catch your name!) couldn't have been cooler and more accommodating. He had me scheduled in less than an hour. Stephen did an awesome job taking care of my cut. But the way he handled the payment deserves a special shout out. I always tip my barber. That's one of life's non-negotiables in my book. That said, I rarely carry cash and this shop is not set up to tip through credit card. Stephen acted like it was no big deal at all. Zero pressure. Not "download the Venmo app" or "there's a bank across the lot." Just a no worries and hoped I would visit them again. You combine that act and how I was greeted initially and it's why I'm writing this review. And also while they'll see me again. Great first impression fellas, thank you!

I walked in to who’s next barbershop Scottsdale location , it was my first time at a real barbershop, i usually take my kids to kids place to cut their hair . Adi took care of my two children. One of my children is a five years old kid with a Down syndrome. Adi was super gental and caring , she took the time and worked with him . Very classic barbershop design and feel. Owner and staff are polite and getting. TV's at each station so you won't miss the game while getting a cut. Prices are what you would expect for services offered. You can set an appointment online, over the phone or just walk in. Recommend calling ahead if you are going in late afternoon on weekdays and weekends when you need to be in and out relatively quickly. Longest wait I've had has been 20 minutes without appointment. Can still watch the games when in the waiting area. If you need a cut in the Scottsdale area come in and see Alex and his staff.

FORTUNATELY a friend in the area turned me onto Who's Next Barbershop. I gave it a try and have been going back ever since. The staff is very professional and inviting from the second you walk in. I prefer to have my hair cut by Alex but if by some chance he isn't there anyone can pick up where he left off. The service is great and waiting is no problem because you have sports on TVs all around you. Besides the great haircut that you'll get Alex is one of the more pleasant and funnier New Yorkers that will always carry on an entertaining conversation. A couple hours after leaving a female friend had already told me how she likes the cut. It is a few coins more than some places I checked out but you get value for your dollar.
