Josh is a super cool guy who really enjoys what he does and it shows in his work, he hooks me up every time no matter what I ask for!

I have had my haircut about five times at this shop. All barbers are excellent and highly skilled at their craft. Sam gave me a great cut at my last visit. I tried something new and loved the result! The barbers focus on their work and don’t get derailed by conversations with clients. They have a highly efficient ticket system where you pull a number and wait your turn. Good upbeat music plays overhead and each station has a tv. There is also a visible level of mutual respect and camaraderie among the barbers. Each client leaves with perfect cuts and beard trims. I’m thankful to have finally found a reliable barbershop with top-of-the-line barbers. I highly recommend.

This was my first time wanting to get a fade. My second haircut in the USA. It’s usually a local Indian barber in Bangalore or Hyderabad. I was anxious. Wondering if my barber would object to my request/questions regarding Indian hair, how long, how short, etc. Sam/Ihsan was so patient and heard out to every single one of my questions, concerns and said, “Don’t worry bro! Ali was fantastic!! While I was waiting, I watched all of the barbers and clients. Everyone looked like they were getting good cuts with the barbers paying attention to what they wanted! Ali was super friendly and made sure he understood what I wanted before he even started cutting. I had told him what I wanted, and he gave me a suggestion as to what may look better(just on length of cut on the sides and back) and I was happy he did. Hair turned out great. And to be honest, I am almost never satisfied with my hair cuts!(I'm picky). Clean shop, good atmosphere, and pleasant employees! Will highly recommend, and I will absolutely be returning myself!

Didn't really respond when I would talk, and questioned me when I wanted to change something or clarify what he was doing. I know they're well trained. Located in a small strip mall, this no-frills-but-full-service men's barbershop is open seven days a week. Each of the six or so barbers are precision specialists, able to give each customer precisely what he wants in the way of a haircut. Prices are reasonable and quite affordable. The clientele pulls many from nearby Arizona State University as well as locals from further afield. If you are searching for an excellent haircut at a decent price, this is the place to go. Bear in mind, though, that you may have to wait an hour or more.

I came in to get a nice haircut and beard trim for a photoshoot to apply for medical residency application. Samer did just what I was asking for, he customized the haircut based on the way I comb my hair. The entire experience was relaxing, enjoyable and I felt like I was being taken care of. Simply amazing. My main barbershop when I want to get the cut right (I live a bit far but this barbershop is worth the drive)! I have 3A/3B curly hair that is always kindve different for barbers and can turn into all kinds of way. However, when I go to Terminal Barbershop I can always trust I will love the cut whether I’m keeping it the same or switching it up! I gotta say, Ali and Obi are especially top tier for curly hair, but really all the barbers are top tier here for any type of cut and can’t go wrong with anybody here! I usually just get a number and trust the process!

Ibo and the other barbers all do a great job of keeping the line moving so there is barely any wait. At the same time they provide the quality that you would expect at the price point. I have never come across anyone unfriendly here. The crew is diverse and appear to be paid fairly and treated well by management. Each visit here has been positive.

I first heard about terminal barbershop from a friend of mine at ASU right after quarantine ended. It had been over a year since I got a haircut since everything shut down that I didn’t even know what kind of cut to get. I have never gotten my haircut at a barber shop before, only ever going to super cuts or sports clips. Immediately I was concerned about how my hair would look but I put my faith in the barber’s hands and he definitely came through. My haircut came out better than I had ever expected given how I came in with such a large amount of hair. The environment was very sleek and modern with a super comfortable waiting area. The guys here do a great job! I've been getting my haircut here ever since I moved to Phoenix about 2 years ago. I used to live right near the shop but have moved about 20 miles away and still drive down to just to get my haircut here. I've had some cuts better than others but I've never had a bad experience here. The waits during peak times can be a bit long so keep that in mind. Last visited a couple of weeks ago and all the barbers were wearing masks and everything felt super comfortable. Go get your haircut here!

This place has been my barbershop for the past 4 years and I couldn’t be happier with the job they do… Super friendly staff, and every guy in there can do a nice fade like nobody’s business, but the guy who runs the place has been cutting hair for like 20 years and can cut a clean fade in his sleep. A pro’s pro. They also do nice beard trims and eyebrow threading, and there’s a great selection of Suavecito and other products for sale. My only recommendation is come prepared to take a number and wait… They operate on a walk-in basis, so if you show up on a Saturday afternoon or right before a big holiday when lots of guys are getting cuts you may be sitting a little while. Also it’s typically a lively atmosphere in there with plenty of loud Pop music from Turkey, Lebanon, Albania, etc. Personally I enjoy it, but if you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing spot to get a haircut this may not be the place for you

I've been coming here for a few months now, and it's absolutely fantastic. I get my hair cut by the owner Michael, and he kills it every time. It's always a super friendly atmosphere when you walk in and grab the number to wait your turn. That being said; if you go during peak hours, be prepared to wait around 45min to an hour. More people than just me really like this shop, so if you want a quick in-and-out haircut, you need to plan your visit accordingly. As long as I am in the Phoenix area, i'll be going to this shop for my haircuts.

The most Cleansed Baber I have attend. I tried different barber shops, and since I have a sensitive skin, I always ended up with redness all of my face until I tried this one. They fulfill any weird request I have, for health reasons, while others do not comply. They know what they're doing, and make sure you have your satisfaction at the end. The atmosphere of the barbershop is welcoming; people were friendly and you could tell that they truly enjoyed what they do. I've been coming for the the past 3 months or so. So far it's been great. I've tried pretty much every barber present, due to just going to whoever is open next. This last cut by Sam, it was really nice. Just showed him a pic and a few modifications to suite my needs and bam, came out great. Note, pay attention to the times Google says it's busy. It's fairly accurate and can lead to a wait of 30min or so. You won't be disappointed coming here.

When you walk in you will see a bald guy his name is Micheal he does an amazing job on anything you ask him to do! Also when you first walk in the smell is.. AMAZING. And the music is soo nice and calming. The guys there at the barber shop are soo nice. Micheal is so nice and so gental when he does hair or anything else! needed a haircut on a sunday, when not many other places are open. walked in about 45 minutes after they opened up. pretty nice place. clean and classy looking. 1 chair open, no wait. wanted something specific, told the barber exactly that. he had a couple follow up questions, and went to work. dude was as quick and nimble as edward scissorhands. did a pretty good job for as fast as he worked. i was in and out in less than a half hour with pretty much exactly the kind of cut i wanted. got a complimantary soda, too. like arnold, ill be back.
