Today I took my baby to get a haircut for the first time before his 1st Birthday. It was an unforgettable experience. The place invites you to bring the entire family, beacuse it has a clean, calm and safe environment. BLAIME gave an excellent and professional treat to my baby. It finished giving me a certificate with the name of my baby and a hair lock on it. My baby end up with an spectacular haircut. 🤗🥳 Definitely instead of 5, I'm giving 10 stars to Hair Wizards Barbershop. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Please don't forget to give tips.

It sad it says to book appointment and I did for my husband its so unprofessional to wait until 30 mins before the booked appointment for them to text and say the person can't cut your hair that is so unprofessional and horrible they are the worse with communication prices be wrong online and with respect.

I’d been hopping around shops since moving here during lockdown, looking for a barber. Was recommended by a coworker. Picked the first available barber, and now Teana’s stuck w me bc she NAILED it! Her attention to detail is immaculate, and I never feel like my cut’s taken the backseat at any point. I also don’t see anyone walk out this shop looking busted. Whole staff is cool as hell, professional and welcoming.

Easily the best cuts I've gotten in this city, and I've been all over. The atmosphere in the shop is terrific. There's a sense of community between the barbers and their customers. This place is truly a blessing!! Came in with my young son who has had bad experiences with barbers in the past and he did not want a hair cut at all but Chris at hair wizards came to the rescue. He was calm, gentle and nurturing to my son as if he was his own. Even with my son moving and not wanting to sit in the chair properly his cut still came out amazing. The place is clean and all the barbers where very professional. We will be back for many more cuts in the future.

Found this shop on instagram and very happy I did. I was nervous but when I walked in the barber at the chair closest to the door politely greeted me and offered me a seat on the waiting bench. It was smooth sailing from there. There were children and other women in the shop too so I felt very comfortable. It was definitely more of a family atmosphere. My barber was Dominic and my haircut came out better than I imagined. I will most definitely be coming back!!

Went here for the first time last week. I been going to the same barber for 7 years but decided to try these guys out after seeing all the great reviews. I was told they wont do appointments the day off but to come in. This was a saturday. I drove there around 3pm and wow this place was packed!! People all over waiting for a cut. Those who had appointments set up from days before went first then walk in but the line for walk ins was crazy so I decided to not wait bc I was in a bit of a rush but made me excited to try this place out seeing how busy it was I figured it must have been that good.. so I walked in mid day tuesday and got on the walkin list. Still had to wait about half hour but not to bad bc I had some more time to wait that day. I was called up by BLAME. He was the man. He cuts incredibly well and knew what he was doing he even shaped up my beard as well. He knows how to fade very well and I was very impressed by it! Blame made me feel comfortable and at home and I thank him for that. I'm not from the area so I felt a bit out of place as it is but I couldnt have been happier with my experience. I will be back again for sure and I'm going to Blame. Thank you to everyone at hair wizzard for the great experience and look forward to coming back again! But this time with an appointment! Highly recommended!

Very professional people, shop is always clean, neat and very kid friendly. I can't see myself going anywhere else for a cut. Best shop in the northeast hands down. I have been getting my haircut from Dominic (the owner of Hairwizards) for over the past 10 years. He opened Hairwizards about 3 years ago & has created in my opinion, the best barbershop in the city of Philadelphia. The atmosphere & amazing customer service that you receive from all of the barbers is absolutely top notch. As soon as you enter the barbershop, you are greeted and welcomed at the door. You feel a great family type atmosphere during all of your visits which is exactly why I continue to return for my haircuts here on a weekly basis. I recommend Hairwizards to everyone of all different ethnic groups, ages (young & old), male or female. Make sure you check out the Wizards for yourself & see why they are the best barbershop in the city!

Fun family feel without losing the cool vibe of a barbershop. Barbers are great with kids and they bring in a variety of clientele. The shop is always clean and designed with a wizard theme following the name. The barbers themselves respect each other and maintain a level headed environment with the customer in mind. Improvements occur here and there with the shop incrementally. Theyalso offer other products such as t shirts and hats with their HWB brand. Hair products are also offered. Hair designs are a specialty of one of the barbers. Appointments are encouraged as this barbershop is extremely busy. Walkins are however possible, go early!!!

It is easier to get the appointments through the app called Booksy, rather than calling the number shown on info. Since they dont answer the calls anyways. FYI, if you just walk in you will feel like playing a russian roulette and you might see yourself under any barber's hands.

Angel The Barber that I go too cuts with Percision and perfection, I highly recommend this barbershop but keep in mind all the barbers in the shop are highly talented so make sure to reserve a spot at least a day or two before because as you know when you have great service and talented barbers as the Cottman location does the clientele is High!!!
