My appointment got cancelled at another shop. This place got me in the same day. Alex took the time and heard what I wanted for my haircut, and made sure he understood what I wanted. He even made adjustments throughout when the look wasn’t what I thought it would be. He was a great barber that works hard to please his clients. I highly recommend this place!

Got my hair cut by lenny and I can't recommend him enough. I was able to schedule an appointment online which was great. Card and cash payments options. Conversation was chill. The entire vibe of the shop is relaxed. Felt comfortable and able to joke and laugh. I can argue with the price either. Got my beard brows and hair cut and spent less than I have at other places for beard and hair cut. Quality job at a Great price in a chill environment. Will definitely be recommending them.

Always a good experience when I go to New Era Barbershop. I get my hair and beard done and I always come out feeling like a new man. Aaron and the barbers there know how to treat their customers and compared to other barbershops I’ve tried I feel like at New Era they take their time to get your hair right and doesn’t feel like they are rushing to get the next person in. the whole experience was 20/10. from calling in to see if they had time available that I (my son) was available. to the welcoming into the shop & the haircut. my son had been to a prior barber and while he wasn't always satisfied with his cut he felt bad to go elsewhere bc the guy was so nice & they had sports in common to chat about. but it was always too short, like he didn't even listen to my son and he was always "busy" on the phone and/or ppl stopping by.... He has been putting off a cut for so long bc he didn't want to go back there and he was looking grungy. so on a limb I started calling other shops, some didn't even want to be on the phone long enough to answer my questions, and down right rude when they did. not here, Alex told me to come on in & he'd get my son his cut and y'all, its been the first time in 4 years that we've left the barber shop, that my son was not mortified about his cut nor wearing a hat or his hoodie hood for 2 weeks to wait for regrowth. it was AMAZING to see that self confidence in him. and we will definitely be back! I commend these young men for being professional,personable and wish them the best success as they grow their clientele.
