It’s been way too long since I’ve been to a Barber Shop only because I didn’t know where to go or who was most reputable. I can say now Ace of Fades is where it’s at. I will never get my haircut from any other place let alone any other barber but Angel. The place it’s self is super clean and has a great atmosphere. The barbers are a good time to be around and you’ll find yourself really enjoying your cut. They keep things professional but at the same time relaxed with good vibes. If you aren’t getting your hair cut here you aren’t doing it right. If you want the best you gotta go to the best. Angel at Ace of Fades is my recommendation but I know anyone there can give premium quality cuts. 5 Star across the board. WORD.

I gotta say, It’s been a long time since I’ve had a haircut this good. Made an appointment on their site which had the prices for all of the options that they offer, so there were no surprises. The next day I walked in, sat down in Jay Millz chair and we we went over what I was wanting to do with my hair. He listened to what I wanted and even gave some advice as to how we could make what I was looking for even better. After 45 minutes in the chair I left looking like a whole different person with one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had. The shop has a good vibe and all of the equipment and staff is top notch. I will definitely be returning here for my next haircut.

Just moved to Omaha and didn’t really know where to go for a fade cut. I ended up coming here and couldn’t be more impressed. First of all the cut was great. Angel took his time and made sure I was happy with the cut each step of the way. Aside from the cut the atmosphere was great as well. All of the employees, not just Angel, were friendly and laid back which was awesome since finding a barber in a new city is tough for me. Perfect combination of relaxed and professional. Great place for a haircut overall, I’ll definitely be back!

RESOLVED- Usually this is a five star establishment, but usually I don’t drive 1.5 hours to be stood up by a barber. I understand things happen, but I need an explanation of why my barber left me hanging on a confirmed appointment before I change this review. It’s 1:18 and my appointment was confirmed for 1:00 after he canceled my previous appointment for 11:00. Nobody has seen my barber today. I’m not interested in putting his name on blast publicly because I have no idea what happened, but I need to know why I drove 1.5 hours to sit on a leather couch and watch dudes get their hair cut UPDATE- another barber with a fully booked schedule just offered to cut my hair🫡 these guys really are great more often than not UPDATE- the problem is with the booking software they use. Barbers don’t confirm bookings on their end, so if they cancel a day’s appointments but don’t block the day off, customers can continue to book without the barber’s knowledge. Thanks for the help, cut is great as always 👍

I've been going to Saul for 5-6 years now. You cannot find a better barber, trust me - I have looked. I used to drive to Lincoln just to get a cut from Saul. He is also THE best at beard shape ups, line ups and etc. The cool thing about Saul is that he has both barber skills and salon stylist skills so there is really nothing he cannot do. I am appreciative of what he offers and I am glad I found him all those years ago at Village Pointe!

Went for the first time this past week, found them first via Yelp and then Google had many more reviews. Booked an appointment online. Seems like they're pretty booked through the day so walk ins might be limited. Angel cut my hair, and he did an excellent job fading and shaping the sides since my hair sticks out straight. Paid attention to detail. Shop itself is comfortable and good ambiance, nothing over the top. Would recommend

Hands down these guys are the best. My boy Luis gets me right every time I go in. I've only ever had Luis but every time i'm there everyone is leaving looking fresh! Before Ace of Fades I bounced around different barber shops and couldn't find any consistency as I have curly hair and is a tougher cut but finally found the consistency I was looking for. No more stress on if I was going to get a good cut or not. Only downside is I have to drive 15-20 mins each way but it is well worth it and they will have my business for a long time!

I am rather picky with who I let cut my hair. In the last decade, I’ve only gone to one barber regularly - with 1 or 2 others mixed in very sparingly. Since moving to Omaha, I needed to find a new go-to — Saul at Ace of Fades is my guy. He’s extremely professional, highly talented and a really fun dude to hang with. He brings his own ideas to the table if you ask for his opinion, which I love. And he can execute just as impressively with the shears and the clippers. There isn’t a hair type or a style he can’t pull off. And lastly, Saul takes his time to get your cut (and, for me, your beard) looking perfect. I cannot recommend him any more highly and will be referring friends moving forward. The entire shop is extremely well maintained and friendly, without being overbearing or over the top at all. It’s very much a laid back atmosphere that added to the already amazing cut. I rarely leave reviews. This experience is absolutely worth the essay I’m writing. Go to Ace of Fades. Book with Saul (though I’m sure the rest of the staff are killer as well).

Great location to get a haircut in South Omaha, these guys have done a great job making this shop look nice as well as creating a fun experience. They take a lot of pride into what they are doing and while they have been only open for a month they are very skilled and will do well. Their appointment system works excellent, and they even texted me a few hours before to let me know they were running 15 minutes behind. I had never seen this before and I appreciate the efficiency as well as respect for my time. Jesse will leave your beard and fade looking EXCELLENT!
