Nice clean barber shop! Nice music playing and a big TV! I was a walk-in and it didn't take too long. However, I did end up with a so-so haircut. I wanted a burst fade, I even showed pictures. The guy truly had no idea how to cut it, but still said he could do it. I think he might have smoked too much before work. I couldn't believe I had to tell him to pick my hair out. That's the first step before doing any cutting. He was literally doing everything backwards or completely forgetting until I told him.

A fantastic and historic shop that has been around for over 25 years! The barbers are all pros, and the shop also offers its own products as well for a One-Stop shop. They also have an app where you can schedule your appointments ahead of time which I think is pretty ahead of the game!

This was my first time visiting Salon referred to by my niece Ashlee. My Professional Stylist Connie greeted me at the door. The Salon is really nice BARBERSHOP in the front BEAUTY SALON in back and CDC GUIDLINES are in Full effect. Connie is EXCELLENT she took me to Heaven shampooing my hair massaging my scalp. I was undecided about my natural hair style and showed her pics of what I wanted. She looked at my head and worked a miracle. I was genuinely pleased with my outcome she attempted to do style that she never done before. Went in as a walk-in for a beard trim. Everyone was kind, professional, and the trim was one of the best I’ve ever gotten. Hot towel for the face and a beard scrub too - they go the extra mile here and their prices are very reasonable for the services they offer. Thanks ODH!

I was out of town looking for a quick haircut to get not looking for anything but just a cut , but let me tell you when I came to ODH it was an experience that will last a lifetime. The owner Mr Scoop was extremely professional and very personable to the point I felt at home. The staff is definitely family and I’m telling you if you are confused about where to get your cut from look no further because ODH is the place to be when your looking to get fresh for what ever event or just to get a cut ODH is the place and it’s very very clean here so do yourself a favor and go see Mr. Scoop and staff and get right. I have found my place so every time I’m in town I will definitely go see my new family at ODH.

Visiting from out of town and needed a clean up. They allowed walk-ins so I came here after looking at other reviews. Friendly vibe here, the barber who cut my hair, Bo, told me about good places to visit while on my trip. It was much appreciated! The cut Bo gave me was dope! My girl told me she really liked my shape up. All in all, if you come here you won't be disappointed. The service I received was great and the people here make you feel like family. I highly recommend this barbershop.

Okay. So I moved to New Orleans a little over a year ago and didnt know where to get my hair cut. I decided to choose ODH. It was the best decision i have ever made. Just a few weeks ago, I moved to Metairie and tried to find a new, trusted person to cut my hair. I went to the Regis in Lakeside mall and it was the worst possible haircutting experience of my life. The woman there absolutley destroyed my hair and I was nearly in tears when she finished my hair after I asked for a simple fade. (Now i see how bad of an idea that was and i should have thought it through.) Anyway i IMMEDIATELY left the mall, called a Lyft, and made my way to ODH. They very quickly sat me down, made me feel welcome, and fixed my hair so much that i felt like a gentleman when i walked out. I will never trust another barber except for the boys at ODH as long as I live in New Orleans. Make sure you make an appointment at ODH...
