Fabulous place. They give a fabulous fade and, in addition to that, they LISTEN. So many barbers cut you how they deem necessary and not how you actually ask them to. These guys will give you whatever you want, and they do it quickly and of very high quality. I go to Kovan, who is awesome, and I can tell just from observing that the other barbers there also do a fabulous job. If you need a skin fade, or honestly any kind of haircut, this is the place to go.

The shop owners are friendly, polite, and courteous. This is by far the best place to get a haircut in Nashville! The prices are competitive, great operating hours, business is clean, and they take their time to make sure they are giving you the best cut. Nothing is too big of a challenge for this team! They also have good sanitary practices, which is a plus for me because that’s not something to play with! It is hard for me to pick out an outfit much less a good barber because I am so picky, after my first cut here I was sold and won’t go anywhere else!

This place is good for getting fades and cool looking designs if you got thick hair and all that but to be honest I asked for a faux hawk and basically left with a regular tapered fade. He was quick and the hair cut was nice but it wasn't what I showed him at all. I'm not knocking the dude because he is good but if you ask for something and you're paying for it then you need to be getting what you asked for seriously

I have struggled for years to try to find a barber that cuts my hair the way I wanted until I visited fresh fades. I highly recommend them, Kovan does a impeccable fade he’s a true master at his craft. I live an hour away and I make the trip because I know I won’t be disappointed. They do an amazing job. Very inexpensive and very, very good quality cuts compared to what I’ve seen in Brentwood that charges $50-80 for a haircut.

Kovan is one of the greatest barbers I’ve seen, great on time, he always takes care of me and he can do last min haircuts professionally. Beat fades I’ve seen and the master of beard lining , if you’re an Arab or middle eastern you’d appreciate this guy. Highly recommended I come every other week from Murfreesboro just to this man. Kovan, really out did himself!! I have had the same Barber for the last 23 years of my life (he gave me my first haircut as a child). Over the years I have given very few chances to new people to cut my hair and only twice have I found someone to return to (Kovan is one of those 2). So I still to this day drive from my current city in which I live to go back to first barber, and it's a two hour drive, one way! As a travel nurse, I seem to be getting further away so I'm having to step out and give chances. Well, let me tell you just how great my experience here was. It isn't a place where you talk a whole lot. It's just a small shop but boy did I not expect what I got. He asked me a few questions about my preferences and then started working. When he was finished I was rather shocked! So shocked because I actually like this cut better than my original barbers! I will definitely be returning for more while I am here, shoot May even make some trips here just to fixed up again by Mr. Kovan! Absolutely recommend! 💯

If you are currently reading reviews and considering Fresh Fades, stop the search you have found the best place in Nashville for a mens haircut. Kovan, the owner, has a very open clean shop with great lighting. Walk ins welcome, I had 1 guy in front of me and waited about 20 mins. Kovan has a high attention to detail which in my mind makes all the difference for the best cut. I also really liked that he used an air compressor hose hanging from the ceiling like you see in a garage to manage the mess of sticky hair. A few seconds of that air to the noggin to finish the cut will have you ready to hit the day and not need a shower immediately or feel itchy. This was my first visit but I will absolutely be back.

Now I am more than happy to drive to Nashville to his shop and get my hair cut. He gives a high quality fade, has great attention to detail and his shop is super clean. You’re tripping if you go anywhere else. I used to hate going to barbershops because you’re sitting there for an hour or two while the barbers are chopping it up, taking phone calls and doing everything except cutting hair. Not this dude. He gets you right in and right out with a perfect fade every single time. I’ve never been at the shop longer than 20 to 30 minutes even if there’s two or three dudes in front of me when I get there. I’m telling you, this is where you want to get a cut at.
