After my second cut with Dondo, he asked if I would mind writing him a review. Easy request to fulfill after the amount of compliments I received this weekend. Dondo spent our first cut chopping off ten inches of COVID hair and getting me back into a fresh look. Our second cut a few weeks later he knew was setting me up for my big day. Dondo took his time and was accurate and communicative, asked me what I was looking for and delivered. The fade and beard trim lineup were both done right. I felt confident and clean cut for the biggest day of my life. I'll let the photos speak for themselves on the results. My groomsmen said they spent as much time looking at my beautiful bride as they did looking at my fresh fade. Dondo will be my barber while I'm living in MSP, but the whole shop has a family/ brotherhood vibe. Cool barbers that are willing to listen, have the tools and training needed for a good experience, execute a smooth finished product, and charge an affordable rate for the quality of the cut.

Been working with the one KD in uptown. He's been helping me find a good fitting hairstyle and I've been really satisfied with his work. I now come in about once a month ta two. He isn't there to chat my ear off, or hustle me to come in sooner then my budget and hair needs are. He's accommodating when his calendar gets full( often it is full). Also as a guy who need tips in home styling with product, he's been very helpful in techniques based on my type of hair. Go for a KD Cut!

I just came in to get most of my overgrown hair off, I only get haircuts a couple times a year but I do like looking nice from time to time. I had Jorgie cut my hair and he was super chill to talk to, my hair gets super thick so it usually takes a while but he was finished pretty quickly. It looks super nice he is definitely skilled and I've been getting complements. My brother in law asked where I got it cut, apparently Jorgie cuts his hair too so I would definitely recommend he knows what he's doing. Edit: Just coming back to say these dudes never screw up a cut. I have been back multiple times for a walk in and have been very satisfied every time.

After trial and error and so many barbershops throughout my life I finally found the perfect barbershop….I have an oddly shaped head and barbers always leave one side a little bit higher than the other but not at stilos! Si the barber has been my barber for about 2 years now and I have never walked out of there with any sort of errors on my cut. The fade is always outstanding and so is the service. My appointments always start on time and I’ve never had to wait. All the barbers do a great job as well I don’t think I’ve ever seen a cut come out of their that isn’t top tier!

Everyone else in the shop are pretty chill as well, it is an overall good environment. Bu I will be going to Stilos and using KD for all my barbering needs. I saw stilos and thought why not give this place a try, and I picked a random barber which happened to be Dondo. I’m so glad I did because he gives me the best haircuts I’ve ever gotten. I get compliments almost daily when I’m out and about. He takes the time to meet your needs and he really gets to know you and what you like if you continue to keep seeing him regularly. This place is great. My daughter decided to get her hair cut short and the place she went to destroyed her hair leaving her almost bald in places. I've gotten my hair cut by Corey a couple of times, but due to our conflicting schedules most weeks, Iliana was recommended to me - and I'm so happy that she was. She's been cutting my hair for the last two + months and she's been amazing. She's attentive, asks questions, and is patient - even when things are hectic around her. Best complete haircut AND beard trim I've ever had, ask for Dondo! I walked in late last night, never heard of Stilo (newish to Uptown) because Floyd's and Gents were booked and so happy I did, I've found my new barber. I went with the brush fade but bald fade was on the table, Dondo offered both. But, the beard trim was full service. I've never had any other barber do a chalk line to find the perfect symmetry or take the time and attention to my mustache, goatee, etc. Dondo is SUPER legit, try him out, you'll never go anyplace else!

Waitress came up to me and complemented my hair and asked who cut it. I told her Kaleb Arradondo at Stilo’s and she told me to give him a compliment when I go back in 2 weeks to get it cut again. This waitress also ran a salon herself and was very impressed of my cut. It has taken me FOREVER to find someone who cuts my hair to my liking and it’s refreshing to walk out every time and be satisfied with my experience. I'm extremely finicky with who and how my hair is cut. I've been going to the same stylist @ Life Spa LTF STLP since moving to MN almost 10yrs ago. Although I miss Alex, who is an amazing stylist in her own right, Dando has done a masterful job the few times he has cut my hair! He is professional, pleasant, and patient. People amaze me. Sorry for trying to make the shop a better and more at home environment. Simon is a great barber but lowkey Ily and Dondo are the best ones there. I still get cut by Simon cause he’s always available and I can never get in with Ily or Dondo.

I was completely blown away by the service here, given by Dondo. I brought my two year old son in to get his first haircut and Dondo stepped up to the plate. I had no idea how I wanted my toddlers hair to be cut and Dondo gave recommendations and me decide which would be best for my boy. As Dondo got started my son threw a huge fit and was screaming and wiggling everywhere. He, literally, had to be held in place. Dondo was soo patient, kind and reassuring to my boy and myself. Dondo even took breaks in between, when I requested, and continued to reassure us, was playful and asked my son questions to keep his mind off of it. I am so pleased I was with Dondo and our experience at Stilos. Even with a wiggly, screaming, fighting toddler, Dondo did a beautiful cut. You would have never known my son behaved the way he did by looking at his cut. You would assume he sat as still as a statue. And after the cut was finished, Dondo was showing my son around the shop, giving him high fives and doing everything to make my boys first hair cut experience positive. We will definitely be returning to Dondo for all of my boys hair needs. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dondo and Stilos, don't go anywhere else, you won't regret it.
