Truly a happy experience being able to walk in and get my 2 boys a haircut. My Otis and Earl were patient and kind with my boys, as they aren't somewhat that comfortable sitting in a barbershop setting. We'd be happy to come back as regulars. Honestly just being to walk in as a single woman and mother being acknowledged and serviced put alot of stress and fears aside. I knew my boys were in good hands. Thank you🙏🏽✨️

This place is definitely my go to. After not having a hair cut for over a year I really wanted to get a solid cut even though my long hair made it a *little* hard but these guys did a great job. Earl cut my hair and he was great!!! Took his time and didn’t rush anything and nailed the cut to even better than I’d hoped. Worth every penny guys. He even helped me choose products afterwards cause I didn’t know how to better manage my short hair since it had been so long.

If you are a lady transitioning from permed hair to your natural hair and want a fresh start, this is the place for you❤️I walked in the barber shop today and was nervous about doing the big chop, Earl my barber, consulted with me about what I wanted to do with my hair, we came up with a game plan and he executed it perfectly! Not only did he cut my hair beautifully beyond what I had imagined, he also shaped and trimmed my eye brows! The shop is well maintained and very clean, the owner of the shop is very nice as I met him today also. I found this shop on Google. I am glad we came across this shop and visited! We are somewhat new to the Katy area and have had a difficult time finding a good barber. The atmosphere is awesome. I have 2 boys that are wild and one of them with a sensitive scalp. During the cut, they were so calm. They are very sanitary, the work is precise and steady. I appreciate the time they take to make sure it is done right! I have not gotten a cut this good in a very long time! We will definitely be going back and make this a regular visit!

I found this place searching the web by seeing the 4.9 rating and was also recommended by a friend so I had to try it. When you first walk in the atmosphere at this location feels like a home away from home. It feels like you’re family by how you’re greeted when you walk in and how the barbers start a conversation with you like you’ve known them for years. This is a prime example of a quality barber location that lives up to its name and ratings. I would definitely recommend this place and I will be coming on a regular to this shop.

I stumbled on this gem while searching for a place to get a haircut. As a female I’m quite weary about barber shops. All I knew at the time was that it was less than a mile away and it was highly recommended but I didn’t even have the time to read any review. So after my haircut this is what I think- The ambiance is great! Mr Otis is just a breathe of fresh air- funny, engaging. Lomax gave me a haircut and he enjoys his craft and is great at it. Did I mention the music? It almost felt like I was hanging out with family that I actually liked, at a place I enjoyed being. Finally a family-friendly barber shop in the area. I have never had such a nicer guy answer that phone. He answered my questions and welcomed us into his business. We set up my husbands appointment since he’s having an important business meeting and he came out looking amazing. Otis, thank you 🙏🏼. We are very happy with your professionalism and just the comfort of your personality. The comfort level is just the way a barber shop should be. We were looking for a full service barber shop for my father, who can no longer shave on his own. Otis was great on the phone and said he would take care of us. Mitch was available when we arrived and took Dad right over. He gave him a great cut and close shave (even though I opted against a straight razor shave - I wasn't sure how Dad was going to react to a professional shave). Mitch was my barber and I have a big beard and never really wanna trust anyone to touch it and all I can say is he KILLED IT 💯 they definitely offer the water to as well lol. Called yesterday for some details on a cut I wanted. Phone was answered quickly and the gentleman was very polite and honest about the service he could provide. Handed me over to his partner who said he could do what I was looking for. I was able to be accommodated quickly. Got there this morning for my appointment and Mitch was ready and waiting. I have been looking for a barber for a while for my son and tried a few, ending with little to no satisfaction. My husband found this shop through a search on Google. Finally... success! Thankfully, they accept walk-ins. Glen cut my boy's hair and he did a wonderful job. First time experience here and loved it. I have been growing my hair out for years to donate it, and now was the time to cut it. I had moved cities some time ago, so I was still searching for a haircut place. I assume like most people, NO ONE wants a bad hair cut. Yes, I was going to chop it all off, but I still want it to look good. And I was looking for a guy hair cut. My husband recommended this place via Google after he saw the ratings and read the comments. We decided to go for it, and thankfully was not disappointed. My barber was Otis. We told him what I was generally looking for, and he did a fantastic job. He even tried to style it a little to keep it feminine for me. I absolutely love my new hair cut. I think I will keep it short for now, but I was glad to know that for future reference, they do hair for women there too.

Our first time out to these guys and thy did a great job! All of the barbers were friendly and nice and offered us water or if they could do anything for us while we waited. Just got my hair cut by Mitch. Seriously the best haircut I have ever gotten. He was very patient and thorough, and made me feel like he actually cared about the haircut he was giving me. The staff was very polite and offered drinks to my friend and I, and were just all around pleasant. The other barber cut my friend's hair and he is very happy with his cut as well. If you’re looking for a good cut, this is the place. Homey feel with incredible service and the friendliest off staff that make you feel like family the moment you walk in. I haven’t had a cut this good in a while, and my boy Glenn went above and beyond to make sure he didn’t sacrifice quality just to get it done quickly. I’ve gotten skin fades before but never one this smooth or blended as clean as this. Very impressed and would definetly get another cut there the next time I’m in town. I cannot emphasize how friendly and service focused the staff is. They are committed to making you feel and look good.

I had experienced a Goldilocks moment today. Found a "just right" barbershop/salon at last! We had just moved back to our beloved Katy and I had spent the morning evaluating a dozen barbershop online and visited four other ones before I was blessed to find X-Clusive. Didn't see this shop earlier in my online search. Wow, perfect 5 stars rating with a 115 postings...can this be true?! Answer: Absolutely YES! The ambiance and vibes of this shop is very comfortable and inviting. The owner made me felt welcome by offering me bottled water. Master Barber Sedrick was the consummate professional. He took great care to ask me several times the specifics of my haircut and tweaked it exactly to my liking. Hope I'm not being too dramatic when I say that this is the best darn haircut I ever had! P.S. The price was right, the shop was clean with lively conversation. Much thanks and see you again in a couple of weeks.

Needed a haircut badly on short notice and googled barbershops near my current location and stumbled across this one. The location was clean and professional and the guys in the shop had good conversation. I got my hair cut by the owner Otis and he took his time and didn't rush through the cut. Okay so I found this place online and they had some good reviews. I showed up randomly (walk in) and was immediately greeted by two gentleman. I was offered water or a soda, and I sat down for my cut. LET ME SAY..... THIS PLACE IS GREAT!!! We talked sports, tv, current events and best of all they absolutely gave my a perfect hair and beard cut. I would highly recommend this barbershop to anyone.

I found the location to be very convenient. The welcome was no very warm, you are offered a drink and you are advised of your waiting time while you wait in relaxing environment. Otis is the real " Barber shop" guy but they are all cool. my barber Glen is on the quieter side but don't be fooled , my cut was CLEAN and I will be back

Went there for the first time on Friday (3-12-21). When I got in, I was asked to wear a mask upon entry, even though the the person who asked me to wear the mask was not wearing a mask! I thought to myself, this will not be good. It made zero sense to me, but I obliged as I figured it was worth a try. Fortunately, I was wrong! The ambiance is nice, they are clean, funny, and professional! My Barber was Elliot, and he did an awesome job, especially if you consider it was his first time cutting my hair. I also saw how the other Barbers did, and I honeslty do not think you can go wrong in there. I would easily recommend this spot to anyone who wnats a good cut jsut remember to have your mask on when you get in, lol.

Offer water, no wait time, no outrageous inflated prices, friendly, and good conversation. Mitch definitely brought my hair back to life...that fade cut turned many heads lol. That really goes a long way, especially when you are new to the area and have a lot of uncertainty about letting someone else cut your hair. Great job fellas! Your business is going places! P.S. Today was my first time to visit, but I instantly felt like family. I’m (ridiculously) particular about my hair, so my wife has been cutting it the last 10+ years. Any hesitation I had about finding a new barber was alleviated the second I walked in. This is the best hair cut I’ve ever had, and I’ve gone to places that charge much (MUCH) more. Otis and Sedrick’s attention to detail was evident with every customer I watched them with, and my cut was no different. I showed them a picture of what I thought was a perfect fade, and somehow Sedrick gave me an even better one! I got a haircut, and had my beard groomed/trimmed, and both services exceeded my meticulous expectations. They stay busy, I’m sure, but they’re about to get even busier, because I’m referring everyone I know!

Wonderful shop!! I had taken my son to a "barber shop" in Katy before and had a terrible experience. We finally found a great shop in Katy! Friendly, clean and my son had a great cut done. Edit: I noticed that a part of my sons eyebrow had been shaved off. It's small but still noticeable. Cut is great but not too happy about the slip up.

Just moved to Katy 3 months ago and was having a hard time finding a Barbershop. I must have tried about 7 barber shops prior to my walk in at "x-clusive hair and cuts" and finally I'm sitisfied with my hair cut. If a clean fade is what you're looking for then save yourself some time and try them out. Good atmosphere. they were playing music, watching the game, and cutting up just like a barber shop should be. Highly recommended

Moved to Katy from Memphis, TN a few weeks ago. Was dreading trying to find a new barbershop for myself and my teenaged son. Asked a few random people about barbershops in Katy, and X-Clusive Hair and Cuts was one of the shops mentioned. Went the first time, felt very welcomed and at ease. Otis cut my hair while Mitch cut my son's. Left there very impressed and satisfied. Went again a week later with the same results. I have definitely found a permanent barbershop in Katy. The guys are great barbers, the atmosphere is fun and enjoyable, and I highly recommend anyone looking for a new barbershop to give X-Clusive Hair and Cut a try. I guarantee you will be very pleased.
