Honestly, the haircuts I have received are okay. But what I don't understand is the schedule that they have. It is coming back from the New Year's holidays, they have 15 people who cut hair, but only 3-5 are working. It made what should have been a 15 min wait almost an 80 min wait. Completely garbage scheduling in my opinion. If you want a good cut in a timely fashion, look elsewhere.

Took off about a pound of hair. Lady barber was friendly, talked with you and did a great job with my high and tight haircut and shave. Prices were much more reasonable than any off base barber. Highly recommend if you are eligible to use.

I take my sons to get their haircut here. They're never happy with their haircuts, especially my teenager. They somehow always end up giving him a bowl cut and The last time I took my other son I asked for it to be short but leave enough to style. She just used clippers and shaved his hair down one very short length all over :( I could've done that at home.

Haven’t had a bad experience here yet in about 6 visits. $15 haircut and most recently had Michelle who was professional and seemed skilled. Cheaper and better service than AAFES.

Fast and cheap! The ladies here are awesome and a decent fade takes 15 min. It’s not the high end fade from your neighborhood barber but it’s good between cuts or a shake up. 🤙 …

I go here because it's convenient, cheaper than AAFES, and I have low expectations. I've easily gotten over 50 haircuts here and only refused to tip one time (low fade turned into a high and tight....). I'll continue to be a customer for the remainder of my time in Hawaii.

Good place to get a haircut, must have military ID. Around $12, most of the barbers know what they're doing. Very convenient hours. Beware, if you do not go in uniform it will take forever as they have a rule that anyone in uniform can cut the line.

My hubby comes here often because they cut your hair quick and they stay open in the evening on Sunday. Their wait time is usually less than 15 mins so you wont be there long. Unfortunately a quick haircut isn't a quality haircut. Sometimes they'll get your fade too high or crooked. Don't be discouraged to go back and ask for a fix.

Usually pretty busy. When you walk in, they ask to see military ID, have you sanitize your hands and then give you the electronic hand held buzzing device which they sanitize and then have you go back outside to the social distancing waiting area until buzzed. When you walk in they have you sanitize your hands again and then proceed to the next barber or your selected barber you choose. My son and I have been using Brianne for over 10 yrs. Nice lady, quick haircut, vacuums the cut hair off of your head, and then gives you a short head and neck massage.

You have one of three outcomes when it comes to getting a haircut here. Either its really good, okay, or just terrible. Trust me, I've had all three. So if you're a gambler and you like your chances whenever you decide on going to get cut, this is the place to do so.

I've been to military barber shops all over the world. This is one of the best. I've had a few mehhh cuts here, but if you consider a simple men's cut out in town costs three times as much, it's worth the gamble. There's some annoying super gungho covid precautions that make the wait longer than normal because government, but it isn't too bad early in the day and they give you a buzzer so you can roam around.

The haircuts are very affordable, barbers are friendly, and the wait time is pretty quick. The downside is some of the barbers aren't very skilled at their craft so you may have to be vocal and be persistent.

Typical Covid health questions. Barbers do a decent job however $14 for a medium fade is outrageous. Usually some sort of wait before entry.

This is a pretty decent place to get your haircut at a reasonable price for being in hawaii. The only real issue I have with this place is that it always seems to be busy whenever I need to get a haircut. I have gotten lucky once or twice with an almost empty shop but that's a rarity.

I walked in and about 15 minutes later walked out with a medium fade. One of the faster (while maintaining quality) exchange barber shops I’ve been to. The only downside to this place is that you kinda have to know it’s there, it’s kinda hidden around the side, away from the main entrance.

You want a military haircut? This is the place to go. You want a stylist spa experience...not so much. Staff is nice and professional. Rose is my favorite.
