Wonderful first cut experience. Only waited about 5 minutes past my appointment time, and Jenny did a wonderful job listening to what I wanted and delivered a top-notch cut. Would highly recommend and will definitely be a return customer

First off. The people here are great. Super nice and good people. They say get 10 haircuts get one free. Nope. Supposed to get a code or something but never got one although I can show how many times I received a confirmation. That doesn’t include the times I forgot to “check in”. So no code, no free haircut. Not really a big deal, but if you’re not going to honor it, then just don’t have it. It’s frustrating to see people make promises they don’t intend to keep. Haircuts are inconsistent. Some days it’s good, some are ok. So why do I keep coming back? It’s cheap. And I really thought I’d be getting my free haircut. Lol guess not.

Highly recommend! As active duty military, I get the on-base affordable cuts. But I’m willing to pay for high quality cuts for my son and Jenny’s delivers! Two different barbers have been ultra-detailed and take their time ensuring a good looking and professional cut. First class cuts that are worth the $25. Online reservation system is convenient and recommended. Must pay cash or have debit card to use on-site ATM. Great cuts!

My nephew (17) loves getting his hair cut here. My son (12) loves get his hair cut here. And their papa (80s) been a loyal customer for yeeeeears! Goes to show that this barber shop knows what they're doing! There's always parking at the town center, and if you find an open stall right in front of the shop, then that's always a bonus. 😁 We come in, get acknowledged right away, sign in, and wait. The longest we ever had to wait was during a very busy day for about an hour. However, they will let you know that there will be a long wait. I show them a picture of my son's desired haircut, and they execute it every single time, no matter who's cutting my son's hair! One thing I noticed is that the staff examines each other's work sometimes (at least when my son is the one on the chair) which allows a different set of eyes to examine the final cut, and give each other feedback and modify it to perfection. 👌🏽 We're now living in Nanakuli, and we're always happy to drive back to Aiea to get a haircut from this barber shop!

THE BEST BARBER SHOP IN THE STATE OF HAWAII. I live on the bigisland but I wait until I’m able to see Jenny because she is beyond talented. I watch her staff do haircuts and they are the best. Everyone leaves that shop looking SHARP! They are quick yet super efficient and the quality they put into every cut can’t be matched. I’ve been to all the “popular” barber shops and they don’t compare to Jenny’s! Go check them out. Skip the line and book a appointment. They are all talented but I always use Jenny! Cash only btw. Lots of parking in the back. Conveniently located. Go early to skip the croweds

Cash only. Their check in process as of 3/15/2021 is a tablet and/or clip board where you write your name and they call you from outside. They have an ATM but it charges you almost 4 bucks for a transaction. The outside seating was limited to 3 chairs all social distanced. I had to wait 35 minutes or so. I had the pleasure of having Jenny cut my hair. She did a wonderful job. For the money I was impressed at the technical detail and accuracy. I'd recommend to this place anyone looking to get a quality haircut. I paid $20 something. Professional and efficient!

I have gotten some my best and semi worst hair cuts here. Jenny is amazing and Vicky is pretty good. They use a razor to touch up the edges to so it's a clean cut. But you need to get to know the barbers and who best cuts your hair because they do frequent multiple different barbers.

Jenny and the crew is amazing. I understand this place gets busy and sometimes you have to wait a while. But I rather wait a little and get a haircut that I really like. She tries her best to make everyone happy but she is also one person. Seems like everyone wants a haircut from Jenny. Anyhow you want the best fade on the island, dont look anywhere else.

Fast service. I wear my hair in an undercut pixie, and salons just cant get the shaved part right. So this girl hits the barber! Vicki did a fantastic job, great fade, razor trim, choppy pieces that blended beautifully into the back. Cash only. (ATM available in shop) Busy on Sunday afternoon but still didn't wait more than 5 mins.

When you’re a black guy... in Hawaii... looking for a barber... that knows how to handle them clippers, provide a solid fade...and *hold your breathe* a line-up... BRUUUUHHHHHHHH! They’re all great barbers. Hana was my go to but if I had to come thru real quick and she was off, any of them can still hook you up and not have you be the one getting clowned on for the “uneven look.” 😂

I've been coming here exclusively for my and my son's haircuts for the last two years. Jenny does custom work too. She gave my son a mohawk shaped like a gecko with the legs and tail shaved out of the back and sides. This is the only place that I hlget a CONSISTENTLY good haircut.

Jenny does great work! Her fades are on point! The only reason they didn't get 5 stars is because the air conditioning didn't work, and they sometimes mix up their sign in sheet.

Best Barber shop in hawaii. Go early to avoid the wait or pay a little more for an appointment. Have been going here for 10 years and i only trust them with my hairline lol. Best barbers are Jenny and Vicky for sure but the other barbers are capable. Prices are always the lowest by far for 5 star hair cut. They do not rush your haircut they cut until its pristine and perfect. Also they are very loyal honest and kind. Once i was down on my luck and haven't gone in a long time i said i haven't come cause i don't have really disposable money. They told me don't tip save your money. just come every other month so you can look presentable. (I use to go every other week) Thats why i will always be loyal to this barbershop. They treat you like family. Go there a few times and they will know you by name. Go here for a monthly touch up or if its special occasion like a wedding get vicky or jenny and let your worries float away because you will have the perfect cut. 5 stars. dont let anyone tell you different this shop has most affordable prices and has the best barbers in hawaii.
