Usually I’m pretty anxious about going to barber shops, but I’m definitely making this place my go-to. Jennifer gave me, hands down, the best haircut I’ve had in a minute. Other barber shops usually chop something up wrong, but she was amazing. Thanks Jennifer, literally killed it!❤️

I went to this location for about a year. Had good and consistent haircuts every time. However, This last time I scheduled an appointment with them I was a few minutes late (7 minutes) and they cancelled my appointment. She staff member apologized that they have a strong 5 minute policy. Frustrating, but understandable. So I reschedule for that afternoon. When I arrived I ended up waiting 15 minutes past my appointment time before I was seated. I feel if you are going to have a policy for your clients you need to hold yourself to a similar policy.

I go here regularly and almost always leave with a decent haircut. I don't get anything fancy. I'm never super disappointed, but there has been a time or two (out of 20) where I felt it could have been better. The stylists are always nice and seem to know when to keep the conversation going and when to let you relax. They do a shampoo and conditioner with a quick massage at the end. For a 15 dollar haircut, I think it's a good deal.

After my old stylist moved, I had to find a new place, and I'm so lucky that I came across this facility. Cheryl did an amazing job on my hair. She was extremely detailed and particular about making everything look just right. Very nice environment with warm and friendly staff.

Took my boyfriend here for a haircut and it was fantastic. All of the employees are friendly and timely. The stylist who cut my boyfriend's hair did an amazing job. I would highly recommend this place for any guy looking for a great haircut at an even better price. For haircuts I believe the prices range from $17-24 before tip.

It's fine... Better than SPORT CLIPS. I have gotten (at different times) the BEST haircut and the WORST haircut of my adult life at the same Osgood location (different stylists). The cut you pay for is likely going to be fine, if you want consistently better, then pay more elsewhere.

Always have had a great experience here, and for $15/cut I can't complain! The stylists have always been courteous and friendly and always listen to my requests; sometimes they seem a tad rushed, but when you have a lot of people waiting that's understandable. If you don't make a reservation you have to realize most of the time you will be waiting 30-40 minutes if you go at peak times. I usually go in the mornings on the weekend and I'm in and out in under a half-hour. Not sure why some people have complained about getting there reservation being bumped because they showed up late, I guess some people lack common sense...

Mostly go there because of habit. They do a good job, but when you make an appointment understand that they will usually be at least 5-10mins behind schedule on getting your haircut. They usually apologize so it's whatever, just don't go if you're on a tight schedule.

Friendly stylists! Each haircut comes with a shampoo and scalp massage, warm towel on the face when getting your hair washed and a shoulder massage. Sometimes they are super busy. Call ahead.

Nice lobby/ foyer area, easy to get appt, lots of options on services. But the last 2 times I have taken my son here to get his hair cut I have had to trim up some obvious areas that were missed, as in hair that is still an inch longer than around it!

It was first time visiting this location and I felt very comfortable. This not your traditional hair salon. It is indeed tailored for men. They go above and beyond here, and include a hot towel on your face when washing your hair and even a shoulder massage!

Took my little guy in and they did a great job. He is 5 and has some hard times with noises and when the buzzer is by his ears. The stylist did a great job listening and made sure he was comfortable the entire time.

I usually go to one of the Men's Hair House locations to get a hair cut. It is true they are sometimes understaffed for walk ins, but call and make an appointment and you will get in easy. I like the job they do with the hair cut and the amenities are nice. Hot towel on your face while you get your hair washed after, and a little back massage after that.

Friendly staff who actually know what they are doing when it comes to mens hair. Waits arent usually long, but reservations are definitely recommended because they do get busy. When in doubt, refer the their judgement because they know style.
