I have a weird reason for getting so many haircuts. I find it to be the most relaxing thing that can be done on me and since I have so much trouble sleeping, I find that a haircut let’s be totally drift away if even for a few minutes. Today I have to say that I received one of the best haircuts of my life. Now I told Akex, my barber today, that I wanted to relax. He not only let me relax but he also put me in a trance. When I awoke, I was looking at one of the most precise haircuts I have ever gotten. Truly professional and a great value. I’m thinking of driving the almost two hours from Akron just to get a haircut. The shop is nicely appointed and very clean. The chair was very comfortable and the barber let me close my eyes. Definitely worth the drive.

Niko’s is the only place I go for a haircut. They are mostly an appointment driven space so definitely make sure to have one. If you’ve never been there book with anyone. All of them will give you a great cut. It is a higher priced barber, but they definitely make sure to give you the quality cut to match.

First time Niko's patron. Walked right into a chair with no wait, however the shop was busy with customers, this is a positive. I received a great cut. From watching the barbers it is easy to see that attention to detail is a cornerstone of this shop. Cash only, reasonable prices for the high quality of service. Niko's will be my new barbershop.

JT did a fantastic job. I rushed to Ohio for a family funeral and had no time to get a haircut from normal barber. I honestly was worried that it wouldn't come out the way I like it but he definitely exceeded my expectations. If I'm ever in Ohio again, JT would be my guy forsure.

Niko has been cutting my hair for almost 10 years. The cut is always perfect. They take walk ins, and Niko's curated a group of talented folks, but it's always been worth my time to make an appointment in advance. I can't imagine going anywhere else for a cut.

For the past 5 years I have been a customer of Niko’s. Quality is far superior to any other barber in Columbus. Staff is authentic and care about their quality. The shop is extremely clean. The overall experience is great. If you’re looking for a cheap looking hair cut that’s fast you might want to go to one of those $5.99 places. If you’re looking for a true barber with quality then go to Niko’s.

This place is hands down the best barbershop in Columbus. Although parking can be a bit tricky (street parking), it is well worth every penny. The environment is very laid back. Great music. Very clean as well. Nobi has always been my barber and there is no one in this area that comes close to her cuts. Very attentive, while always leaving with the same exact haircut. They will always be my go to for haircuts and facial hair trimming.

Was in town for a wedding and needed to get cleaned up. Nikos came highly recommended from friends who are regulars. Arrived before 8am on a Saturday and was third in line luckily because the place was packed by 8:05am. Sat in Alyssa's chair and got a great line up and beard trim. Also, excellent straight razor work. Cool atmosphere and shop. Would definitely go back. Huge bonus having Kittie's Hand Crafted Cakes (and coffee) right next door. Makes for a very nice Saturday morning!

This place is by far the best barbershop in downtown Columbus. They take appointments and handle walk ins just as well. The staff is friendly and always sharp. I've had cuts from everybody in this place and they're always solid. Don't mess around with gimmicks or BS. Come here and get it cut right.

I have had my hair and beard cut here about every month for over 2 years. Niko is a good barber and has a solid vision for his business. His other barbers are as good technically and all provide a solid service. I've never had a bad cut here, hair or beard.

Best haircut I have ever had. I was in the Marines and have had some great fades, but Nikos tops them all. I live in Lancaster and I gladly take a 25-30 minute trip just for a haircut. Only thing that sucks is they are closed on Sunday. But that's my only complaint.

Niko is literally the man. Went to him back when I was a freshman at OSU and refused to go anywhere else throughout college. He remembered my cut the second time in, and was always very knowledgeable and personable. You can expect an absolutely wonderful atmosphere and haircut when you go here, and his prices are more than reasonable. I have recommended Niko's to countless friends in the Columbus area, and will continue to do so until the day I die. Best barber shop in Columbus!!!

Boy, am I glad I found this place! I'm from out of town and needed a haircut. This place was the closest to my hotel. Cash only place, they have an ATM. Decorated well. All the guys were nice and chatty. Loved the haircut I received as the guy took his time and paid attention to detail. Definitely my go to barbershop in Columbus anytime I'm in the area. Came to Niko's on several occasions, most recently last night. I go back and forth on what I want out of a cut but with little explanation of what I was looking for (and what I wasn't looking for) I walked out with a better, cleaner style then I could have tried to explain. I came to Niko's barber shop from out of town. I am from Oklahoma city and was in Columbus for work. I read reviews online before I went and was a bit hesitate because trying a new barber who doesn't know you can be a bit daunting. Anyways I walked in and Niko sat me in his chair, and went to work. Inside I was internally screaming because he went fast and I couldn't see. But by the time he got done it was EXACTLY as I had requested! In fact, he went above that with his grooming techniques and I thought he did a better job than my normal barber back home. I recommend this Barber Shop A+++++

Makes even my barber-adverse son enjoy a haircut. This is where I take my boys age 11-17. Cool decor and friendly staff. The owner, Niko, is usually at a chair, too. Reasonable prices, $25 for men + tip. CASH ONLY, ATM INSIDE.

Niko's is the original. This isn't a manufactured hipster razor shack. This is a solid, decent guy who decided to make his way on his own. I have been getting my haircut by Niko since his barber pole spun in front of a tiny old storefront on Thurman 8 years ago. He does not hire anyone who can't make the cut. Get your haircut here. Seriously.

It's ok. I did a walk in appointment but no-one acknowledged me when I came in and waited. The cut I got was ok, but felt a bit rushed and then later I felt like he hadn't really done what I asked. I would have said something when I was there but he cut my hair with me facing away from the mirror the whole time so I couldn't see and then just showed me at the end after he had styled it. I doubt I'll go back again.

This shop tops all shops by far in Columbus, Oh. Very modern style with an old school barber shop feel. And the owner Niko is one awesome guy. He is very customer oriented and has been a barber for very many years. Would really like to see more barber shops like his. Do you like hip hop and motorcycles and dude stuff? Do you want to be in German Village when you get your hair cut? Do you want to pay about $30 with tip to look like a f%^#ing boss???? Well then welcome home, brother! It does take a long time to get a haircut but they’re very professional and it’s a damn good cut.

Nikos is my barbershop even though I leave a mile from Lake Erie! I travel to Columbus at least once a month, for work. No one in Lorain County is as good as any of the barbers at Nikos.
