Michael came highly recommended by a friend. I love the ability to schedule the appointments versus walking in and waiting. During the online scheduling I was very apprehensive about inputting my credit card info to reserve my appointment, although I understand why it is required. I am sure a lot of people would schedule and not show up. The inside was super clean. There was a nice area for my other son & I to wait in. There was a pool table, TVs, a bar, and a chess table, they definitely live up to the name Regal Lounge. Michael did an excellent job with the picture of the hairstyle I showed him. My son's hair looks amazing & we will be back.

Just got my very first haircut from Robert at Regal Lounge yesterday. Outstanding work and incredible service from the place itself. As soon as I walked in my jaw dropped to the ground. Huge fan of pool and being offered something to drink between soda or beer just caught me off guard. Everyone was so welcoming, especially Robert and Addison. If guys are looking for a stress free environment to get a haircut, trim, massage and relax while doing so, this is the place. They have my business. Best hair cut experience ever. Robert has incredible attention to detail and made sure I didn't leave without looking my best. I walked in without an appointment and was seated within about 10 minutes. This will be my new preferred barber shop, everyone is so great and they care about every customer. Received a haircut 30 minutes ago and this is already going to be my regular spot. Very very comfortable atmosphere and comfortable shop in general. The cut was EXACTLY what I asked for, there was no wait and I wasn’t in the chair longer than 40 minutes. The haircut was great but they also have so many other services. 5 out of 5 highly recommended.

High quality, top Notch barber shop in Columbia, SC. I dropped in during my first time to the city and was treated with the utmost care. Robert in particular spent time with me and made me feel like a million bucks. Also, the shop is real cool as a hangout spot in addition to a place where you can get your hair done. This was probably my greatest barbershop experience. I received a beard cut, shampoo, scalp massage, and a beard facial. I even received an adult beverage during the time between my services. Robert and Aliyah were both excellent. The owner was very down-to-earth and ensured that my visit was unforgettable. I told him that his product is top-tier. I was so impressed with my visit that I signed up for the membership. The membership cost is an excellent value for such an upscale establishment. I look forward to my monthly visits. A. James

The services were beyond excellent! When I first walked in, I was greeted with a warm friendly welcome. The entire staff were professional and I was well taken care of. I enjoyed how clean and decorated the atmosphere was. The color scheme made me felt like I was at a bar exclusively for men. The highlight of my experience was the young lady who serviced me. Not only was I taken care, but it was like meeting your best friend for the time. That’s the start of a great long lasting friendship. The conversation was pure because we had so much in common. It was at a point in which I forgot I was getting a pedicure. I’d highly recommend Regal Lounge to any gentleman who want to look and feel their very best. This will certainly not be my last visit! Wait area was really nice. Looks like they have a coffee bar and you can play pool and get basic drinks. Very fun place to go on a Saturday and quite lively. More than just a haircut...it is the experience and atmosphere which I enjoy about this place and the people who work here.

It’s always a necessity for office time or today’s meeting time and sometimes you are just needing a moment to reset your mind. This team and the services delivered were a new breath of fresh air for me. From being welcomed at the door, with all protocol in place so you feel comfortable during your session. To the relaxed seating, pool table, and options on learning the strategies of chess. I had a great experience with Barber Aaliyah, she was very welcoming, informative and experienced. She made sure She gave me a consultation on my big chop and coloring. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and aware of each step in the process as she went along. I will be returning after my vacation and going back to Regal Lounge for sure. I rented the lounge to use as the venue for my bridal shower. The owners were accommodating to all our needs and made my guests and I feel more than welcomed in their space. This is a men’s barbershop by day but I was amazed at how we were able to transform it into the perfect place to have a bridal event! There was room for our caterer to set up, a cute nook where we set up a photo booth (the venue comes with a massive ring light), and plenty of spacious seating for guests to enjoy one another without feeling too crowded (for pandemic safety). They also supplied hand sanitizer and had extra masks available for guests who didn’t bring one. Their technology was also conducive to our needs: they were able to project a picture of the engaged couple to their television, which made a pretty backdrop, and their overhead sound system set the ambiance with good music playing at just the right volume the whole time. I will definitely be booking this venue for my next event! 10/10 recommend to ANYONE looking for an event space. Ladies, it’s a men’s barber and spa but it definitely transforms into any space you can imagine it to be, so don’t let that deter you from hosting your events here! Huge thank you to the owners for making my bridal shower clean, safe, and flawlessly executed at your venue!

Especially during the pandemic Regal Lounge provides self-care for you to "treat yourself" which is extremely important to be the best you. I always walk out feeling great and get compliments on my look and I know my energy is better than before. I look forward to using my monthly service packages and have tried services I've never felt comfortable trying before as well. The membership is a great gift for someone or yourself and is a way to make sure you take a minute to breathe and let stress disappear. Highly recommend!

I went to 4 different barber shops in Columbia and none of them exceeded my expectation. I went to Regal Lounge today and wow they exceeded my expectation. The environment is nice and clean especially with covid going around. I paid $28 (student discount) for my haircut and wow it felt like it should've been $40. The quality of the cut and all the amenities they offer for the price is unbeatable. As long as I'm in Columbia, I don't think I'm gonna go to any other barbershop besides Regal Lounge.

The reason I'm giving 3 stars is because I never actually got a haircut or any of the amenities that they offered. I only went for a meeting. It was my first time hearing of this place and the way they worked. They have Billiards,Massage, Barber, Hair Stylists. With A full Bar. It was very nice and clean. It was not busy when I was there. But I'm sure it has the Potential to become even busier. I will eventually go there to get a haircut. I'm sure I'll review higher later.
