Love this place. Me and my sons have been coming here for the last 2-3 years. Tim and Q always take care of my hair needs. They do an extraordinary job on my cuts. They have a kids friendly environment which is super important. I highly recommend No Grease Barbershop!

I like to have my hair faded, I've been to $13 dollar cuts and $50 cuts providing bourbon over ice. For some reason, people just can't get it right. Wife always had to trim mistakes afterwards. I made an appointment with Tim. He saw me right at my appointment time. We had great conversation, he took very precise care of my cut and knew exactly what to do. I didn't see my hair until he was finished. I loved it, my wife loved it, I loved my conversation with Tim. This guy is a master of his craft, who just happens to be a superb businessman as well. His expectation for high standards should be the industry norm. Shop was VERY clean, music was pleasant. I will be back. Thanks Tim!

Reasonably priced and super friendly staff. Upon entering, my boyfriend and I were offered water. Staff gave us a smile and was very respectful. We used to go to Southern Gentlemen for the Mister’s haircut, but we will be regulars here. Doc is great and detail oriented. Services clients in friendly manner. Made my boyfriends look a whole new person! It’s $35 for a haircut and beard trim which is not bad. My boyfriend felt pampered here. The only thing was that the beard trim could have been shorter.. but that’s okay.

It is expensive, but you are paying for quality work and not waiting 4 hours in the barbershop. They'll get you in and they'll get you out. KAM will have you walking around looking like a new man or woman. Invest in yourself and go their.

Absolutely fantastic! I had the pleasure of sitting in Dee’s chair. He got me cleaned up and lined up. Warm towel, straight razor line up, and even the addition of some of their beard butter (which I purchased a tin of on the way out). Great atmosphere (was offered a beer or water upon entry), fantastic barber will 100% come back to them again when I roll through Columbia!

Doc Barber Review Let me just start out by saying my mom was a professional stylist in Manhattan back in the day so I never had a need for anyone but for the past several years here in SC it’s been so hard to find someone good or who is consistent and at the same time gives good customer service, not making it awkward for you as the client. I went to Paul Mitchell school because honestly I was over paying a lot of money and not being happy so I figured well maybe someone just starting out would care more as they’re just starting out. Doc Barber was who I was paired with at the Paul Mitchell school and the first haircut he gave me so awesome! Almost perfect. Then as I kept going back it got better and better. The instructors would always be walking around checking him and make it so awkward for the client (but that’s part of the deal there so) but so badly I wanted to say trust me from my experience with my mom and being around it for years you don’t need to check him. He’s beyond skilled, professional and quite frankly the best I’ve had on any level! I highly recommend Doc barber for so many reasons but the main one is that he just cares, about his work and making people look and feel good! No grease is blessed to have him! And by the way if you need someone with beard experience he will walk you through that as well as I am growing my first Stache as we speak! It’s been great having someone help and tell you what to do or do it for you!!! Doc thanks buddy

Doc the barber has been a personal friend of mine for many years. I am pleased to say that he has found his calling. He is very professional and exceeded the standard, my wife loved my haircut. No Grease is by far one of the most upscale looking barbershops I have ever seen. Everyone who works there has an outstanding personality and makes you feel right at home. First off, my experience with barbershops in Columbia since I moved here have not Been great. I have found one person worth going to on a regular. But when I Took my 2 young boys in for a haircut at NoGrease, I was very, very pleased with the service and the haircuts. Also, My 10 year old usually really dislikes going to the barber and wears a messy fro because of it. He wasn’t eager to give a new place a try but after he walked out of NoGrease barbershop with his new haircut, he was asking if this can be his only barbershop and he was very happy. He loves his cut and loved the service. His younger brother was also very pleased with his Mohawk. They were both smiling from ear to ear and taking selfies to share with family. Highly recommend this place!!! You have a long term customer in my family.

Doc saved my beard. I wanted to trim it up and shape it. He didnt hesitate to tell me "no, you might regret it". For my first time getting my beard trimmed he definitely educated me and did very detailed trim work to enhance the look and length of my beard. FYI my beard is 9 inches long. Will be back.

Im giving Kia at No Grease in Colombia, South Carolina five stars because the haircut I got this morning was one of the best. It was my first time in the shop and I asked for a bald high fade. It came out exactly how I wanted. She hit all the details to the razor edge up and the seamless high fade. Kia is a pro, I was comfortable and knew right away i was in the right spot.
