Tommy DThe barbers are great but it’d be nice if there was more communication when you come in about who has an appointment. Waited for 45 minutes thinking I was next and then it turns out someone else who arrived after I did had an appointment. Unfortunately I had to leave at that point.
Mitzi Leon hidalgoThis place would run more efficiently if every barber was required to make an appointment. My experience most Saturdays: Unless you are waiting 30 minutes prior to opening (9 a.m). You will have to wait at least an hour regardless. If you have “your” barber, don’t be surprised to wait for 2 hours.
