Robert Hernandez is the peoples man. I just moved in from Kansas and I had amazing barber there. My guy was booked 1 month and 1/2 advance; so when I was coming to Idaho I wasn’t expecting much ( and I’m sorry to think that) I told Rob I wanted a euro cut, blended on sides starting from 1 guard. He already knew, and on the plus side he knows how to cut long hair too! When going through the cuts he is willing to adapt too which is 5 star rating in my books. In conclusion Robert works with you on the cuts, time and him being him. I give Robert Hernandez a 5 star for cuts and being hundred.

Each time I go into Redlan's they are insanely courteous and do their best to give me what I am after. My latest visit I was lucky enough to get Rey, he worked wonders on my shaggy mop of a hairdo. I can recommend 10/10.

Was in their shop today. Duncan was an AMAZING barber. He trimmed my beard, and cut my nephews hair (who is autistic) and he was exceptionally awesome with both of us. I honestly will never go to another barber shop. If you have a chance to schedule with Duncan, please do it. (Just not on Saturdays because I need to have my openings with him, haha)

Went to Morgan a couple days ago and its definitely not the last time I will have her do my hair. Her attention to detail was superb, and she keeps up with grit and wit when chatting like the best of them. Also, if you need high quality hair products that aren't the typical overpriced stuff you see at every other barber, this place has many options. Do not hesitate to come here!

I regret settling for mediocre haircuts at other places just because they were closer. Redlan is clean, reputable, friendly and they even come in at the same price or less than the tee-ball themed establishments. Morgan was my barber and she didn’t fuss about my misshapen head or my lopsided ears; she just gave me a great haircut and made good conversation while dealing with the mess of a mop top I had brought to her chair. 10/10 would recommend

I finally found a place to cut my hair consistently that knows me and does a great job every time. I used to go to great clips, sport clips or other like places where you get someone different every time and the hair cut quality is hit or miss. At Redlan’s I walk right in at my scheduled time with the same person and it has been great. Love the atmosphere and the people. Pricing is right in line too. Highly recommend!

I took my husband here for his birthday to get a cut since I wanted him to have an experience more than just a simple haircut (it had been a while). We also just moved back here and didn't know which place would be best as there are a few more modern barber shops around town now, but we are so glad we went with this one! The shop itself in Eagle was so cute in a brick building/easy to find. Inside was clean and felt professional. He had Morgan who did so good with his cut and it was only about 35 mins at most, and super affordable! He looks great, it felt great, and now I think he found his spot to get his haircuts in the future! (Only one small thing, I did call to reschedule to his actual birthday a few days before and the gentleman asked to call me back to. He forgot to call me back so I was afraid we'd wouldn't get the time slot we needed but I just called back and it was fixed then! Super small, I'd say 5 star experience still as they were probably busy.)

My sweet husband received one of the best hair cuts, if not the best looking hair cut I have ever seen! He said Jeremy was phenomenal, Jeremy talked my husband through what he wanted his hair to look like before diving right in, he then explained the difference of his tools and what effect it would have on his hair he asked questions the entire time ensuring my hubby was happy. Brandon working up front was kind, honest and a lot of fun to speak with. He was welcoming and only recommended product that he felt knowledgeable enough to recommend, he answered some questions and then we waited for Jeremy’s input. Brandon explained that he is very knowledgeable and after working with my husband’s hair Jeremy would have a more intimate understanding of what product would work best for him Ty so much for everything we can’t wait to be back and tell our family and friends!

Sometimes the barbers at a nice shop can be a little pretentious but not here. After my haircut they helped me pick out product that was perfect for my hair. Will definitely be back! This place is awesome. I’ve been to a lot of local barbershops and Redland’s always outperforms everyone. It’s a great little shop in eagle, with a cool vintage vibe, all the employees are professional and well dressed, and most importantly they’re all very good at what they do! I got Richard today, I showed him a few pictures of what I wanted and he knew exactly what to do, we had a good chat and in less then an hour I walked out with an amazing haircut. Love this place!

I was able to schedule an appointment on short notice. I was a little early to my appointment and they were able to work me in early. Staff is friendly, courteous, and extremely helpful. Got a haircut and a shave. It was an incredible experience; a massage for every hair follicle I like to say. Barely knew I had been shaved. The lightest touch and no irritation afterwards. A must visit barbershop.

Best barber experience you could possibly have. The entire crew is very friendly and welcoming, and they all know their stuff. Taq taught me things about my hair and taking care of it that more than a decade of professional barber cuts elsewhere never bothered to explain or help with. Also an added plus that the conversation is easy and interesting, as the opposite can easily turn any great haircut into an awkward one. Couldn’t recommend this place more. Just make sure to book in advance because they rightfully stay plenty busy.

Outstanding in all aspects! Been going almost six months and Taq has been doing an amazing job on both myself and my son. What stands out about this place is the passion the guys have for what they do. They actually practice on their time off and pride themselves on self improvement. This is a barbershop!
