5 stars!! Daniel was my barber and did an absolute great job on both my hair and beard. Best haircut and beard trim that I’ve had in a long while. Not to mention that he’s a super down to earth guy, friendly and welcoming like all of the barbers who work here. I was immediately greeted and taken care of for an appointment by the gentleman barber in the first chair to the right when you walk in. Great service and great atmosphere. This is the only barbershop to go to people. Keep in mind that they are extremely busy so making an appointment is strongly advised.

I take my fiancé here to get his fade about once a month. Jose always does a fantastic job when doing his hair, and the two get along really well. Very comfortable and chill vibe to the shop, and it's always good to see what a great mood everyone is in. I will always refer friends and family here. Nick and Jose both do an amazing job!

I just moved to Boise and needed a fresh cut but was a little nervous because I've had the same barber for years and wasn't sure about someone new. I called ahead and spoke to Nick who got me in the next day. When I first sat down he made a comment to another barber about what he needs to use and HOW to cut my hair! I was up and out of the chair until he started laughing at me and told me he was just playing 😜! That really broke the ice and made me relax. After taking to him and all of the other very down to earth, friendly, welcoming and professional guys and girl, there is no doubt that I have found my barber for the next 20 years! Jose did an absolutely fantastic job on my wiggly 5 year old son's hair. The last place I took him was a kid specific hair salon and they were less patient and took 5 minutes or less to cut his hair. He looked like the guy on Dumb and Dumber. Jose was so patient and took his time to make my son's hair look good even though he is a kid. We are very pleased with our experience!

Deler cut my hair and trimmed my beard yesterday, and it turned out great. He was easy to talk to, he made some good suggestions, and he gave me one of the best cuts I’ve ever had. I have not had someone cut my hair consistently for the last 15 years. I had learned to cut my own hair, and had no intentions of ever going to a barber again. I am so happy that I was able to get in to see Jose. The guy is dam good for his age. Owner is good people and he takes amazing care of his crew. almost as well as the clients. This is a busy place. Call ahead make reservation or be patient if you're stopping by. It's well worth the wait. I've been coming here for about 8 months.

New Era is by far the best barber shop in town. Aleks has been cutting my son's hair since he was 2 years old (he is now 6) and we followed him from where he used to work to New Era once they opened and he moved. Since then we have had several of the barbers there cut my son and husband's hair- all of them do amazing work. Their customer service is top notch, they are friendly and provide quality cuts in a timely manner. Be prepared to laugh a lot- we always have a good time when we come in. We usually always make appointments however I like the fact that if available they will take a walk in cut as well. And they always try their hardest to accommodate those who do. This guys are all outstanding, talented individuals and have become more like family than friends. The Treasure Valley is lucky to have a barber shop like New Era. Where you walk in and immediately feel like you've made new life long friends. Its comfortable and relaxed. All are welcome. Come as you are. I wouldnt take my boys anywhere else for their cuts! Ive gone through several barbers and found New Era on google. Had great reviews and was convenient to work so I sent a text to request an appointment today and Nick texted back that he had an opening at 3:00. Nick got me in right on time. He was friendly and shared the story of his business venture and we talked about his kids, their schooling and the family culture that he created at the shop. The cut took about 20 minutes and he was meticulous and did a great job. The price was great. I will definitely be back and glad I have ended my search for a great barber shop. Highly recommended.

The owner, Nick, is a cut above. Pun intended. This place is carefully thought out and executes as advertised. All the barbers are amazing at what they do and everybody is very personable. This team was selected for very specific reasons and reflects the quality of Nick's business. Mike is my main guy and does exceptional work for me, my son and my brother. When Mike isnt available, Nicks chair is my next stop. There's a reason he owns this place. You can trust him to get your cut done right the first time, every time.If you're looking for quality work, a great vibe and quality conversation, look no further. This is your spot. Setup an appointment cause they are often booked but there's a reason for that. I use "The Cut" app. All the barbers on there and their schedules show the open slots.

Nicks shop is one of the most professional caring shops in Idaho. We have been with alek before new era cuts. And new era cuts took a family barber we love and turned the shop into a central place of community and family. Their booking system and the app they use is easy and lets you book. Walk in peoples are always welcome. But just remember this is the hot new place in Boise and if you wanna get in to see one of the boys book ahead of time.

5 STARS FOR A REASON. Alright, to frame this story properly I'm mixed Black and Asian. Normally get a 3-4 on top, medium skin fade. Lost my barber of 4+ years. Had to google search through what seemed like a 100 barber shops in Boise. I called two and they had no openings. Made an appointment for another one and they were all booked. So I shot a dart at the dart board and it landed on New Era and they didn't disappoint. I got one of the better hair cuts I've ever had. And I've got cuts all over from AZ to CO, and TX. Line was clean, skin fade was good. Ask for Nick he'll hook you up. My new go-to shop.

Mikey used to cut hair with my baber who just moved. I had seen that Mikey cut good hair and now can confirm after my haircut today. The shop is nice, roomey and close to where I work and live. I use the app to book appointments but know you can call ahead or walk in to get a cut. If your new to town or looking for a real/new barber give these guys a try.

Super location tucked behind the bank in the NW corner of 5 mile and overland..bunch of cool cats ...talent, experience and ability makes this a must try if you care about your appearance. DELER (DELEAR) WAS MY BARBER...he did an excellent job. Good atmosphere and coffee shop on Corner where you can wait...make an apt is better.my first time...they have a military and senior cut all the way up too $1 per minute for more. Even the dogs were happy!
