Adam and Joe are both great. Walked in on my lunch break, only had to wait 10 minutes. Cut was quality and quick. Did not try to up sell me on product after the cut. Will be coming back for my next cut.

For the past eleven-odd years in Boise, I've scoured the valley, trying out fades and straight razor shaves from Nampa to SE Boise. I had my scalp carved by barber college students and massaged downtown. I've been coming to Iron Barber since Jack was around and Joe was still shaving his face. Throughout that time, the quality of cut and relaxed atmosphere the guys provide has not wavered. Adam's steady hand has seen me through every wedding and formal function over the years.

First time at Iron Barber this weekend and it didn't disappoint! Arrived about an hour after they opened and there was only one person in front of me. Adam did a thorough job with a haircut and beard trim. Both of the guys working were happy to make conversation if you wanted to. I certainly recommend Iron Barber and I'll be back for sure!

Adam and the other barbers at Iron Barber is awesome! He treats you like a person and not a hair trimmer number like commercial shops. He knows his trade and is extremely skilled. He even asks how your last haircut worked out and grew out to make the next one even better. Do yourself a favor and visit the Iron Barber. They are the real deal, and you'll be glad you did!

We have been going to Adam for Four (4) years with excellent service, fair prices, All while receiving the best haircuts in Boise. After trying several other places When first moving to town we finally found the Best Barbershop in the City. We required special needs after surgeries Adam was patient and understanding. So glad Adam was able to keep this iconic barbershop open after Jack retired. You must try this place, you won’t have to ever look again for super great haircut. Went in for the first time today after reading some reviews online, and left more than happy with how it turned out. I hadn’t been to an actual barber since I was a kid, and Jack made me wonder why I had ever stopped going. The cut was fantastic, Jack was super friendly, and a straight blade neck shave to top it off. Can not recommend Jack enough.

Best haircut in Idaho. I’ve been going to Iron Barber for around 4 years. I never had a consistent barber shop before that, and always found haircuts to be stressful. That changed when I started going to Adam and Joe at Iron Barber. I get a quality haircut and good company every time I come around. Can’t recommend them enough!

Go here if you're looking for a great cut and chill atmosphere! After moving back to Idaho I had a hard time getting/keeping a good barber. I was going to Great Clips and the barbers I'd use ended up leaving and the last time I went to them my hair got jacked up. Wife found this place and went in. The Shop had a really chill vibe. 4 barbers in there all working on somebody and all having conversations with their clients. I ended up with Adam who I plan on sticking with. He knew exactly what to do with my hair and gave honest advice. I could tell he was skilled at his job and it was very easy to keep a conversation going.

I moved to Boise in January of 2015. I have been going to Jack's every since. Jack is a great guy and has trained some great barbers. Ask for Adam...aka "The Kid".....he does a great job and settles for nothing less than perfection! He cuts my hair once a week....zero fade...one of the hardest cuts to perfect.

I'm just in town for a couple of days to see my girlfriend graduate from BSU and wanted to get a good haircut before the weekend. Stellar reviews led me to Jack's and I am impressed. Adam cut my hair and it was a great experience, it's pretty obvious that he takes great care and pride in what he does. I'm younger and consider myself fashionable and am very satisfied with his work. I also had some of the best barber seat conversation in awhile.If I lived in Boise that place would be my new regular spot.

Exactly what I was looking for! After too many terribly haircuts for my six year old with crazy cowlicks I asked for recommendations and someone suggested Jack's. Jack and his associate, Adam, were very kind and accommodating with my rambunctious boys and Adam gave my son the best haircut he has ever had. It was such a relief! Jack has been cutting my hair since I was five,( I'm 36 now) and no one does a better job! Ocasionally I get my hair cut somewhere else, but I always regret it. Jack runs a legit barber shop where you can get a quality hair cut, from someone who has been cutting hair fir a while. Unlike the corporate hair stores where you never know what your good g to get.
