Traveled to Atlanta for business. Certainly needed to be cleaned up before meetings. But after the travels, I was looking for the full service hair and beard trim, straight razor shave, to just relax and mentally get ready, throw off travel lag. Found Eclectic BarberShop! When I called to make the appointment, the wonderful lady who answered was friendly and understood exactly what service I needed…. Called “The Eclectic”. Yes, it lived up to its name. Peaceful, relaxing, pleasant and thorough. Super friendly atmosphere. I was offered a beverage of my choice upon arrival from Kevin. He was amazing and ensured my experience was perfect the entire time. Brought that friendly barbershop environment. Bren was my barber for the day and man what a treat. He is a young artist with an old soul. Soft spoken but brings an ancient wisdom. The cut, beard shape up, straight razor shave was pristine. At one part of the service I was able to snag a brief power nap. When finished, I was refreshed and looked it. Time is my most precious commodity and my time at Eclectic Barbershop was not wasted. The bonus of it all, I walked away with more friends in my life. Thank you Bren & Kevin! See you guys again soon.

I needed an emergency haircut for my son and Eclectic Barbershop did not disappoint. This is a full service men's barbershop but they happily took my son as a customer, all of the staff were nice and friendly. The process of booking the appointment was easy and the owner was very nice, he also followed up to make sure we were satisfied. The price of the cut was very reasonable. The barber who cut my son's hair was nice and patient and he made sure he asked specific questions prior to the cut. The bathroom and the service area were clean. The location in Downtown Atlanta is good and accessible to MARTA. I highly recommend this barbershop.

Rudy(barber) was very knowledgeable and attentive to the complexities of my hair pattern and paid extra attention while cutting my hair. The owner and staff was very accommodating and amiable. I originally booked my appointment for the wrong location and they were able to accommodate me and move my barber to the location I was at, rather than having me go to the second location and miss my appointment. Great service and great staff, located in a central location in midtown.

My honest review One of the most organized barber shop in Atlanta. They keep to appointment time and maintain a good professional service. My favorite Barber Jay always pay attention to details and listen to the customers wants. My only downside is that it is a little bit pricey and no parking. Eclectic Barbershop in midtown Atlanta is a great place to get your hair cut! Why? Because everyone there is good. Sometimes, Salons have an MVP, but here, they are all MVPs! You can just go and plop down on any open seat and rest assured, you will have a good hair style. If you prefer to not talk, the stylists are respectful and reserved. The ambience is airy and full of light. Please note that all bookings are made online at their website and you are expected to pay beforehand. A standard haircut for men runs $50 plus tip. Parking is available next door in the open lot. The place is crowded on the weekends and appointments sometimes run a little late.

I’ve been to quite a few barbershops in the last 5 years and EBS definitely sets the bar high! This shops has many qualified stylists/barbers who provide exceptional customer service from what I’ve seen. The vibes are immaculate, the shop is maintained very well and the service is top notch. Cuts are a tad bit expensive but quality is what you pay for. Bren blessed me with a nice haircut, fade, beard trim followed by a hot towel facial massage and line up. I left this shop extremely satisfied. This shop will have you jamming “So Fresh So Clean” by Outkast after your cut. 5/5 stars all day.

I had a really disappointing hair cut here. Stray hairs sticking out all over the place, really unclean sides, any style that was there was all cut out. Three stars for nice service and a nice clean studio, but for $45 it was one of the worst hair cuts I’ve had in a long time.

I know it was a lot of work but Jay was a boss at everything, fade is seamless Only things they need are a better parking situation and larger advertising outside the establishment for newcomers. Everything else was great though, I’ll definitely become a repeat customer here just for the quality haircut

I’ve been searching for a new barbershop in Midtown so I thought I’d give this place a try. I live in the building so the location is really convenient. Marco cut my hair, he was great, he listened to what I wanted and gave me a great cut. The guys in the shop are really friendly and professional. One of the barbers named Kevin was cracking a lot of jokes, he was funny and entertaining. Looks like i found a new barbershop. Highly recommended!

Great cuts and they generally always have some availability. Parking is as to be expected with a place in midtown. There is a lot across the street and they do have a few spots for their plaza, but they’ve always been full when I’ve come.

It may seem a little pricey ($45 for a haircut and beard shape up), but it’s totally worth it. They spend almost an hour on my fade and beard. The barbers are respectful and will also perform extra services like cleaning up your eyebrows, and your bottom neck. Every person I’ve seen in this place leaves with a fire cut- regardless of the barber. The owner is super friendly too

I have been coming to this barbershop for the last few years and there is a reason I have not gone anywhere else. The owner Kevin is exceptional and also makes my experience a personalized one every time I walk in the door. I am always offered complimentary refreshments and treated like royalty. I personally have had my haircut by multiple barbers such as Kevin, Mike, Jasmine, Kayla and Eric. The experience with each barber has been 5 star and what I appreciate the most is the consistency across the board. I receive fresh towels, conditioning, razor finishes and great cut every single time. As a manager of a local apartment community I understand the difficulty in maintaining the standard of excellence with all employees so it means a lot. This one of the big reasons I have no issue paying for the service at the value it is because I am getting my money worth and then some. Earlier today I had a wedding to go to and forgot to book ahead time and the owner Kevin made adjustments he did not have to and cut my hair personally. If you are looking for your new barbershop home, look no further.

It was okay at best, the place was crammed and definitely not 6ft between chairs. I’ve been to barbers that have that system in place and it feels safe. They did offer me a beer so that was good. The quality of beard trim was okay at best. Lines are slightly uneven, neck hair weren’t trimmed completely. My eyes and lungs are burning cause the guy sprayed after shave in my face. The barber ought to be more gentle with the blade man. He was swinging it too casually. Overall okayish place, I won’t repeat.

Very impressed! Traveling for a family wedding and needed a haircut. Located in a salon loft, (but I have a feeling this barbershop will be growing and expanding) I like how I was greeted right away but a young guy, and while he couldn’t find my name right away in the system, he was professional and handled it perfectly without making me feel anything but welcome. I was quite early since I wasn’t familiar with the exact location, and the barber actually took me early. Jasmine was super friendly and really took care with my challenging thinning hair. As a salon owner and master stylist myself I know this barbershop has it together! (I usually prefer to go somewhere as an actual client instead of having fellow stylist do me a favor and cut my hair) If you’re looking for a new barber, or maybe just tired of shenanigans... check this place out! If I lived here this would be my new go to.

Normally, I fret over getting my hair cut, but after reading other reviews, I was excited to give Eclectic Barbershop a try. As soon as I walked in, I was welcomed and put at ease. Even though I hadn't had a haircut in several months and had very little information to give my barber some direction, Zola took a quick look and immediately got to work. 30 minutes later, I had a great haircut that captured my style perfectly. This is by far the best haircut that I've had in years. Casi took her time to listen to what I wanted and also took her time cutting my hair. Everyone in the shop was super friendly and made sure that I was well taken care of. The prices are reasonable. If you live or work in Midtown, this location can't be beaten - it's between the park and The W on 14th Street - plenty of parking in the back of the building. You definitely need to give it a try! I've tried many barbershops and high-end salons in Atlanta - Eclectic is the BEST!

Don't walk to these guys, run! They put the "Master" in Master Barber. I was a tourist in from CA for a wedding and needed a beard trim badly. Master Barber M trimmed my beard perfectly and cleaned me up with a straight razor. I usually hate straight razors, but a razor in his hands made it feel like an angel dragging a cotton ball across my neck - for real. Then I got this hot towel treatment with some tea tree oil that totally relaxed me and chipped away at my hangover. The atmosphere was great, too! Little kids, black guys, white guys, women, you name it. These two barbers talked everyone up and had us laughing like we had been old friends. Note to barbers: get on Twitter and get some of those quips out! They will be well-received! Thanks for a great visit!

My wife and I live far west metro, about 50 miles out from Atlanta, but we were driving in to work on a set near midtown, and I needed a cut bad, so I googled reviews of barber shops in the area and out of the many this one has good solid reviews. Salon is inside an older home with other businesses. It's not a large salon but it's well appointed. Called in and was able to get an appointment for today. My stylist was Jeceon, very personable gent with great sense of humor. My hair had gotten pretty long because I and my wife do some acting gigs and I had to have my hair longer for several different sets, but I got tired of it looking so 80's 😜 so I wanted it pretty short again. I showed a pic to Jeceon of what I wanted done and snip snip, 30 minutes later my hair looked exactly how I wanted. All of the staff there was friendly and professional, very good experience and highly recommend.
