It was my first time going here and Savanna who is new cut my hair. My impression when I called to make an appointment with her was “wow she is so kind on the phone” which made me want to attend my appointment. I show up and she is just so welcoming. I gave showed her pictures of what I wanted and she kindly made suggestions and asked me questions. She was very personable as well. I had an overall great experience at this place and I highly recommend them especially getting your hair cut with Savanna! Book and appointment on their app. Hopefully she sees this! Thank you for the experience!!

Absolutely great place to get your hair cut. This was my second time there and I have loved my hair cut both times. The employees are very nice and great at what they do. They were able to even work with me on my complex schedule and get it done in a timely manner. The people to cut my hair was Rea the first time and Erin the second time both were absolutely amazing people and I’d go there again just for the good conversations we had!

I’ve been getting my haircut here for a while now by Erin. She always does a fantastic job. When I first moved to Alaska I had the hardest time finding a good barber. She is consistently excellent at cutting my hair. My hair is not the easiest to work with and she handles it with ease. She is always professional, treats everyone with respect, is always on time and easy to talk to. I have a very basic understanding of how to cut hair, she is always able to decipher my vague descriptions and turn it into exactly what I was talking about. A lot of barbers will do cookie cutter fades that will look awkward because they don’t match your head shape. Every haircut Erin gives caters to that specific person. Anytime people ask where to get their haircut I always refer them to Classic cuts. All of the staff are wonderful so no matter who cuts your hair you will walk away with a great cut.

Look no where else, convenient location in ER. Looking for a professional, knowledgeable, and respectful hair stylist; Choose Erin, she is the BEST. Top tier, knowledgeable, respectful. I wouldn’t trust anyone else. Been in AK for over 3 years, and have had the best hair cuts from her. She listens to her customers, giving the exact cut they ask for.

I can’t say enough good things about Lisa. We brought my son here for his first haircut when he was 1, and she did a wonderful job. He had two more haircuts there and they were always great. He doesn’t love them, he’s shy and scared of the clippers, blow dryer, scissors, all of it. We moved out to the valley and tried 2 times to go somewhere out there and each person was so impatient, cold and just rude to our son (and us) and wouldn’t work with him. We had to leave with half a haircut because they wouldn’t let us give him a second to calm down. We took him to Lisa on Friday as a last ditch effort to fix the half haircut and she was AMAZING!!! Not a single tear from our little guy, she was patient with the squirming, she was sweet, kind and overall just wonderful. We will definitely be making the drive for his haircuts because it’s worth it!

Lisa is the only one I really trust with my families hair. We no longer live in AK but try to visit yearly and we always get haircuts from her when there. The ones we get in the states are never as good. They don't fade, cut bangs super short, or leave long hair from the top. Wish she worked where I live now. This is my handsome son after she worked her magic. He spent the rest of the day bragging to everyone about his hair.

Somebody ought to know about this place. I had a full grown Afro going, I was driving past Classic maybe before noon . I saw their sign and I was ready to cut it down. I parked out front and waived to tenant on 2nd floor level, a female barber, like would she cut my hair, she waived me up. We were masked, another female barber put me in a chair. This girl was cutting my hair for the 1st time. She did very well even with clipper line. I am very satisfied, my wife is too. She will be my barber from now on She is great ! Chuck Collins

Great place to get a haircut! Im usually picky on who and where I go. This place made it to my top 3 places in AK where i would get a haircut. The best thing about this place is the quality of the haircut and the PRICE! Most barbers will charge 20$ for a good quality cut w/o tip. As a bonus; they are open pretty late and open on most holidays when other shops are closed.

I was searching online for a barber yesterday afternoon when I saw how highly rated Classic Cut is. The 5 star rating is well deserved. I stopped in and described how I’d like my hair cut. Sopa did a perfect job. She’s an experienced barber and knows how to perfectly taper the back and sides and blend it in with longer hair on top. I will definitely be back to my new barbershop Classic Cut.

Good cut. The two ladies there are very nice and easy to talk too. I’ve only had 1 cut here so far but out of the other places in town I’ve tried so far, this place seems to do cuts the best. Plan on trying a skin fade next time and if that goes well then I’ll bump it up to a 5 star. I’d recommend giving them a try based on my 1 experience so far.

Best military cut and service off JBER! Years of experience, very detailed-oriented, and friendly owners/operators. They knew exactly what I wanted with just a couple of questions... and they skin the sides up high! The warm shaving cream and hot towel afterward combined with a quick head and neck rub was great too! In fact, this is my new place to go instead of JBER. You’ve got to come try this place out!
