Great customer service, staff at all levels regard the customers in a professional manner even the security staff. Their network of services are one stop service especially when traveling. The only problem is the parking but makes up for the branch location which is convenient.

It's a great place to do my banking but why are the doors locked when you just want to use the ATM machine all other banks allow their customers to use the ATM but not this one 8 AM in the morning and I can't use the ATM I have to wait until 9 o'clock to use the ATM this is ridiculous What is this new function where you have to put your phone in a slot and put your card on top this is confusing why can't we just slide our card in the door and open the door and use the ATM why are you making this so difficult for people to use
