Michael LanziI have gone through the financing process, both on a purchase and a refinance, several times before with other lenders. My experience with Baron was the best of all those transactions. He was extremely knowledgeable, understood the particulars of my situation and knew how best to approach the financing of my property. At no point were there any unexpected surprises or failures in communication, and I never felt as if I was just a number to him.
