I’ve always had great experiences with this bank, any and all branches, everyone I’ve interacted with, period. We do our personal and business banking through fidelity, as well as our home mortgage. When issues pop up, like a certain utility quadruple charging us one month for no reason, Fidelity bankers say down and dig into the problem giving me what I needed to help that utility fix the issue. When I need one check per year for my business they printed some for me and I didn’t have to spend money on checks I won’t need. When I need to make a deposit or get cash, they are always glad to see me and not only take care of the need, they make it a friendly vibe.
Do your banking with Fidelity. Seriously.

I needed assistance with my Fidelity Bank app connecting with my venmo account. The associate who assisted me was AWESOME and KNOWLEDGEABLE! Her service was EXCELLENT. Great experience, thank you. I just feel bad because I don't remember her name. I gave a 4-star rating only because if I gave a 5 and the company gets too many 5s then they are subject to falling into a comfort zone. I like Fidelity Bank.

I was having a difficult time with my debit card and some transactions because it was stolen. Nick and Miguel helped me so effortlessly and got me a new card and reassured me everything would be ok. They helped me with multiple transactions and made my day better than when i first walked in. They were also amazing to my toddler. Thank you both so much for your great customer service and for going above and beyond for me!

Accessible door's ('O') my that in it self is great I mean whenever you visit this place you stand there and their is a button on your left and when you press it (2) door's not (1) but (2) door's open at the same time WOW if all doors was like this going THROUGH all doors would be worth it now the staff on hand is both very knowledgeable curtis and understandable mask O now masking is top priority here 😊👍😁👌 and I from what!! I have seen all the staff on hand do indeed mask their windows in excellent shape and clean as well as the whole entire environment it self...

I have had a mortgage with them for about 17 years. Interesting, and very positive, thing from the start: they serviced it instead of selling it off.
They are a bank and honor bankers' hours which can be frustrating, but their customer service is fantastic.
But I had a pretty bothersome hick-up: Recently, they contacted me to refi the mortgage they are carrying to lock my interest rate in. (Interest rates aren't great, but I was looking to lock in my ARM). I went through the process under the impression that it was pretty much a slam dunk. After submitting perhaps dozens of documents and forms, we were coming to the end of the application process when they had me pay $450 for an appraisal under the impression it was a formality because I know it had appreciated considerably since I bought it. Then they rejected me for a reason they were aware of prior to charging me for the appraisal. I was very dissatisfied and expressed it.
But the VP of mortgage lending contacted me directly, apologized and made things right.
I have been a customer for a long time. I highly recommend using local banks over the behemoths for reasons like this. I highly doubt Chase or BoA would have done this.
They will always have an opportunity to have my business when they are an option.

Fantastic customer service in all aspects of this bank! Whether I'm inside the branch, using the very convenient extended interactive banking hours in the drive through or being assisted by someone in the call center, every person I have come into contact at this bank is absolutely fantastic!

Inconvenient Banking! Newly remodeled branches, and closing of all Walmart branches makes it harder for basic deposits. 2 years ago this bank was fantastic, recent company changes really effect the customer.
