I had a lousy service; it took quit a time waiting to cash a HSBC check. Never happened. I only received a verbal communication to wait out side, although it was more a we don’t want you here, you look suspicious, please lady Sophio, I have no idea what was in your head! Truly, you may not be blameworthy of this complain, it may be HSBC lack of technology to verify signatures. Actually, take it as a good advise, not as a complain.
