Sometimes you get lucky and end up with a great representative. That's what happened to me after buying a vehicle from a local dealer. The first thing I noticed about Tanya Henderson was her bright cheerful attitude, right off the bat I knew she was special. Not all stories are sunshine and rainbows, so I had an issue that wasn't any fault of the bank and was getting frustrated. I made them aware of my challenges and Tanya reached out right away. What stood out to me most was how she aggresively took care of the issue and followed up the next day, that meant a lot to me. All is well now and I really appreciate the extra effort Tanya put in to help me get all this resolved. What a BANK SHOULD BE!!! I was looking for a credit union to join and found a diamond in Florida Credit Union. I had an appointment with Laurie DeCresie and i tell you what, this young lady is fierce and to the point. This bank ha EVERYTHING you want and not a conglomerate like the bigger banks. I placed a checking and savings account and received my debit card when i walked out the door. 2 days later, I was shopping for a vehicle and called Laurie and she had my preapproval same day with an interest that NOONE could touch. The salesman from the dealership wanted the number to the bank so he can join and get the service and attention i had. The team they have at the back was like family. Everyone pitching in and doing tasks that was not part of their job. If anyone is ever looking for a bank to use, PLEASE just take a minute out of your time and make that call, it's life changing and you will NEVER regret the decision. Thank you Florida Credit Union!!!

Best auto loan rate I could find, they even were lower than Navy Federal. I like that you can add disability coverage to the loan for a small fee each month. Will absolutely look to finance with floridacentral when the time comes to replace my current car.

Applied for an auto loan and never heard back on the outcome. Luckily, I was just doing some research and did not have an urgent need to get a vehicle. My husband found out by walking into an actual branch (3 weeks later). No sense of urgency and certainly no follow-ups.

Direct deposit from a Guaranteed government deposit .. it's all done by computers, If the 1st is on a Saturday most banks give you the money in your account on that Friday or Saturday morning. Not FCU you get it Monday or Tuesday if it's a holiday (4 days later).
