I used to love using you guys, but it is becoming very clear that the customer isn’t truly your top priority. Update: have had to a few chats with people here lately and things seems to be getting better. keep up the good work

I Love our LOCAL C/U Staff. However when dealing with St.Louis, i feel like a Score. Applied for a Home Loan offered 5.0% 2yrs ago, went through Rocket 1 month later 3.3% then Purchased home. 1yr later Freedom offered 2.25%. I've been an E/E and member for 34 yrs I did not understand this...🤦‍♂️ …

I have done business with Together Credit Union for about a year now. I think they have great customer service and reasonable fees/ rates. I have to give a personal shoutout to my member relations specialist Heather Stork. Heather is awesome she always gets back to me quickly when I call is knowledgeable and very helpful. Having a contact person as helpful as Heather makes baking and loans so much easier.

I have been using the St. Louis hill's branch for years. They have always been extremely helpful. They have always worked hard for my family. My father was a member and was able to help me become a member. Everyone from the branch manager to the tellers have always gone the extra mile to help get us the loans and information needed to get loans account help and any other service we have needed. They always help cheerfully and without question to get the job done. I'm happy to be a member and I'll keep my accounts and future loans there as long as the credit union is there. Thanks for treating me as "family" Every time we come in the door.

I am so happy with the service my family receives at This credit union. Been a customer for years. Stopped using banks in the 80's because of all the BS fees and games they play. I have had loans, accounts and large transactions all transpire without a hitch. The staff knows my husband and I by sight. Always friendly.

I highly recommend Together CU for mortgage services (and Victoria Vernon in particular as a loan officer). I was so pleasantly surprised by the seamless process. I've heard horror stories from friends who went to other banks/brokerages, where they were expected to produce mountains of documents at the last minute. I easily closed in 30 days at a great (fixed) interest rate. Thank you, Together CU!
