I have absolutely never in my lifetime had such great experiences at a bank or credit union as I have had over the last few years with Gateway Metro Federal Credit Union! They have always been friendly, willing to help and knowledgeable. The Florissant office and the St Peters location are the ones I use the most frequently and I gotta say that the staff at those locations are phenomenal. I have my auto loan through them and have had some lines of credit as well as traditional accounts and I wouldnt go anywhere else. They have helped me rebuild my credit and get my life back. THANK YOU Gateway Metro Federal CU! Hats off to the staff in Florissant and St. Peters! Great people, great service and they are always willing to help and answer my (sometimes unusual) questions. Special thanks to Sharhonda for working with my inquiries-you have really helped me understand the process much better and dealing with you has been one of the top 3 customer relations experiences I have had in my lifetime!

My wife and I have been members of Gateway Metro Federal Credit Union for over 30 years. During this time we have always been treated respectfully as valued customers!
