I've heard for years that I should join a credit union and leave the banks behind, so I did and Alltru is perfect for my banking needs. I wish I had done it a whole lot sooner. Customer service is the best!

The loan process was quick and easy! It didn't take long before I received the results and was called to take the next step. Kim Geen called me to set up a time to finish the process and sign papers. She was a perfect example of professionalism and courtesy. She knew exactly what needed to be done and did it properly! I enjoyed working with Kim!

I have been a member of Alltru for years. When I decided to take out a car loan through them the process was done online. I was approved in a matter of hours. The loan paperwork was explained with no hidden clauses. What I liked most was the fact there was no early payoff penalties. I was very satisfied and woukr recommend Alltru to family and friends.

My experience with Alltru Credit Union has been first rate. Recently, I needed new checks and the clerks at the Washinton Avenue branch were very helpful. Also, the credit union has been helping me with a disputed charge on my debit card. I highly recommend this institution.

The community of employees at Alltru were very helpful and forthcoming with any information needed to help me with building my credit. They have a credit building program that I was informed of that a lot of people could use. They offer a lot of good incentives for their customers to show we care and are not just here to take you money.

Alltru is an awesome credit union. They make the banking experience easy with the various mobile features they provide through their mobile app. You also cannot beat their high yield savings account compared to the low rates that other financial institutions provide. And lastly, perks like cash back on ATM fees and their customer service are things that make banking with Alltru worth while. Highly recommend being a member of their credit union.

I’ve had an account here since 2010 and this is by far the BEST credit union in St. Louis. The tellers are friendly and the have the best customer service around. Wait times can get a little long if you’re calling in, but if you leave a callback number they get back to you relatively quick. High recommend opening an account.

Alltru Credit Union has my full endorsement! They offer "Tailor Made Checking" which covers some ATM fees and pays us for when we don't use ATMs. They have great offers for auto financing which we have been very pleased with. Their facilities offer notary service and are always clean and pleasant. We have banked with them for over 25 years and highly recommend Alltru Credit Union!

A lady there named Mary was a super star and most of the others down thru the years I can give that same award too. I have been at the Wentzville office now since its opening and find great peace of mind banking with them.

Great place with personal service! I have been a member here since 1994 and I can’t imagine changing. Although they have excellent online banking with an easy to use app it is backed up by real people. They have been a few times that I have disputed a charge (not fraud but a business with that hadn’t made certain conditions clear) and a real person called me and helped me resolve the issue. Real people!

This is an alright bank I like not having to wait in long lines or have to wait a long time to be waited on if I'm next in line. But what I don't like is my money disappearing from my accounts without getting an explanation where it's going and why. It really baffles me when I ask about it and no one knows anything about it's where abouts.

I have been with 1st Financial for at least 3 years and have not been charged a single fee on my checking account since I began banking with them. St. Louis Agency on Training and Employment actually set me up with them during one of their programs I was participating in. It's so easy to get in touch with them and they are always so friendly. I highly recommend! Update: My daughter now has a Cubby account here too!

The people who work here are really friendly. The rates are better than a bank. So whoever said they are part if the problem clearly does not understand the business model banks run on. This place also does a lot for the community and small businesses around them. I was weary of credit unions until I went here (most likely because if he class PNG sponsored while I was in high school that was mandatory for all students) but this place has alleviated all my fears.
