This is hands down the best us bank branch in the city. Easy parking, nice, knowledgeable people and the best: they absolutely know what they are doing. Shout out to Neshawn: best bank manager ever!!!!!!

They have sensational customer service! I love the way they always take care of their customers and work as fast as possible to make sure every customer is seen in a timely order. I am a student attending the university and aside from the branch being located on campus, this is the only US Branch I will use, even during school breaks! Their representatives are always well dressed and well mannered! I would recommend this branch to anyone looking for a great banking experience!

I use U.S. Bank for my checking, savings, and two credit cards. I like their no annual fee Cash Plus credit card because I can choose two categories like cell phones or home utilities to earn 5% cash back. When I redeem points on their Flex Perks card, I don't get charged airport or airline fees. You can also use points to pay for the annual fee. I can find a branch in most neighborhoods and cities to get $2.00 bills from. Unfortunately, I can't recommend US Bank to my QuickBooks customers that I set up, fix, clean up, train, and provide the software for a discount because unlike other banks, you can't download their transactions directly into QuickBooks desktop Pro or Premier like Chase, Bank of America, BECU, and other financial institutions at no charge. What's so difficult about enabling that?
