Don't believe half the stuff you read on here. They don't harass you when you are one day late. Yes they will call and send letters if you miss a payment. People are complaining about their interest rates. That has to do with your credit AND it's something you agreed to when you signed the contract. Stop giving bad reviews on companies for things like this. You could have not bought the car. Period. I love that I can pay with a debit card and that I have a skip payment option once a year if needed

I have never had a bad experience let me say that up front. However, the recent experience I had was so absolutely professional and incredible it reached New heights and I wrote down the associate's names that I dealt with. First off was Marco who helped me solve a problem that just kept building but through his careful diligence and professionalism the problem is solved. The second was Alexis who paid such careful attention to detail and explanation that a minor hiccup was also resolved. I can go back out and face this inclement weather that we are currently having in my location and feel really good. Thank you for having people like Marco and Alexis to make our days better!

I have read a review of a lady who states that she has a new account for a new vehicle financed thru this company. She rated it a 1 star and said she has never been treated this bad before. I say I have never been treat "So good". They call to help you not to hurt you financially. If you "let" them then they will try to work with you. If you avoid all their calls and go several months without paying I really do not see what you are complaining about. You did it to yourself. I have been affected by Covid and the loss of a job recently. My account manager (Cameron) and everyone I spoke to at their office has been very professional and hell bent on helping me and making sure I get taken care of and all the help getting back on track. I am very grateful to have financed with them. Thank you team and thank you Cameron!

However the courteous representative informed me of an option that I could afford at the moment to allow me some relief of stress. Got a loan financed for a 2012 Fusion when my credit was a little on the shakey side. 9%. Paid on time, sometimes double payments, sometimes a little added principal. Car is about to be paid off in a year and a half on a 63 month loan. Only had to ask a couple of questions during that time and was always spoken to by courteous and professional people. Pay your bills, then you will get that, too, I am sure. Funny how that works. Wonderful web page too! Transparent and helpful.

We were forced into a loan with Foursight after Tim Dahle Nissan in Murray said we were approved for a loan, which was a lie, and they scrambled to get a company to approve us. Every time I would call to get information, it was a script they would hae to say, that "This is an attempt to collect a debt, and any information will be used for that purpose" which honestly made me feel like I was in trouble with my loan every single time. We never missed a payment, and paid it off early to get out from under this loan. If you have any way at all to go through another loan agency, or bank, do it.

When you've worked at a toxic place for so many years you learn to look for specific things with the next potential company. The beginning to a blissful journey for me began in Sept of 2020. A previous co-worker of mine was now HAPPILY working at Foursight and for 3 months she tried to convince me to leave and come join her. Having been unhappy for almost 10 years with my job at the time, I finally took a leap of faith and applied. To say that Foursight had me at "hello" would be so cliche...but it's TRUE!! From the moment I received that call from Laura in Recruiting with Foursight, I was sold. The professionalism, the easy conversation flow, the ability to connect with a total stranger over the phone while still remembering it's an interview, lol. How does one not feel intrigued and welcomed? As nerve wracking as it was in the interview and their questioning, it was awesome to know that they didn't just hire ANYBODY. What they were asking was a perfect fit with what I was seeking in company culture. If they are going to go all out for their employees you have to prove that you're worth them taking a chance on. As luck would have it, they hired me!! Its been 8 months since they took a chance on this gal. That same energy and level of importance I felt in the beginning of that "HELLO" with Laura is also expressed throughout the company culture and it's upper management today. THEY TRULY CARE!! There is true comradery with the folks here. From the little guy all the way up to the CEO himself. There is such a thing as a "work family" and I'm so happy I made the jump to come on board. Staff is good, Kolby has been great to work with, business is good so far but this review is directed at the Foursight Capital owner/ceo Mark Miller. It is horrible customer service to charge a $4+ fee for using a debit card to pay your bill online every month. It is even MORE ludicrous to charge $14+ to pay your bill over the phone. Yes, the option to use a checking account is free but who still uses checking accounts like that? Not anyone who is GEN X or Millennials. Balancing a checkbook? I don't even have one to keep register. It screams greediness and it is a huge turn off. Not necessary Foursight, not necessary. I just want to pay you Foursight. Heather Ringera
