I have been with Cyprus Credit Union for a couple of decades. They have always treated me right both in person and on the phone. I've done loans through them and refi through them. They work hard for you and also keep your accounts from falling into fraud. Most of the time they tell me first. I highly recommend this Credit Union.

I just tested every bank within 2 min of this location. And this is it chief. Best rates, best service. New Customer - Will Update as I recieve more services. Opened a personal checking and savings, along with just about an hour of inquiry on all their products for business and credit. The Branch Manager was extremely knowledgeable and was able to assist in things I had not even considered yet. Provided points of contact for everyone, provided all the information on hard paper, and always smiled and kept it real. The teller that was there, was one of the most energetic happy type people I have ever met, so given the last reviews I am unsure if they restructured or if the people were the problem, but they have 5 stars from me.

Absolutely amazing. I didn't have the best credit score but they helped me any way. Every time I go there they are eager to help and find solutions to all if any problems. This credit union is amazing and I recommend to everyone.

I think it depends on the branch you go to, stopped going to 4th south in SLC, went to Jordan Landing totally different experience. Scott and his staff are nice to work with pleasant and knowledgeable.

Just spoke with a loan specialist on 02/25/2021 by the name of Darlene and she was phenomenal!!!! She went through my entire account/accounts and made sure I was receiving every benefit that was available to me with every account I had with cyprus. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up for Darlene and cyprus for all they do for me and my family. They really do look out for my best interests.

This branch is easy to find, has ample parking, a nice open layout, and a super friendly staff (Thanks, Annika... sorry if I'm butchering the spelling of your name). There's never been a line, and nothing has ever taken me more than 5 minutes. I've not interacted with them in a sophisticated way, but for day-to-day banking they've been perfect.

I have had nothing but good experiences here. Had fraudulent activity on my card. They solved it quickly and refunded all of my money.

Not very easy to get too. 2nd Floor of the Hospital bldg. Odd bank situation with not very helpful staff. Cyprus amazes me how each Branch has such different procedures and policies.
