I’ve been in finance for over 14 years and I absolutely hate working with large corporations. They just don’t care anymore, customer service is dead. Working with Unitus on a complicated refinance was a pleasant surprise. Kevin Moon was very helpful and responsive. It was nice that he accommodated my preferred means on communication which is text messaging. He made the process tolerable and successful.

He was great to work with, very friendly and patient with answering all of the questions I had during the process, and just made the loaning process stress-free. Hey I'm a member at Unitus and love it! I spoke with Maggie Figueras on the phone today and wanted to let you know that she went above and beyond regular customer service. I asked her about whether I should increase my credit limit on my Unitus Credit card, and she gave excellent tips on both the pros and cons that gave me pause to rethink my actions. She was very knowledgeable, and answered every question I had politely and with great info. I thought itd be a good idea to reach out to her management and let them know they've got a rockstar in loan officers and customer service! I wish each and every conversation I have in the future will be as interesting and gainful as the one i had with Maggie. She sets a high bar, and I hope shes rewarded and looked upon as such!
