I spoke to an Alliance Associate named Cecilia. I had a wonderful experience, that I would love to share. I was trying to set up auto pay, for payment of my association dues. Unfortunately, I am not very savvy, when it comes to computer use. Cecilia went the extra mile. She was extremely patient, understanding, helpful and compassionate about helping this senior citizen get through this process. In a time when much has been lost, regarding customer service, you can’t imagine how much I appreciate her help. Cecilia is a true Asset to your company. She’s a motivated individual that accomplished solving my problem from start to finish, without any excuse. She is a problem solver, with a “touch of class”. She’s the kind of person one feels good about, after speaking to her. If there’s an “employee of the year” award, this lady should win it. She fully knows how to represent your company, make a good impression, and solve your problem. Kudos to Cecilia for all she does.
Mr Andrew Smith went above and beyond his scope of work and diligently answered and followed through all my questions and emails even when it my situation was related to a different department. Nice to know that there are still employees that truly care about excellency and great customer service. Keep up the good work.
The representative that assisted me with setting up a new monthly condo dues payment was very courteous and helpful. He made the job easy for a nearly 86-year-old dude :) For the record, his name is Shoumin Mahmud.

I was struggling with a website trying to arrange for a quarterly payment that I wanted to play automatically from my account. I am countered somewhat typical problems with passwords and user names and finally resorted to calling to telephone number alliance association bank provided. I reached a young lady on the other end whose name unfortunately I don’t remember who was the most thoughtful caring coach I have encountered in sometime. I think she should be canonized for her patience in dealing with me. I was treated like a member of the family which was greatly appreciated. I wish I had asked for her name so I could be more specific in my feedback. Thank you
Had two thinks to accomplish, pay Decembers HOA and set up my monthly payments for 2020, and I was stressed as I could not resolve how my December payment did not get made.
My call for help went to Connie, I am sure she heard my stress, but she was very patient. She remained calm and lead me, with clarity, through these two issues and out of my stress. I really appreciate an excellent customer service person like Connie. I thanked her multiple times, and she was very humble, saying, " it was rewarding talking to someone nice that appreciated her help."

We ran into a problem with a payment and called Alliance. Andrew responded, was very friendly and encouraging, gave us some direction on how we might amend the payment, made suggestions on what to look for, then waited on the phone, to be sure that the changes we made were incorporated into the payment and that the payment would go through in a timely manner. Hi, I just finished signing up for autopay at Alliance Bank. I had a couple of issues but they were all handled professionally and promptly when I was working with Tawna. She was top notch and fast. I called to straighten out my Community Association (HOA) payment account and the young lady that helped me knew exactly how to walk me through fixing the problem that I could not see because I guess I was looking at it too long, but once she showed me what to do it was easy as pie. She was excellent at showing me online exactly what to do. I was also happy that now I get an email confirmation with a confirmation number which also shows up on my dashboard. It was a great experience. I wish I could remember her name, so I hope this credit goes to the person that handled me and my account.
I found dealing with the young lady at Corporate office very helpful, she was very patient and explained everything very clearly. She took the time to walk me thru the process I needed to do and made sure everything was working smoothly. She did a great job! That being said, reaching Corporate office was far more challenging as the 888 phone number I was given by my Florida HOA service provider did not work for me from my home in Ontario Canada. Arazona being in a different time zone delayed my contact with the bank even longer. At this time it was not an issue but I question why there is not a Florida contact number that can be more readily available. Thank you
I worked with Beth. Wow. It was such a surprise and delight to work with someone so helpful and delightful. She understood exactly what problem I was trying to solve, and she offered to send me via email instructions on how to solve the issue. Beth offered her phone number and information and said I could call anytime I was having issues and she would help me. I have been trying for months to resolve this particular issue with my HOA and other entities to ko avail. Beth was a shinning star and willing to help in anyway possible. She deserves a raise and accolades. Now I know who to call.

CECELIA Representative for AAB was an excellent problem solver for both my husband and I when we could not figure out why our page was frozen not allowing field information to make payment. The kindness and patience of CECELIA was outstanding. She walked us through everything more than three times speaking with great understanding and reassuring us not to worry the problem will be worked out together. We had to dismiss ourselves momentarily and CECELIA called us back and patiently gave us effective advice to change computers. We walked through every step once more and our problem was solved. I dealt with a customer service rep named Emily. She was extremely helpful to me and was very courteous in her demeanor. She is the type of person that I would hire in a "heartbeat".
My call representative was very polite and helpful. She answered all of my questions very thoroughly and made sure to double check all of my account information. She made sure I understood and did not have any questions or concerns at the end of our call. I am very satisfied with the customer service and am comfortable calling them for any of my needs.
The first time I called alliance bank (days ago) the representative said she could not help me. I have been going through other channels ever since, trying to understand what was going wrong. But today when I talked to “Amber”, she went right to work and my problem was solved within minutes. I’m thrilled about getting a solution through Amber but disappointed that it took several attempts during this stressful time of not understanding why it couldn’t be done.
Sandra was more than friendly and kind, she helped me through the process of adding and deleting accounts under two different e-mails and I am not very gifted in the computer world. She was very patient with my slowness and forgiving of my inability to understand. She worked with me until we had it right. I appreciate Sandra more than she knows.!.
Our homeowners association has gone with a new management company and in trying to set up the monthly payments this association was less than helpful. The best thing they did was to suggest I contact this bank, which I did. The young lady who helped me knew what she was doing and was very patient with my fumbling, and we got everything set up. I called your Help Line this morning and got to talking with Andrew about the difficulties I had been having get things setup for Auto Payment from my checking account using the Alliance system software.
With Andrew's assistance and guidance switching between the various screens made the experience rather easy and much better understanding how the process worked.

I was having a technical issue setting up my account for auto payments. I called and the representative was very helpful walked me through the process. She also understood what was causing the problem and gave me advice to prevent it from happening again.
As the treasurer of our HOA, I find it unacceptable not being able to talk to someone regarding our finances and account access. Frustrating! It has been 6-days and no access to our account/s. I finally was able to speak to a representative and they graciously explained the issues surrounding my situation. However, I still believe I should be able to call and speak to someone at any give time during business hours.
Alliance Association Bank is a wonderful bank, they are very helpful and always on time. The customer service are very pleasant to talk to, and knows their job and they go out of their area, just to find the correct answer you needed. I wish we have a reliable bank close by like ALLIANCE ASSOCIATION BANK to visit here in my area, who knows I might transfer some of my accounts to them. Love their service.

Alliance Association Bank offers great rates on the "Special CDs", which has been very beneficial for two of the HOAs my company manages. Also, the representatives are very responsive and professional whenever I have questions or need their assistance.
My company, Lehman Property Management, switched to using Alliance Associating Bank in Jan 2017. We selected them because of their involvement with the community association Institute. Additionally their local representative, Nicole Skaro, is a true advocate for education of communities boards and community managers. When that is coupled with the outstanding back end support we receive from Alliance I cannot understand how anyone could select a different bank.
Your Alliance associate Tawna was very patient, polite, and helpful in correcting a problem with an automatic withdrawal issue which I learned was my mistake to begin with. Ken Sandefur
