Best Credit Union ever!!! Both branches are wonderful and actually listen. I usually go to West Valley branch because it’s closer. Sonia and her crew are awesome!!!

Alhambra Credit Union has been just that for us. The very experience of walking in both branches you feel as if you are more than just a number. We have now moved our car loan to them. Ronnie, made us feel confident we were getting the best deal and was in constant communication explaining things along the way.

Amazing staff!!! We have been members of Alhambra Credit Union since 2017 and we are amazed on how great they are. We have our checking, saving, credit cards and auto loans with them. I have been a customer of this branch for over 10 years, since they were located in old town Avondale. They have always had excellent customer service, and are always friendly. The branch manager, Sonia, never fails to remember my name the moment I walk in, and I don't go into the branch more than a few times a year. She happily goes out of her way to greet me. There's a personal level of service here that a large credit union or bank cannot offer.

I have been with this credit union for about 6years and have not had one negative experience with them! These are the most patient and caring ladies when it comes to having the personal touch everyone hopes to have with someone who is managing your finances! ! I just bought my second car being financed through them and this was another fabulous experience! Janessa, Mikayla, and of course Sonia are the winning team! They referred me to the Autohouse in Peoria where the excellent customer service continued with Chris whom I purchased my car from! I can’t say enough about the team in the west valley and I would recommend them to anyone! My whole family is now banking with Alhambra Credit Union!

After my mother's passing they were so helpful and went above and beyond for us in helping us find the best solutions in managing and finally closing out her accounts. My wife and I have been going to the Litchfield Park Alhambra credit Union for many years. We started off with Tina financing our car and from that point on we still go there. Tina was the 1st one we work with she has moved on and Katelinn has taken over her spot and it has been seemless. The customer service and the willing to figure out what's the best deal for you. They go above and beyond for you and always keep you up to date. I recommend them to anyone looking for a credit union.

My car broke down and I walked into Alhambra Credit Union looking for a personal loan to help with costs. Sonia Cardona not only gave me options but had their committee review my situation and approve my loan (my credit score wasn't quite there because of missing information). I had an account with another bank that didn't even try to help me when I walked in and to have this credit union help me when my own bank wouldn't just shows how amazing and personal credit unions are. Sonia not only helped me in a rough situation but gave me hope for buying a home through them (so I opened an account immediately). I can't believe I didn't know about them sooner.

I just walked in without an appointment & met with Sonia Cardona she the branch manager , I told her the amount I needed and the urgency of knowing a yes or no answer , she went straight to work , wasting no time at all , she told me all my different loan options , we went over all the types of loans they had to offer & which one would fit me the best. I got approved in less than 30 minutes & the money was transferred into my account in that same timeframe. Sonia was very helpful and very knowledgeable and one of the friendliest bank employees I have ever met. I’m going to tell my friends and family about this bank location and the friendly employees they have working there. Thanks again and have a wonderful New Year !

Highly recommend this bank to any and everyone!! Love the staff from west valley branch including briana even though she transferred. They really do treat and care for you like family. Went there for an auto loan on a 2000 f-350. I had a hard time finding financing because of the age of the vehicle and my own bank would not finance the vehicle so I came to Alhambra. The ladies there were so friendly and helpful every step of the process. Everyone was personable and polite, offering me water and making sure my visit went well. The loan process was simple and took minimal time. Long story short I would recommend them to anyone for banking and if you need an auto loan on an older pickup this is the place to go.
