Been investing in NN Dynamic Mix Fund III with great satisfaction for a year now. It is great that the bandwidth can be adjusted +/- 20% depending on market opportunities (where many other asset managers only deviate by max 10%). The only downside is the 0.65% running costs. Not expensive for an actively managed fund, but a big step away from ETF/index fund costs. Update: as of November 2021 I partially switched to NN Enhanced Index Sustainable Equity Fund via Fitvermogen. And that is even better. Finally a passive MSCI World Index fund that is ESG optimized and at a low cost. Hope it stays in stock forever. The best index fund you can own in the Netherlands!

The office building is in battery park city, the location is very beautiful and there is a movie theater next door as well as a shopping center with food court. Moreover, you are right there near the park. The office itself has nice amenities, with a gym, medical clinic, and cafeteria for its employees, it seems like a nice place to work.

Striking contemporary artwork in the lobby areas. Bright bold murals. Not for everyone but really eye catching. Never been in the building but it was built in 2008, so I assume it's got all the usual bells and whistles of class A office space. Lots of shopping, restaurants, nearby and very close to lovely parks along Hudson River.

I liked their impressive building and in particular the surroundings. It is very stylish, modern, beautiful, functional, convenient, best part of town. It is a great financial institution no doubt with many of its former employees leading other Government institutions on both national and international level. There are so many stories about GS and rumours have it it’s a super well connected Jewish Bank but again, conspiracies or realities, always the benefit of the doubt. My rating is mostly based on their work ethics; enslaving people for their financial future success is (probably) not the right systems value from a societal and family point of view. I know it makes shareholders richer (I’m a small one of them), who couldn’t care less whether this endless work hours attitude kills work life balance and the establishment of the family as a major value system in any society. Well, blah blah, yawn yawn, let’s move on, a beautiful building and a wonderful area definitely worth visiting.

Goldman Sachs has really turned itself around since the financial crisis. Albeit their financial dealings were under scrutiny in 2008, their customer service was always beyond reproach. Now, they are actively involved in community reinvestment.

Goldman will make you work but pay you in return. I worked for them before and can say they hire the best, heck they hired me, but their leadership is always in question. Face time in the office even if your work is done after 6pm is required to get ahead, brown nosing and stepping on folks is required and a toxic culture if you have the wrong leadership. You can be set up to fail or succeed. My best advice.....do not piss off anyone that has a say in your career. If you can stomach that they apply. Goldman what would NYC do with out you?

The building is beautiful, like a gallery. Upper levels have a great view of the river and you can even see the statue from here. I can't really attest to the staff or employees here.

there is a reason there clients live better lives than most, there the best on wall st. all those giving one star ......your most likely getting a gov check or a commie. Your dollar will grow under healthier under there guidance . however you will pay for it in commission ;-)
